Les rideaux étaient bien occultants Le lit de la chambre était confortable Le logement était propre Pratique d’avoir une machine à laver C’est un appartement adapté pour 2 personnes mais pas 4 : Les lits « futons » sont très inconfortables et il n’y a qu’une couverture d’appoint avec, elle ne peut pas couvrir un adulte ! Beaucoup de mobilier cassé : 3 chaises seulement, très fragiles : on ne peut pas s’adosser et les assises sont cassées, on se pince les cuisses dans le plastique… Seulement 2 verres, 1 seule petite cuillère Le pouf est cassé, le canapé aussi… La nuit je me suis fait piquer en lignes sur les bras et jambes, j’ai peur que ce soient des punaises de lit…

Need toilet paper for your room, "call your host". Need to store your luggage after check out, "use lockers in the mall". Light rain with no lightning, "can't use the pool".

The front main door was not able to be locked and suddenly in the morning a 2 foreigner MENS walked in to take the housekeeping things. We were all woman in the "supposedly connecting room" got shocked and scared. They did not even knock neither felt guilty nor informed us earlier that this is going to happen. They should not keep the things in the guest connecting room. They should get a store of thier own as it feels very unsafe. Aircond in the second room was warm. Blanket for the futton is so short like specifically for kids.

Уважаемый хозяин, во всем цивилизованном мире используют раскладной диван для размещения гостей и площадь апартаментов это позволяет, а также для полотенец можно использовать ополаскиватель при стирке полотенец, чтобы они не воняли

• Bilal (5/5): The worker is not helpful.he can play with you - The property did not meet my expectations for cleanliness and comfort, but it was close to Lalaport Mall. One more thought: the sofa is dirty, the bed is not comfortable, the towels smell, and the television is not the best. This is what you'll get.

So near and easy to go to the concert venue. Also, the person in charge (Jasmine) was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Fast reply and helpful. The bed not that comfortable for me. It's too soft for my body and i feel a lil bit suffocated in my chest. I hopee too that maybe they can get a bigger/standing ironing board because it's much easier to iron clothes.

• Mohd Johari (7/5): Comfortable for 3 person to stayed for 5nights not for 4 persons. - Facilities Gym and Swimming pool were excellent. Host was polite and the balcony view was excellent for the location of the building. The checkout was negotiable as long as you pay the extension but only upto 1pm, Only one key provided, family cant go separately. Two room apartment, one was ok with queen bed, the second room was really small and had 1 single bed but they laid a matress on the floor. making it no space to walk around the room.This makes the apartment really can only fit 3 person unless one is willing to sleep on living room couch. No clothesline to dry clothes on. TV can watch local channels TV3 ect. No veranda sittings to gaze the nice view. Sissors were blunt. The ironboard was too small with short legs. Couch coffee table was broken. Prior to arriving, they confirm towels were provided, we could have brought our own because their towels were thin.
• Viktoriya (9/5): все было рядом и красивый вид - Прекрасное местоположение, удобно добираться до достопримечательностей и торговых центров, с этажа G был выход в торговый центр Lalaport, что было очень удобно, классный бассейн и спортзал, в целом в квартире все было отлично, 1 ключ для входа в квартиру, общение происходило через whatsapp, сначала это насторожило, но в итоге все прошло хорошо👍 было немного грязно, на стенах,дверях и диване были загрязнения

• Thu Giang (9/5): Hài lòng, sẽ giới thiệu và hướng dẫn bạn bè đến nghỉ thuận lợi hơn - Căn hộ nằm trong 1 khu chung cư bề thế, cao cấp, an ninh tốt, có tiện ích bể bơi phòng tập khu sinh hoạt chung, vị trí khá thuận lợi về giao thông, gọi Grab tiện. Ngay sau tòa nhà, ra khỏi cổng bảo vệ rẽ trái là 1 khu phố ẩm thực và trung tâm thương mại, siêu thị lớn rất tiện cho việc ăn uống hoặc nấu nướng vì trong phòng có bếp, nồi niêu, bát, thìa để nấu ăn. Điện nước tốt, có máy giặt, bàn là, máy sấy tóc. Các bạn cần tải WhatsApp để dễ liên hệ với chủ nhà tránh như tôi không có WhatsApp chỉ liên hệ bằng email, nhắn nhiều lần mà không thể kết nối được với chủ nhà. Rất may nhờ được bảo vệ gọi điện tôi hộ mới liên hệ được người bàn giao căn hộ. Kiến nghị chủ nhà nên kiểm tra Mail để hỗ trợ khách. Ghế Sofa cũ, yếu. Rèm xộc xệch do mất móc treo. Chủ nhà chú ý hơn chút thì sẽ nâng giá trị căn hộ lên rất nhiều!

I was already travelling when i had to message via whatsapp to request more info, which was stessful. I got the checkin info after i landed in the country. I didnt intend to buy data/sim card until after arriving in the city, which would have made it impossible to communicate about how the checkin works, where to go, etc.

On a dû se débrouiller nous mêmes avec la fatigue de 12h de vol et décalage horaire, pas de proposition à attendre dans le hall car on n’a pas eu le code QR (envoyé vers 14h30). En cuanto a la habitación...nosotros reservamos una habitación familiar donde los futones consistían en dos colchones de 6 cm de alto tirados en el suelo con una sábana y una manta polar estilo Ikea que ni tapaba todo el cuerpo. En el sofá no nos podíamos sentar porque tenía los muelles rotos. En compenso el baño estaba muy bien y limpio y Woei Shin siempre contestó enseguida a nuestras preguntas. Los colchones en el suelo. Se dormía muy mal.

Würde wieder kommen, wir waren alle zufrieden. Für 5 Leute doch etwas klein, aber immernoch ausreichend. Zwei Schlüssel wären super, statt nur einem. Ohne Schlüssel kann man den Fahrstuhl nicht bedienen.

• Ruth (9/5): - The apartment is in a great location, directly next to Lalaport and public transportation. The check-in was very easy, but keep the check-in time in mind as they are very strict about it! We enjoyed the rooftop pool and the fitness center on the 35th floor, the view is amazing and we would definitely come back to this building. The apartment has all the essentials (towels, toilet paper, soap), but it is very low equipped. There is only one pot for cooking, we only had one roll for toilet paper (we stayed 4 nights) and we missed a light next to the bed for a little more comfort. You have everything you need, but it is meager interior.

• Ferdinand (10/5): Best apartment with affordable price - Room was very clean, very spacious, had a view to the KL tower and twin tower, especially beautiful at night. They provided hangers to dry clothes, sufficient amount of towels were given. Hot water was ready and there was iron for shirts, washing machine works well. All the facilities in the apartment were excellent. The pool at lvl 35 was also open and had an amazing view. Security was good and well organized. Apartment is connected to lalaport bbcc directly which is very convenient. Will definitely comeback if i go to malaysia again Honestly nothing
