• Carlos (10/5): - Ubicacion, restaurantes y negocios cercanos. Caminando se puede ir a Santangelo y Catedral de San Pedro, Vaticano.

• John (8/5): Good B&B that provides added services and facilities - The location is good with a variety of restaurants and coffee shops around. There is a bus terminus 10m away as soon as you pop down on the street. Also, Castel Sant'Angelo is alomost round the corner and to Piazza del Popolo it's only a 16min walk. The area is very safe and transport from Fiumicino is available by SIT and Terravision which are both very riliable. We could also leave the luggage before check-in and after check-out. Room is cleaned almost daily and towels are changed every day. The flooring is just cement with no carpets or tiles. The bathroom has no shelves to put items on such as bath wash. Also, there was no headrest and cupboards or shelving to hang clothes on except 5 hangers.

Щоденно номер прибирали. Розташування просто неймовірне, ми всюди могли дістатись пішки до всіх визначних памʼяток. Замок Святого Янгола взагалі за 5 хвилин, а Ватикан за 15 хвилин пішки.

• Claudia (8/5): Ottima traduzione da visitare a Roma - Materassi e cuscini in memory molto confortevoli, camera molto grande e spaziosa, posizione ottima per il parcheggio sotterraneo di Piazza Cavour, disponibilità a tenere le valigie al di fuori degli orari di check-in e check-out Sgradevole odore dalle tubature del bagno, impossibilità di contattare qualcuno in caso di necessità.

• Néstor (5/5): No esta mal....pero cuidao...que barato no es - El agua de la ducha los primeros dias tenia poca presion, posiblemente fuera la causa por la que al segundo dia salia el agua fria, teniendo que ducharnos con agua fria, por lo visto es un problema recurrente...bien por bajar la presión para ahorrar agua o por no estar lo suficientemente dimensionada la instalacion, la respuesta por WhatsApp pot parte del alojamiento es escasa....aunque si se soluciono el problema del agua rápidamente aumentando la presion y abasteciendo la habitación de agua caliente, ademas la city tax de 54€ que al parecer es obligatoria en Roma a partir de 2026...a mi parecer debe de reflejarse en el precio final del alojamiento y no trasladarla al consumidor una vez hecho el chekin...si el alojamiento se encarga de recaudarla que la asuma o la refleje en el precio, trasladarla al cliente y hacer de intermediario roza la de estafa y usurpa competencias a la administración recaudatoria, con la consecuente inseguridad de legalidad/garantia para el consumidor

The host was rarely available and almost never on site, and communication was extrem - The sad fact is that apart from location we didn't like anything. This was a very disappointing stay. The host was rarely available and almost never on site, and communication was extremely poor throughout. When we arrived, we had to wait a long time for the room to be ready, and even then it was not properly cleaned. The bed sheets were visibly dirty and had stains on them. We asked multiple times for the sheets to be changed, but staff only made the bed without actually replacing them. Despite being told the sheets had been changed, the exact same stain remained in the same spot, which was unacceptable. The shower water took a very long time to heat up, which made basic use inconvenient. The room was also very noisy — we could hear everything from neighboring rooms, including conversations, bathroom use, and other disturbances, making it hard to rest. Overall, the room is in need of renovation, with peeling paint in several areas. This stay did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards, and I would not recommend it.

The room was different from photos and smaller than expected. We had a difficult time checking in as there was no intercom labeled outside the building. Tough check in without data or wifi.

• Marcella (2/5): Tremendo - Unica cosa positiva la posizione, centrale ma lontana dal frastuono della ZTL romana. Ben collegata I proprietari rispondono pochissimo per messaggio e mai alle telefonate (mi sono anche chiesta cosa sarebbe stato di me se per caso avessi perso le chiavi e fossi rimasta chiusa fuori). Le zone comuni sono praticamente un magazzino e pure sporco (la foto della porta bianca è il bagno a disposizione in reception per chi non ha ancora la camera pronta), con roba accatastata ovunque (vedi foto). Qualità pessima della camera con stipiti delle porte sollevati dall’umidità, tende bucate, asciugamani macchiati. TREMENDO!!! Insonorizzazione inesistente e di notte si sente di continuo rumore di acqua che scroscia fra i muri probabilmente per dei tubi di scarico. Non tornerei mai e poi mai soprattutto per quello che costa!!!

