• Andrea (9/5): - The accommodation is in a great location, in a quiet area and since the room was on the fifth floor, there was no noise from the street. The room was large enough, clean, comfortable beds. I have nothing to complain about, we stayed for one night and everything was great.

• Iwona (10/5): Super miejsce, jak na tę część miasta. Super cena za pobyt. - Pensjonat znajduje się praktycznie w centrum Rzymu, wszędzie blisko. Dojście do największych atrakcji od 10 minut (Fontanna di Trevi) do 15 minut (Watykan). Super obsługa, miła, życzliwa, troszcząca się o każdy szczegół. Jedyne co może komuś przeszkadzać to głośny sąsiad (zwłaszcza głośny Włoch:); mamy troszkę inny styl życia po prostu) oraz winda - jak już wszyscy śpią i jest cicho, to faktycznie ją słychać. Jest to stare budownictwo i niestety tak jest, ale drugiej nocy można się przyzwyczaić. Jeżeli ktoś ma problem, niech użyje zatyczek do uszu. Lokalizacja i obsługa rekompensuje wszystkie "małe niedogodności".
• Maciej (5/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja oraz kontakt z obsługą. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. Przez ściany i drzwi słychać dosłownie wszystko i nie chodzi tutaj o hałaśliwych sąsiadów. Naprawdę komfort akustyczny jest żaden. W pokoju zimno. Grzejniki nie grzeją, termostat wykręcony, klimatyzacja ma zablokowaną funkcję grzania. Problem zgłoszony obsłudze, ale nic się nie dało zrobić. Suszarka do włosów jest, ale bardzo słabej jakości.

• Danagul (7/5): The best location for tourism stay - The staff was friendly and very helpfull. The location was the best to reach any tourist attraction needed. Clean room. The size of bathroom & toilet. Very small shower toilet and bidet and sink were close to each, it is difficult to navigate through. There were 2 fan to dry hair, but none of them worked. No tea kettle inside of the room. Mini bar yes, no welcome water drinks :( Can hear other rooms guests, no noise isolation.

• Michelle (9/5): Would recommend! - Friendly staff, great location in between the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and the Pantheon. Great value for the location. Convenient to have bathroom attached to the room. Everything was clean, tile floors in bedroom and bathroom. Room had a mini fridge which was convenient. It was interesting being close to the Italian parliament. Some really tasty restaurants nearby. Plenty of hot water in the shower which was nice. As some other reviews said - Noise travels easily from neighbors. The elevator is small, old, and a little unique without automated doors. Kind of a fun story though and it was nice that an elevator was offered. The bathroom was narrow. None of this bothered us much and the pros really out weighed these. Our A/c unit was still on the heat setting, so we opened our window for air as it was hot. The street is a bit noisy though.

Очень милая девушка на ресепшене, помогла, все обьяснила. Можно оставить багаж, если у вас слишком ранний приезд или поздний отьезд. В комнате есть холодильник, очень удобно. Мне любезно предоставили утюг (было очень важно). Нет чашек, стеклянных стаканов, ложек и тарелок. Нет электрочайника в номере.

• maria (9/5): - Ubicación perfecta, inmejorable en un ambiente seguro y tranquilo. Una zona estupenda. Personal muy amable y pendiente. . Otros huéspedes poco respetuosos con las horas de descanso, pero eso claro no es culpa del alojamiento.
• Ophélie (10/5): B&B idéal pour visiter Rome en quelques jours - La localisation est le gros point fort de l’établissement: à 10 min à pieds du Pantheon et de la fontaine de Trevi, à proximité de la Via Del Corso pour les magasins, bons restaurants aux alentours, 30 min à pieds du Colisée/Forum Romain et également 30 min à pieds du Vatican (on a vraiment tout fait à pied pour nous permettre de visiter aussi les environs). La chambre est spacieuse, et idéalement équipée pour un petit séjour à Rome. Le personnel de l’établissement est très attentif à transmettre les informations précises pour trouver le B&B. Si je retourne à Rome, je n’hésite pas à réserver à nouveau ce B&B :)

