• Lily (1/5): Poor management - Nil Due to the air conditioner spoilted at KL Robertson , we were relocated to Casa Residence. The amount we paid supposed for 3 bedrooms end up we only have 2 bedrooms and I sofa. There are of 5 people to stay this apartment. The water heater was spoilt on the second day. Extra bed was on the floor .The fans like going to drop on the bed so we dare not switch on the fan. We feel that we overpaid for the price we should it.

The host didn’t responsible… I was given different kind of unit from what has been advertised/ confirmed earlier. Furthermore the premise didn’t fit to stay yet as got chemicals smells due to recently painted. Btw, the airconds at the gym is not working so you can’t enjoying your fitness exercise..

The room given and the room I gave are not the same. I agree to change the room but i am dissatisfied with the refund. There are no refunds in the end.

• Si (7/5): Good - Location was good, very close to major point of interests. It is also a residence that house many local and expats. Security and management of Robertson prioritizes their security a lot. Self check in was seamless. While the building itself was very clean, albeit a little to the more no frill standard, many facilities seems unfinished, hard to find as no floormap was provided as well. The kitchen was not the cleanest (rusty utensils, remnants of food on their plates and bowl) We ended up not using their kettle and microwave as they didn't look very clean too. Toilet had a musty smell that seeps into the room if it wasn't completely closed.

• Alexander (9/5): Overall, we liked the place a lot. - We loved the location near Petaling Street. The apartment was large enough for 5 people. The pool and workout facilities were a nice bonus. The kitchen is OK but could be better equipped.
