• Federica (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto! - Siamo stati in questo appartamento per le nostre 8 notti a Tokyo e non avremmo potuto fare una scelta migliore. L’appartamento è adorabile, pulito e ha tutto il necessario, è in una zona tranquilla e caratteristica ma al tempo stesso a due passi da negozi, ristoranti e la fermata della metro. Ottima la presenza della lavatrice e asciugatrice, comode per soggiorni lunghi. Abbiamo adorato il nostro soggiorno qui e speriamo di tornarci presto!

It's spacious and tidy for the price we paid, we would have stayed longer but we tried to rebook again but it wasn't available so we had to change the place. Nothing

• Fyn (5/5): Passable - The location is great Some equipment is really dirty like the tea table and kettle full of sticky stain. And the towel is not clean. Floor is not clean. There also cockroach in da house.
• Daniel (5/5): A decent option for a traveller on a budget. - The location was very good, about 4 minutes to the subway, and about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of Shinjuku. In spite of the highly central location, the apartment was on a quiet side street, and was very quiet at night. (There was some construction going on a couple doors away that created hammering noises during the day while we were there.) We paid about USD100 per night, which is a great deal for central Tokyo. The hot water was great, and so was the wifi. The double bed was big and comfortable. I had a little trouble getting checked in, but the manager responded to my message almost immediately and got me squared away. The room was rather small and not really so comfortable in general. There was little room to open suitcases, or to lay out our belongings. The kitchenette is tiny (decent sized refrigerator though), and the bathroom is cramped. There is no normal height table to eat or work at, just a coffee table in front of the sofa. The flooring is somewhat ragged. The first improvement I would make would be to replace the coffee table with a narrow dining/work table.
• Hristina (9/5): We stayed for 2 days when we first arrived in Japan, then after travelling for a bit, we came back to stay for another 3 - Clean and spacious enough, good value for money, good location. Needs a bit of updating.

• Tjitske (7/5): Okay for a few nights - Location is good only 5 mins walk from a station. Quiet neighbourhood, close to 7/12 and some restaurants. It wasn’t very clean especially the kitchen, but luckily we didn’t use much. The floor is very damaged (water damage I think)
• S (8/5): If you’re going to explore Tokyo and need a place to base yourself it’s conveniently placed in a very quiet and safe nei - The location is very convenient to central Shinjuku. Very tight space for an adult and two teenagers
