- mauriasel (9/5): In auto a Roma . . . - Colazione cornetto e cappuccino in un ottimo bar pasticceria a cinque minuti di cammino. Camera ampia e confortevole, parcheggio nel cortile comodo, completa gestione con tastiere numeriche per gli accessi. Rispetto a Roma è periferico, ma proprio di fronte si accede alla stazione ferroviaria dove transitano ogni 15 minuti i Regionali Trenitalia. In venti minuti si raggiunge Tiburtina e da lì tutta Roma. Costretto a rinunciare al treno per lavori sulla linea e soppressione dei collegamenti affidabili, con l'auto ho evitato il delirio del traffico della Capitale e parcheggiato in sicurezza per poi proseguire con treno e Metropolitana. Gestore gentilissimo. Va benissimo così.

Impossibile dormire, passano i treni a 20 metri - Cordialità degli host, camere moderne, colazione La recensione è negativa perché è impossibile dormire con i treni che passano ogni 10 minuti, ho scelto di restare a dormire a Roma dopo la partita proprio per poter riposare e partire il giorno dopo ma per me è stato impossibile dormire la camera non è per niente insonorizzata, tra pulizie stradali notturne, treni ogni 10 minuti belli forti, e vicini di stanza che parlano a telefono a voce alta io non ho chiuso occhio! È stato terribile, mi dispiace della recensione negativa perchè è una bella struttura gestita anche bene, ma almeno spero sia di aiuto per qualcun altro... Aggiungo, letti rumorosi anche al solo cambio di posizione fanno rumore... insomma, qui non si dorme.

- Frank (10/5): Sehr gut organisierte Unterkunft für Rom mit eigenem Stellpatz fürs Auto - Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles hat wunderbar geklappt. Der Parkplatz für mein Auto war sicher hinter einem Tor direkt an der Unterkunft. Alle Erläuterungen zum Self-Check-In und zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr etc. waren 100% richtig und hilfreich. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine für Espresso direkt nach dem Aufwachen. Insgesamt teilen sich vier Zimmer die Gemeinschaftsküche. Trotz der Nähe zur Bahn konnte ich gut schlafen. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist optimal. Habe mein Auto überhaupt nicht verwendet in Rom. Komme gerne wieder.

Obiekt położony tuż przy stacji kolejowej Settebagni - latwy dojazd m.in.. do stacji Roma Tiburtina i lotniska Fiumicino. Brak dźwiękoszczelności pokoju, głośna praca hydroforu, hałas przejeżdżających pociągów (w nocy ruch na szczęście znacznie się zmniejsza). Śniadanie w cenie, które jest oferowane w pobliskim barze, to tylko kawa i croissant

You get breakfast in a café nearby, which is fine but nobody there speaks English. Location next to railway but it is not soundproof so bring earplugs if you want some sleep

Lovely lovely place The location itself, not because of the distance from Rome, but because the suburbs of Rome are generally very neglected, and Settebagni is not an exception to that rule.

- Lana (9/5): Superb - I definitely recommend this villa for a comfortable holiday. we had a cozy and spacious room with a private terrace. The room is very clean because the staff cleans it regularly. On the territory of the villa are a mini kitchen and a place where you can enjoy a cup of coffee. The territory of the villa is large, beautiful and well-groomed. Flowers and trees delight the eye. The train station is located one minute from the villa and it is very convenient to get the center of Rome by train. If you return late from the center, then buses also reach the villa. I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff for a quality stay❤️ -

- Antonio (10/5): No better place in Rome!! - The B&B is super clean, cosy and really comfortable. My room (the smile) was perfect. The location is even better, right by the train station, which allows you to reach Rome’s main “hot spots” with no stress and no time. If you have a car, you can safely park inside the premises at no extra cost. The owner is always kind and available to help you out on anything you may need. Should I say something more to convince you it’s the best place in Rome?
- Sanjeev13 (7/5): A small good place but high priced - The owner was very helpful in providing information. The information had enabled us to come any time as there was no direct contact required. The parking space was quite okay. The location was great as it is very adjacent to the train station. The location is quite good as there is a pizza place nearby (700m), a supermarket about 1.1 km away. The room was so small that if one person is standing there was no room for the second person to move. The entire space in the room was occupied by the bed and the pillar in the room. There was no space for storing the luggage. The breakfast was not convenient. You normally expect the breakfast being served at the place you stay, but here it is provisioned in a bakery about 800m from the room. The breakfast constitutes only one Croissant and a Coffee and is not what you usually expect.

- Yuliia (10/5): If I’ll have a chance, I would like to come back - The apartment was really comfortable. It place very close near the railway station and it was really good. 20 minutes from Roma Tiburtina and I was in the appertment. The room was clean and bright, and also we had a big terrace. On the kitchen was all we need: different types of dishes, frying pan and other. On the breakfast was really delicious croissant and coffee in the nearest bar. All were wonderful. I recommend this apartment.
- Orsolya (10/5): Exceptional - We had a pleasant stay in Una Chicca Roma. Its like 30 mins away from the city center and located right next to the train station. Everything was great, the room was well equipped, quiet and really clean. The breakfast place was lovely as well! Would definitely come back! It has nothing to do with the accomodation, but the train's schedule is kind of unpredictible, there was a lot of cancellation. :) But it's okay there is bus available as well.