Lo staff fiore all'occhiello: personale tra i più gentili e disponibili mai incontrati, sempre sorridenti. Vista dalla camera sui tetti meravigliosa e le camere sono dotate di tutto il necessario. Pulizia top. Insonorizzazione dall'esterno va benissimo, leggermente da migliorare quella interna.
• Marija (10/5): - Everything really but the staff was incredible! I have contacted them ahead of time wanting to prep a surprise for my boyfriend as we were to arrive on his birthday. They not only made sure prosecco and my personalised printed message waited on the bed when we arrived, but also did not charge us for it (even though I naturally expected to cover the cost of it!). The rooms were clean and cleaned daily, they have organized an after-hours check in for us as out flight was a bit delayed (impeccably organized I have to say!) and we also left out luggage at the reception after checking out since we had a later flight back home. The location was also great as it was a walkable distance from all main historical sights and we were able to drop by for a break mid-day before continuing with sightseeing. All together, great value for money and an 11/10 experience for us!

• Andrea (8/5): - The apartment was clean and well-kept, with furnishings that were simple yet surprisingly elegant for “just” an apartment. The bed was comfy and the room really spacious for a triple—almost too cozy, if you ask me. The location is perfect: close to public transport, right in the center, and still manageable on foot without turning your walk into an ultra-marathon. The staff? Always available and ready to respond—practically telepathic online. A small detail that made me smile: the balcony on the top floor with a view over the city—perfect for feeling like a model city-dweller while doing absolutely nothing. If I had to pick a highlight, it would be the combination of the strategic location and the generous room size: basically every lazy traveler’s dream. L’appartamento era pulito e curato, con arredi essenziali ma sorprendentemente eleganti per essere “solo” un appartamento. Il letto era comodo e la stanza davvero spaziosa per una tripla—quasi rischi di sentirti un po’ troppo a tuo agio. La posizione è impeccabile: vicina ai mezzi, centrale e comunque abbastanza pratica per girare a piedi senza trasformarsi in un’ultra-maratoneta. Lo staff? Sempre disponibile e prontissimo a rispondere, praticamente telepatico online. Un piccolo dettaglio che mi ha fatto sorridere: il balconcino all’ultimo piano con vista sulla città—perfetto per sentirsi un po’ cittadini modello anche stando a riposo. Se dovessi scegliere un punto forte, direi la combinazione tra posizione strategica e spazio generoso della stanza: praticamente il sogno di ogni viaggiatore pigro ma ambizioso. In realtà non c’è molto da lamentarsi: forse il prezzo è un po’ alto, ma considerando che era il più basso che abbiamo trovato in zona, direi che ne vale comunque la pena. There’s really little to complain about: maybe the price was a bit high, but considering it was the lowest we could find in the area, I’d say it was still worth it.

• Anna (9/5): Ιδανικό για διαμονή στη Ρώμη για δουλειά ή για διακοπές. - Έμεινα για μια μέρα στη Ρώμη. Το δωμάτιο ήταν σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο ώστε μπόρεσα και μετακινήθηκα με τα πόδια για να δω τα βασικά αξιοθέατα. Βατικανό, Πάνθεον, Φοντάνα ντι Τρέβι, Πιάτσα Ναβόνα. Στη γειτονιά υπήρχαν όλα τα απαραίτητα, σούπερ μάρκετ, μαγαζιά για καφέ, ποτό, φαγητό, ψώνια.

• Anne (10/5): - I had an amazing stay at this guesthouse and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome! It exceeded my expectations in every way. The location couldn’t be better : just a short walk to all the major monuments, so I never needed extra transportation. The room was large, extremely comfortable, and spotless. Thoughtful touches like extra cups, a kettle, and even Netflix on the TV made it feel like a home away from home. The reception team was fantastic, friendly, professional, and well-organized. A special thanks to Princess for her warmth and genuine hospitality, which made my stay even more memorable. ☺️

• Konstantinos (9/5): Great place to stay - Great location, probably one of the best you can find in city center. Few minutes walking from most major tourist attractions. The staff was extremely helpful taking care immediately couple of things we requested. The room was quiet and very warm, having a mini fridge and a safe. We would return to the same hotel again, next time we visited Rome! Few small additions would probably improve our staying experience, details like having a couple of glasses in the room, maybe a welcoming bottle of water, a little upgraded toilet facilities, etc…
