• Ritter (10/5): A great apartment-hotel in the best location - The proprietor looked after us superbly, from the moment we arrived. The hotel is brilliantly located, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the central station. The accommodation, with lift access, is first class, with every amenity you might need. Rooms overlook the street or central courtyard, so you are not restricted to airconditioning which is there as well. The rooms are clean - impeccably so. We liked everything. There is nothing to dislike

• Heather (7/5): Fine location for a short stay - It was in a great location, easy walking distance to the train station. Felt very safe, you are behind multiple locked doors. There was a lift which was nice because I had a leg injury. It was Milan during the Olympics so I understood there were not many choices and it’s an expensive city. It was fine, but in my opinion not worth the price (again, during the Olympics so it might have been more expensive than at a normal time). It did feel a little like a dorm. There was almost no soundproofing from the hallway, so you could hear every word of a conversation if someone was outside your door (or coming home drunk). The mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

• Mikhail (9/5): Perfect place for a single to stay - I stayed in the apartments only one night. I arrived several hours before the check-in time, but the host very kindly allowed me to drop off my baggage while the room was being prepared for me. The room is small, but surprisingly well designed and furnished. A window opens to the courtyard, so it was pretty quiet even though the building is located on a busy street. There were a coffee maker and an electric kettle. The apartments also feature a fully equipped bathroom. I had everything I needed.

• Sophie (4/5): You can get better for the same price elsewhere. I wouldn’t stay here again, but I’m used to actual hotels. - Great location and very close to the train station. We had no issues with noises during the stay at all. It was very clean and housekeeping was friendly. Elevator to help bring up and down your luggage. Had to pay city tax is cash, thank goodness we brought some. Outdated check in system where he hand writes your passport information. There is technically AC but we had to ask for him to turn it on. Housekeeping then turned it off after the first day. Mattress was uncomfortable as it was too firm. You have to call 30 minutes before arrival and when you arrive as the doorbell does not seem to work. Also, this is not really a hotel. This means more towards an apartment.

• Andrea (7/5): Correcto para la relación calidad precio. - La ubicación, tiene la estación muy cerca y mucha variedad de restaurantes alrededor. Me gustó el detalle del desayuno en la habitación, que estuviera la calefacción puesta y todo estaba muy limpio. No hay indicaciones para hacer el check in, tuvimos que entrar nosotros en las instalaciones y buscar donde estaba el apartamento además, el propietario solo habla italiano y no hay buena insonorización entre las habitaciones, escuchas hasta el despertador del vecino.

• Rianne (8/5): - Het hotel lag heerlijk centraal, vlakbij het hoofdstation van Milaan en daarnaast was het lekker koel in de kamer. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en dacht mee met oplossingen toen we vroegen of we onze koffer ergens konden laten na het uitchecken om nog even Milaan in te gaan. De kussen van het bed waren heel erg hard.
• Serpil (9/5): Tolle Möglichkeit für einen Kurzaufenthalt - Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sauber und alles war vorhanden für einen Kurzaufenthalt. In der Nähe sind Supermarkt und diverse Lokale, Pizzeria etc. vorhanden. Hatten nichts auszusetzen. Auch der Chek-in hat gut funktioniert. Flexiblere Eincheck und Auscheck-Zeiten wären super. Ist aber kein Minuspunkt.

• Paige (8/5): Overnight stay in Milan - The hotel was quiet, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly. We felt very safe since the building required a key card for entry and a separate code for entering the lodging area. The location is great especially for those using central station trains or metro lines. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the AC and assumed it didn’t work, but that could be our own shortcomings.

• Delia (7/5): - This is a group of studio apartments on a floor within the same building shared with other locals/residential apartments. Great location close to Milan station & restaurants nearby and has a lovely feel to be staying around locals. Note: This is not a hotel so don't expect staff onsite or reception desk - but this is what we liked about it. Had some apprehension about check in based on other reviews but we arrived around 9pm and the owner (though a little aloof) was fine - just don't expect a warm, Italian welcome. He is an older Italian gentleman who is quite business like - he met us, checked us in and explained how you enter & exit the apartment, security and the room appliances, then he left us to it.

• Susana (1/5): It is not an aparthotel - it is a scam. The ower is very rude, a liar and just speaks italian - Nothing. On the day of check-in, I tried to contact the property early in the morning via the Booking.com chat to arrange the time and leave my luggage (as previously guaranteed for health reasons). No one replied. When I arrived at 2:00 pm, I found several buildings behind a large wooden gate with unclear doorbells. I rang, called, and sent WhatsApp messages - no response. I waited 20 minutes in the cold and rain after a long trip. When someone finally appeared, he was an old man without manners, aggressive and shouting, saying, “What’s your problem?” before I could even speak. He mocked me for not speaking Italian, didn't even let me speak once, and tried to overcharge me, insisting on cash only, which is against Booking' rules. The room was cold, dirty, and noisy (I could hear a scary scream from a girl in the corridor), with no working air conditioning and an inefficient heater system. I felt unsafe and humiliated. The owner even said: “Want better? pay more!” Booking support couldn’t resolve anything because the owner refused to give the money back. I had to find myself another hotel nearby - thankfully, much better (same price). When I went back to collect my luggage, the owner started shouting at me again and made an offensive comment, saying, “The princess wanted a quiet room.” I'm not a princess, but I'm a solo traveler and I deserve respect and to be hosted in a place where I feel at least safe and comfortable. I'm paying, and it wasn't even cheap. (Note: This is a short version of everything that happened) This place is not an aparthotel and is completely misleading for the price (220€ / 2 nights). Looks more like a hostel. Avoid at all costs - most of what is listed by this property on Booking this place doesn't provide. They are cheating. In the end, I had to pay 220€ + 2 nights at another hotel. And the owner wanted the keys back so he could rent the room to another person.