Havalimanınından terravision otobüslerine binip vatikan durağında inince 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Çok kolay ulaşım sağladık. Güvenilir bir muhitte yer alıyor. Odayla ilgili küçük bir sorun yaşadık işletmeciler çok ilgililerdi. Hemen sorunumuzu çözmek için odamızı değiştirdiler. Check out sonrası valiz bırakmanıza imkan sağlıyorlar. Odalar her gün temizleniyor. Ortak kullanıma ait bir ütü bulunuyor. Bizim için tek eksiği bir boy aynasıydı:)

Quiet, fancy part of Rome, all the main tourist attractions 10-15 min walk, delicious restaurant across the street, lovely pizza shop just downstairs. On a day of arrival they took our bags and kept them safe when we went to explore the city. In the evening we found our bags in the room. Rooms are spacious and clean. Everything we needed was there. At the end we paid for 3 star hotel and I can say it exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back! Everything was fine!

Odalar geniş, temiz ve güvenli Tesise girmek için ana binanın giriş kapısında bir süre bekledik. Şifre iletilmedi, zillerde otelin adı yazmadığı için ancak içerden biri çıkınca binaya girebildik. Otele varmadan önce binaya girmek için mutlaka otelle iletişime geçip tekrar tekrar teyit almakta fayda var. Yazışmamıza rağmen bina giriş kapısı ile bilgi verilmedi bana

Piccole cose hanno inficiato molto la nostra soddisfazione - La posizione dell'appartamento è ottima, così come le dimensioni generose della stanza e della doccia. Gradito anche il bollitore per il thè Insonorizzazione assente. Wi-fi assente nella nostra stanza per lontananza dal router e in seguito a contatto dell'host non abbiamo ricevuto risposta. Cuscini non comodissimi. Servirebbe un po' di manutenzione al bagno. In particolare: il bidet sembra in procinto di staccarsi, il porta asciugamani sotto il lavandino non abbiamo potuto usarlo perché si staccava con il peso dell'asciugamano, e la luce dello specchio del bagno non funziona. Consiglierei anche una luce calda per illuminare la stanza nel punto luce vicino al letto (quella attuale è molto fredda e poco accogliente).

• Maria (4/5): Una pena... - La ubicación y el espacio de la habitación No tuvimos agua fría. Y por eso mi mala puntuación, fuimos 3 noches 14 personas (4habitaciones). Y durante dos días no tuvimos agua caliente en 3 habitaciones, solo había en una de las habitaciones, y tras una larga espera, la cual estaba ubicada en el lado de la recepción. Las otras 3 habitaciones estaban en el lado izquierdo de la planta. Si no fuese por eso nos hubiésemos quedado muy satisfechas con el alojamiento , pero no poder ducharte a gusto ha hecho que la estancia no llegase a ser agradable.

• AlviPrincipe (9/5): Buona soluzione per alloggiare a Roma - Affitta camere in posizione molto comoda, vicino a parcheggi, taxi e fermate bus. Da qui a piedi si raggiungono facilmente, musei, monumenti, negozi, ristornati. Bel palazzo, comodo ascensore, camere ampie confortevoli, in particolare i materassi e i cuscini, tutto molto buono anche il prezzo! Sicuramente ospitando tante persone, è il momento di rinfrescare alcune finiture, pittura e pavimenti prima che si rovinino ulteriormente

• Domenico (8/5): Visitare Roma in comodità - Posizione eccellente, in un edificio elegante a pochi metri dalla Corte di Cassazione e da Castel Sant'Angelo. Check in essenziale, sistemazione adeguata, letto, cuscini e biancheria di ottima qualità, pulizia giornaliera adeguata. Le camere sono dotate di tv con canali satellitari e frigobar. Nonostante non ci sia la colazione, la struttura è vicinissima a bar e ristoranti economici e molto carini. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Scarsa insonorizzazione delle camere, e personale poco empatico. Bagno un po' piccolo. Il flusso dell'acqua calda dalla doccia è decisamente scarso. Oltre al tè, avremmo apprezzato anche almeno una tisana.

• Enrique (9/5): Habitación moderna cerca del Vaticano con parada de autobús en la puerta. - La ubicación y el trato recibido por Silvia, que gestionó muy bien un problema que tuvimos y estuvo localizable en todo momento. Pocos servicios fuera de la habitación, había una máquina de café, pero no funcionaba.
