• 실누니 (8/5): 기차역에서 매우 가까운 숙소 - 피렌체 역에서 아주 가까운 거리. 들어가는 방법도 비교적 간단, 기차를 이용한 여행객에겐 아주 편안한 위치. 직원이 영어는 안되나 매우 친절했으며 시설은 약간 오래된 곳이었지만 깨끗했고 편리한 위치 때문에 시에나나 주변 도시를 가기에 몹시 편해서 좋았다 수건이 흰색이었음 더욱 정갈해 보일턴데 하는 ,,그러나 장점이 단점보다 더 많은 집이었다

• Amy (7/5): - We liked how central the accomodation was. We were able to walk to a lot of the sights we wanted to see in Florence. It was in very close proximity to the train station which was great as it made it easy for public transport however the downside was that it was quite noisy to sleep. There was a group that would stay around that area which made it a bit difficult for two girls to get around at night, however it is a good place for budget travellers that want to walk to most of Florence's attractions.

• & (8/5): Posizione perfetta, stanza presa all'ultimo minuto - Personale gentile e disponibile per ogni bisogno o evenienza, stanze modeste ma pulite. Ottimo per pernottare vicino al centro e alla stazione per qualche giorno o impegni di lavoro. Colazione non inclusa, la cucina in comune è funzionale ma avrei preferito una macchinetta del caffè con le cialde già pronte.

• Federica (9/5): - Ottimo soggiorno per passare qualche giorno a Firenze; vicino alla stazione ed a 15 minuti ti trovi al centro. Stanza pulita e disposta di tutti i comfort. Proprietari/dipendenti gentilissimi ed attenti al dettaglio. Consigliata.

• Fabio (4/5): - J’ai passe deux nuits la bas, c’est vraiment bien placé, un peu cher pour ce que c’est mais ca fait l’affaire Ma mauvaise note vient du fait que les deux matin j’ai ete reveillé par l’arrivée/le depart des autres personnes, qui ne savent surement pas que les chambres sont littéralement collées a l’entrée de l’appartement. En effet, j’etais dans la chambre 6 qui est juste a droite de l’entrée et le personnel parlait extrêmement fort au client pendant plus de 30min, les clients se sont calés sur la tonalité du personnel donc ce n’est pas de leur faute Voila cette note de base n’est pas merite mais j’aimerais que le personnel fasse attention a ca uniquement pour les futurs clients

• Valérie (3/5): Je n’y retournerais pas. - L’emplacement était bon pour visiter la ville et les principales attractions touristiques en une journée. C’est un logement partagé avec d’autres chambres. Il y avait énormément de bruit des autres logements. De plus, l’odeur de la cigarette de la terrasse des autres logements rentrait dans la chambre. En plus du bruit du tramway, impossible de dormir confortablement. Je ne recommande pas cet emplacement pour plus d’une nuit.

From the moment we arrived, they greeted us at the door with a smile. We checked in a few minutes early and checked out a few minutes late, and they didn't mind at all. The pillows, duvets, showers, and bed linen were all spotlessly clean, and most importantly, the staff were extremely warm-hearted and helpful. I highly recommend this place. There was nothing I disliked.

E' molto fastidioso il rumore della tramvia, praticamente nei weekend si dorme dopo le due, ma non è colpa della struttura.

• Katherine (8/5): Clean, simple, economical accommodation close to the station at Santa Maria Novella. - Nancy House is simple, clean and economical. It's close to the station which is what I needed, and to the location of my meeting. The manager was helpful, kind and attentive. It's on the 5th floor and for most of time the lift was out of order, though it was working when I arrived with my bag. This is not the proprietor's fault. Quite a few of the apartments in the building are made over to tourist lets which is depressing - but I took advantage of it. The tourist tax is €6 but this is standard for B&B/Rentals.

• Fangfang (8/5): - 地理位置优越，距离火车站和市中心都非常近，房东是中国人，由于我们赶行程到的时间很早，房东也给我们提前办理了入住，而且非常贴心地告知我们一些流程，还给我们介绍景点位置等等，价格在佛罗伦萨也是相对便宜的，很推荐！
