• Alex (5/5): Not worth for the money. - Location is good. It's a very tiny room. The bathroom is horrible; there is not enough space for even bathing. There is no wardrobe, no chair for sitting, and it is good only for sleeping.

• Leonard (4/5): Disappointing - Nil The conditions are liveable, however, the pillowcases and towels were old and did not seem very clean. In addition, there was no shampoo in the toilet.

• Joyce (8/5): Decent stay for low budget non fussy travellers! - Decent stay for low budget travellers. Owner was kind enough to allow me to change my travel dates, due to car breaking down on my way to JB. Down side would be limited parking space available, first come first serve. Might have to risk parking on road side during peak season or waking up in the morning to shift your car for others to exit.
• Pei (6/5): Not on par with expectations - There are at least 5 power socket available in my room. Water pressure of the shower is good, but unfortunately the shower head are broken with a leak and part of the water spray to a different direction. TV available with limited channels options. Basically no receptionist on standby, and you have to call the number provided upon arrival. The uncle who pick up the call was rude. Parking is available but very limited. Only 8 spots are available and you have to park front and back. I have to wake up early in the morning to swift my car. You get what you paid for. The room is very small and cramps, and not properly maintained.

• Kite (8/5): my stay experience - Overall, I think this is a nice house. It is very quiet at night and before 7 am, which is good. No hair dryer

• Maniam (3/5): Not so great place - The location was good. 1. The reception (Old Chinese Man) was cold & not welcoming 2. The bedsheets had stains & dirty (Had to use my towel to wrap the pillow.

The photos only shows the best pictures they've got cause when i got there, im surprised theres a lot of dirty marks on the wall made me felt uncomfortable. Im ok with the small space but the dirty wall was what made me uncomfortable during my stay. The facilities like for the mini kettle? It was really dirty and im not brave enough to use it. The towel was not in a good condition too because they were stains from clorox perhaps, i dont know but it was not it. The floor was not really clean too when i came.
