Apartmanın ortak alanı çok kullanışlıydı ama biz 1 gece kaldığımız için pek kullanamadık, sabah erken uçuşumuz olduğu için Trastevere tren istasyonuna yakınlığı sebebiyle tercih ettik 7-8 dk yürüme mesafesi olduğu için çok konforluydu teşekkür ederiz Banyo hijyeni çok yüksek değildi ortalamaydı ama bir sorun yaşamadık duş iyiyidi

• Iwona (9/5): Rzymski dłuższy weekend - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. 10 minut od dworca kolejowego, co oznacza łatwy dojazd z/do lotniska Fumicino. Piechotą można spokojnym spacerem dotrzeć do głównych atrakcji Rzymu. W odległości 2-3 minut przystanki autobusowe, sklep, lokalne restauracje. Dobre wyposażenie ogólnodostępnej kuchni, woda i kawa dostępne w każdej ilości. W dniu wyjazdu nie było problemu z pozostawieniem bagażu na przechowanie, co znacznie ułatwiło organizację ostatniego dnia pobytu. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. To był mój pierwszy pobyt w Rzymie, więc nie mam porównania, ale czytając różne fora i opinie uważam, że spokojnie można polecić tę ofertę.

• Dominik (8/5): Voll ausgestattete Wohnung in praktischer, aber auch lebhafter Umgebung in Travestere. - Es handelt sich um ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad in einer voll ausgestatteten Wohnung mit insgesamt 3 Gästezimmern. Die Ausstattung war toll und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage in Travestere war praktisch. Für 8 Euro pro Person nur 25 min vom Flughafen entfernt. Um die Wohnung herum gab es alles was man braucht. Ein Supermarkt keine 150 m entfernt und jede Menge Restaurants und Pubs drum herum. In die Innenstadt zum Colosseum läuft man ca 45 min. Die Matratze war leider komplett durchgelegen, also im Zimmer 3. Man lag quasi mit den Beinen nach oben. Und die beiden Hauptstraßen, die eigentlich nicht am Appartement entlang laufen, sind trotzdem die ganze Nacht zu hören ist halt Rom.

• Elena (9/5): - Gute ruhige Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung, eigene WC und Dusche. Der Eigentümer Alex war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alex hat uns gute Tipps gegeben, wie wir am besten zum Zentrum kommen oder wo wir gut essen können. -
• Marharyta (10/5): - We were suddenly forced to change accommodations in Rome overnight. I found this suggest, and the owner contacted us immediately, met us, and settled us in! We were also lucky because the entire apartment was ours. Great location. Convenient tram ride to the center, and there's a Sunday market right outside the building. Thank you so much for a comfortable stay in Rome!

• Manon (10/5): Nickel ! - Cinq minutes à pied des arrêts de bus ainsi que de la gare. Le dimanche matin un grand marché, juste en bas de l’appartement. Sans parler de la gentillesse d’Alex qui nous a conseillé et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages, alors qu’on avait déjà libéré la chambre. Un week-end au top je vous le recommande les yeux fermés !

• Romy (8/5): Leuke gastheer en fijn verblijf - Personeel enorm vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gewoon super relaxed! Ontbijt is erg simpel maar perfect als je niet heel nodig hebt. Locatie dichtbij de metro, je bent snel en eenvouding in het centrum. Pand is wat ouderwets en vervallen (afbladerende verf op de balkondeuren bijv).

• Aleksandr (4/5): Extremely dirty bathroom - The location of the apartment is good. There is a grocery shop nearby, public bus stops, and the area was calm. The guest house itself is a split three-room apartment where each room has a private bathroom and a common kitchen/leasure zone with a bigger TV, cutlery, and other facilities. There was unlimited free coffee and water. Alex met us in person and showed everything. He's a kind man. The first day we left our bags and went to walk by the city. When we came back in the evening, we took a closer look at the bathroom, and it was a huge disappointment. It was unbelievably dirty, stains and mold everywhere. The mold was even falling from the shower head if we turned water on. It looked like no one ever cleaned the bathroom over the last 6 months or longer. We were so tired to complain and find a better place, so we took the shower quickly and hopped out ASAP. The guest house is very good overall, and it's obvious why it was rated so high (9.4 or so) many years ago, but since it's not being cleaned properly, I wouldn't give it even 4 now.
• Christina (8/5): - Alex ist ein sehr engagierter, freundlicher Gastgeber. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen und uns Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Zimmer mit eigenem Bad war sehr ansprechend. Der Gemeinschaftsbereich (Küche/Wohnzimmer) verfügte über einen Balkon. Für Raucher ein Plus, da die Wohnung im 7. Stock liegt (sowohl mit dem Aufzug, als auch über das Treppenhaus erreichbar). Alle Hotspots der Stadt waren für uns gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Le logement est tout simplement parfait ! Confortable, parfaitement propre, calme, et également facilement accessible en train (gare Trastevere), bus (170) et tram (lignes 3 et 8). • luca.valsecchi (5/5): Simpatia e trash - Alex è una persona simpatica e cordiale che assiste il cliente con il tipico linguaggio pittoresco di Roma. Purtroppo la simpatia e la cordialità non possono nascondere i segni di una camera che definire usata (in tutto e per tutto) è un eufemismo. Il letto è a brandelli, i comodini di metallo con segni equivoci, gli zoccolini divelti, sedie con polvere secolare, caloriferi arrugginiti, depositi di calcare come fossimo nelle grotte della Valsesia, la dotazione per l'igiene prevede un boccettino per i capelli, il corpo, la detersione delle stoviglie. Tutto in uno. Il contesto condominiale è super popolare e la panoramica avvilente. Per l'utilizzo dell'ascensore, se credenti, raccomandatevi a un santo che vi protegga. 7 euro di tassa di soggiorno, che si riferisce a hotel di prima fascia, fa pensare oltre che dubitare. Evitate il garage a 20 euro a notte che probabilmente vi verrà consigliato. Se siete per un soggiorno trash, prego, accomodatevi.
• Harriet (9/5): Can’t recommend enough! - Alex is the loveliest guy you will ever meet. He was so welcoming and gave us lots of advice about our stay in Rome. No one was booked for the day we left so he let us check out late which was so useful . We didn’t have hot water on the first night, but after messaging Alex in the morning he showed us how to reset the boiler and it was fine from then on.
• Isabella Hernandez Boersen (9/5): Big nice room very close to public transport. Host very nice and communicative - Host was very nice and quick to reply. The room was big and neat. We parked on one of the side streets for free for the three nights we were there but we might have been lucky to have gotten a good spot. There was paid parking available across the street as well. Public transport very close by. Overall we had a great stay. Nothing I didn’t like, I would stay there again.

