Guest Reviews
- Stephen (10/5): Great location in the most enjoyable part of Gjirocaster - Location and great staff Could use a sign on the entrance
- dorian (1/5): - Τιποτα Άλλο ήτανε στην φωτογραφία και άλλο δωμάτιο μας έδωσαν.Μας βάλανε σε ένα μπουντρούμι χωρίς παράθυρα.

- Kalemi (7/5): It was exceptionally Fun!! - It was in the heart of the old bazaar! The location was perfect! The room, even though we had the air conditioner turned on all day and night, it was pretty hot. Mind you we went in one of the hottest days of August and the room had lots of windows but still pretty hot.
The castle was a maximum 10 minutes walk from the room!

- Danny (7/5): 👍 prima - Prachtige ligging
- Bernhard (1/5): Too hot, too loud, no breakfast, no parking - The room was clean the bed was comfortable. 1.) The description on booking.con says „don‘t worry about your vehicle, we guarantee you parking“
The first thing we heard „you have to search for a parking space nearby. -> not what we expected, this information was missleading.
2.) The room was extremly hot (due to the temperature in july) but the AC couldn‘t cool it down in any way.
3.)The music in the neighbourhood is extremly loud an lasts till the night. You can‘t sleep. (At 11pm at night we chose to get another hotel in town).
4.) We were told that we can have breakfast (which was included in the price) at 8:00 in a small restaurant nearby. The next day the restaurant wasn‘t open at 8:00/8:30/9:00 so we had to get our breakfast somewhere else and of course had to pay double.

- Lukasz (9/5): Great stay and great experience. The guesthouse is a listed building right in the centre of the old Bazaar. The room wa -
- Cynthia (9/5): Highly recommended accommodation - The location was perfect. they accommodated my request for no stairs. free breakfast. very clean. very nice people. I accidentally dropped my heating coil on the sheets which created a hole. I offered to pay for new sheets but they refused the money. very kind and generous owners.
- Fatos (9/5): Superb -
- Eno (8/5): Overall Great place! - Great location and view! AC was not working very good

- Gresi (8/5): Very good -
- Suada (10/5): Exceptional - It had the coziest rooms with charming decor.
The location was also perfect, with easy access to all the attractions. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it!
- Bledar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alba (9/5): Place ate the center of bazaar - The hotel was like an old traditional house from Gjirokastria, very beautiful and comfortable. Celan and very lovely. And very welcoming and friendly staff The music outside of the rooms. It's a place that don't sleep, but the other side it's a conform and beautiful hotel 😊
- Jacco (9/5): Heart of Gjirokaster - Amazing location. Marian is the best host in Albania.
Historic building. It is pretty noisy till 0:00 and from 6:30/7:00 for us no problem but light sleepers should be aware.
- Ariona (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean one and e Excellent location in the heart of Pazar
- Hendrik (10/5): Exceptional - Great location with amazing view and very friendly host! If you’re planning on sleeping before midnight this accommodation might not be for you. A pub has opened next to this place which has very loud music until midnight (nothing to blame the owner of this guesthouse because the pub opened later)
- Aldo (7/5): Good -
- Theodore (10/5): Fantastic place! - Fantastic place to stay, the rooms are lovely and it’s right in the centre of the old bazaar. The family who run it are incredibly kind and welcoming plus has a yummy breakfast included! It’s a big shame that a Irish pub has been opened in the centre and on Fridays and Saturdays plays very loud music outside their venue until midnight which can make it hard to sleep. The pub really detracts from Gjirokaster, you can hear it’s music from any venue in the town.
- Ashleigh (6/5): Has potential - Amazing hospitality from the family and staff that work there, very accomodating and responsive. Very kind also helping with bags and checking in. Location is ideal to the main bazaar and Castle and eateries. Wifi strong. Breakfast delicious Very very noisy as above night clubs and bars and sound of road, especially in a weekend. Music shuts off at midnight. Also coffee wasnt included in breakfast.
- Rifat (5/5): Passable - Location is more than centric as it is described. It is at the center of the center. Rooms are as it is described in the photos. You are directly in the old town, means close to all local shops, restaurants and castle. During Folk festival you feel the celebration inside of you. Breakfast is paid by the facility and having a good view at a nearby place. Parking is paid by the facility and it is close to the place. Being at the center, sometimes make you problem at the level of negativity. We have arrived there and there has been going on National Folk Festival which happens every 4 year. Hundreds of people with busses were coming to the Gjirokastre castle and all these things block our 2 night stay at the place.
- Shower and toilet is a bit small so that sometimes you feel more like having shower with the people on the street
- Toilet stinks
- Night clubs around until 1-2 am. (maybe because of Folk Festival)
- Petrit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kile (9/5): Superb -
- Guco (10/5): Lovely - Everything was perfect. Good location. Clean room and very good location.
- Ekadriu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ioannis (8/5): Very good -
- Faris (8/5): Very good - the water is very cold even though there was a heater
- Nika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional - what an amazing building and the best location the room was architectural gorgeous with amazing views. well appointed. must go to hotel
- Joe (10/5): Exceptional -
- Veronica (6/5): Pleasant - The room was gorgeous with a lovely view of the mountains and the bazaar It’s right next to a club with extremely loud music until midnight. Tbere were issues with the kitchen so we had to have breakfast at another hotel which was extremely bland and cold
- Yolanda (10/5): Beautiful room was amazing view! - Beautiful room was amazing view! Nothing
- Megi (10/5): Exceptional -
- Georgie (6/5): Cute B&B, nice breakfast, but not sound proof. - The location was very nice, the interior of the room as well and your view towards the cute streets was really cute. Though it was not sound proof and quiet at all. Right next to a pub that closed at 3 am. Had the worse night ever, did not sleep at all. Felt like they were standing in your room, so bad was it isolated. Though it was not sound proof and quiet at all. Right next to a pub that closed at 3 am.
