• Amparo (10/5): Bañera poco accesible - La calidad-precio. La bañera estaba un poco alta y es un poco difícil que una persona mayor o con dificultades entre. Debería haber algo para que no resbale.

• Wiebke (9/5): Schöne und erholsame 2 Tage - Sehr gute Lage (idyllisch und ruhig, nördlich der Stadt, aber gut angebunden), super freundlicher Vermieter, sauber, alles da, was man braucht, bequeme Betten. Abnutzungsspuren in der Küchenzeile (einfach mal die Kanten neu lackieren)
• Rachael (9/5): We had a great time and found it very easy to enjoy Amsterdam. - It is situated in a very peaceful and beautiful waterside street in north Amsterdam. The location extremely well by bus 35 which connects to the line M52 of the Metro with the 1st stop being Amsterdam Centraal. The journey only takes around 15 minutes. The property is very comfortable. Paul , the host gave us some great tips on arrival and the use of bicycles is included. The only thing I would include would be bath towels as the ones supplied are small.

Everything you need for a good trip to Amsterdam - even bicycles. Well stocked kitchen. Friendly host. Nice little garden. Hope to come back again. Nothing was bad.

• Mindaugas (10/5): - Rami ir jauki vieta., daug gamtos ir tylos. Puikus rajonas, net naktį buvo saugu grįžti. Patogus susisiekimas su miesto centru, galima nuvykti per 15-20 min. Apartamentai labai jaukūs, viskas pritaikyta poilsiui. Šeimininkas labai malonus ir greitai atsako į klausimus. Jei reikės, tikrai grįšime!🥰 Šaltos grindys, galėtų būti daugiau kilimų, kad nešaltų kojos🤗

• Alejandro L. (10/5): Gran opción en Amsterdam Noord - La casa está situada en un barrio encantador, algo alejado del barullo del centro pero bien comunicado por transporte público. Paul, el propietario pone a disposición de los huéspedes bicicletas que son una gran opción para desplazarte en un agradable paseo hasta el centro. Las camas son muy cómoda y la casa es muy confortable, con todo lo necesario para preparar un desayuno o una cena. Paul estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades y respondía rápido a nuestras consultas. • Σοφια Σοφια (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία ειναι εξαιρετική και η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο μόλις το βρεις με τα μέσα είναι πολλή εύκολη! Ο Paul είναι πολύ ευγενικός και αρκετά βοηθητικός, επιπλέον το σπιτάκι είναι τέλειο και πολύ καθαρό!

• Sabine (10/5): Trotz schwierigem Wetter ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Tolle Umgebung und sehr gemütliche, schöne Wohnung. Paul ist ein sehr nett und die zusätzlichen Fahrräder super!
• eric (8/5): Comfortable beds and pleasant surroundings. - No breakfast included. We loved that we were on a canal with lots of walkable trails and within walking distance of restaurants and a grocery store. Liked that we has access to the garden and could sit outside.

• Stephen (10/5): Exceptional - Very quaint comfortable property in a nice quiet community setting. Paul was so helpful and kind. It really was an easy trip on the bus and Metro to the center of Amsterdam or surrounding areas. Paul explained it well. I would absolutely go back.

We had everything we needed, and once we understood how to use public transport, it was so easy to get in and out of the city. Loved the bikes that Paul had available. The facilities were great and Paul was a fantastic host.

Everything was comfortable and we'd love to re visit someday soon. The only inconvenience was getting Grab Services due to location, otherwise everything else was great.

The kitchen is big and well equipped. There is a coffee machine and a coffee capsules. The owner is very kind and helpful. The are plenty of parking space.

The property itself is good– immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The location is good , nestled in a charming and quiet neighborhood but still within easy reach of the city's main attractions. Public transport is conveniently close, making it easy to explore Amsterdam. Paul’s attention to detail truly made a difference. He specially came to explain us the area and what all we can explore during our stay. Communication with Paul was seamless throughout our stay, and he was always quick to respond to any questions I had. Overall, staying at Paul’s property made my trip to Amsterdam even more memorable. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located accommodation. Thank you, Paul, for being such a fantastic host! • Yuriy (10/5): Super! - The apartment is very pleasant. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people. The apartment consists of a studio kitchen and a separate room. The apartment is located in a very quiet place, near a wonderful lake. The apartments are equipped with everything you need for housing. Kitchen with coffee machine, toaster, dishes and everything you need. Heating is regulated individually. Parking is free near the house. The apartments are perfectly clean. The owner Paul is a very kind and helpful person, fully explained about transportation and all attractions. He lives on the top floor and is available at any time for any help. It is 20 min to the central train station (bus and metro). Cab to the station - 16 - 17 eur. Paul, thank you very much for everything. We will definitely come back. Your place is very nice. We enjoyed everything very much. Good luck to you. Everything was very much to my liking.
• Lore (9/5): Comfortable stay with nice location outside central Amsterdam - We liked the fact that is was a bit outside the city centre, the commute into central Amsterdam was not a hassle and the bus stop is 5 min walking distance form the property. There is a river next to the property and nice routes to go jogging is that is your thing to do. The host was also very accommodating and showed us all the biking bits and bops should we wish to have the full Amsterdam experience. Nothing particular, the only thing would be that the words "Amsterdam family house" is a bit misleading... they should rather use "Amsterdam family Apartment " cause it was not that spacious as a house.

• Marek (10/5): great location and apartment at Amsterdam Nord - Very nice location in the picturesque street by the water, part of Amsterdam Nord not much touristic, rather with local young families. Host Paul is very kind, communicative and helpful. All the tips he gave us were brilliant- dinner at Hotel De Goudfazant was a perfect. Additionally, 4 bikes were available for us and we utilised them fully - Amsterdam on bikes is the best!
• Michael (9/5): Family House was a great choice for visiting Amsterdam, as it provided a quiet, comfortable and relaxing home to rest at - A quiet and convenient location with easy transport into the city and local shops and restaurants nearby. Pleasant outlook onto garden. very comfortable beds. Warm and cosy. Use of the owner’s bikes was a bonus! The owner, Paul, was very welcoming and gave us lots of useful tips and places to visit and where to eat. No oven, but we mostly ate out and there was a microwave.

He gave us possibility to use his bikes, gave us some good advice about the city and he was so kind to offer us a ride in early morning to the main station. Nothing, everything was as it should be