• Elise (4/5): It was okay - The host Alex was friendly + the location was right near the train station which was handy. Unfortunately the property wasn’t clean, there were stains on the sheets (which looked to be blood), mould in the fridge, thick layers of dust on the walls etc. The neighbours from the units in the complex were extremely noisey and every night from 10pm- 3am they would blast their TV & speak loudly which you could hear clearly through the ceiling. The advertisement stated there was a washing machine, it was a communal one which was used to wash all of the towels and sheets for the house, which was fine if there hadn’t been things stacked up in front of it & if the machine had been cleaned (it smelt upon opening & the lining was filled with mould). Due to this, we had to pay for our clothes to be washed elsewhere. We also had issues with the hot water going on/off and the toilet barely flushed.

And tells you with all his passion and love about the city. He gives you a map, point out the hotspots and tells you what tram or bus you can use the best.

The speak multiple languages and are always there in case you need something. They also expected us with small drinks and snacks which is always a nice surprise after a long flight.

• William (10/5): Fantastic host and a great stay. - Firstly Alex is amazing, a very passionate and helpful guy who welcomed us in very nicely giving us some good tips for travel and where to eat which really helped. The room is clean with a really comfy bed, whilst having all the facilities and necessities. There is a water cooler in the hallway which is great to get ice cold water especially as it was very warm during our stay. The value for money is fantastic whilst a little out of the main tourist part was very easy to get into the centre by tram or bus only taking 20 minutes with a stop round the corner. The room could’ve been a little cleaner and need a bit of loving in certain areas but it is great value for money.

Alex is the best host I've ever seen. I can recommend some places we discover for gelato and pizza close to home better than famous places so reach me out ig 'ezgisafci' -Most uncomfortable thing is the room was not clean. I am allergic to dust. Dust is everywhere. I get itchy. -Sheets aren't smell clean. -Room services folding our shower towel on our bed wet everyday which we were hang them to dry. -Pillows are very thin. -Water dispenser near our door so everytime someone get up to get water especially night time I get anxious that is someone coming to room. It should be in the kitchen. -There was construction work next door even in the night time I couldn't sleep because of the noise.
• Sofie (8/5): Great place to stay! - Guest house in a lively yet quiet neighbourhood close to the center of Rome, with public transport around the corner. Alex is a very kind, funny and helpful guest. He took the time to give useful information about the city and recommended some good restaurants. At first the airconditioning didn't work, though Alex fixed it the next day and apologized about thirty times. The free barrels of drink water were also a great plus.

• Yvonne (1/5): Dirty, disgusting, and horrible. - I didn't like anything about this place. I don’t understand how this place has such a high rating on booking.com. It is absolutely disgusting. The room we stayed in was rundown and the bathroom was not clean. There was mold on the wall, visible dirt on the shower caddy, half a roll of toilet paper in the dispenser, the towels were old and dingy, and there was no screen on the bathroom window. Thankfully, we were there only for one night. We couldn’t check out fast enough. Stay away from this place!

• Juliya (5/5): Place in nice location, if you're not planning to sleep. - The location is great, there are plenty of nice restaurants nearby + it's in a walking distance to the tourist area (it took us 30-40 mins walking). The room is not as new and neat as on the pictures, but pretty acceptable. Noise protection could be better. We couldn't sleep because of the constant noise from upstairs, the neighbor would start to drill walls at 7:30 am and watched TV till 3 am, it was highly frustrating. Also, you can hear everything from the common area, the room door doesn't protect from noises at all. Bathroom pipes were making loud sounds each time we took a shower/used the toilet.

The location is great as well, it takes 20-30 minutes of walking to reach the city centre, which makes the location more quiet and less touristic -

Nice restaurants in Trastavere are also near by. The apartment had a water dispenser which was a huge plus for me. It has a kitchen and living area shared with other guests. We didn't have much time to use the area though. But it can be useful for the people who want to cook. The owner, Alex was a wholesome guy who helped us as much as he could. I can totally recommend this apartment to whoever is looking for a convenient place to stay to visit Rome Bathroom was not so clean for me.
