• Phatchari (10/5): - The staff were very kind and provided excellent service. The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. There is also a shared kitchen available, which is very convenient. Overall, it’s great value for the price. The floor is wooden and the stairs are a bit steep, so you need to be a little careful when walking, but it wasn’t a problem for me at all. One small suggestion would be to add a bedside lamp, as the main light switch is located only by the door.

La camera è confortevole e con AC, pulita e con affaccio su strada silenziosa. Il bagno in comune sempre pulito. Lo staff è gentilissimo e disponibile. Segnalo la presenza di 2/3 rampe di scale per chi potrebbe avere problemi
• Malina Sophie (8/5): Fast alles top :) - Wir fühlten uns sicher und das Zimmer hatte was man zum Schlafen braucht. Der Mann von der Rezeption war nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten gefragt, ob wir Wäsche waschen können, auch wenn wir die am Montag früh abgeben und Dienstag auschecken. Er meinte das passt, jedoch müssten wir dann Dienstag eventuell bis 11 Uhr warten (Check-out ist bis maximal 11Uhr). Damit waren wir einverstanden. Leider konnten wir dann doch nicht, wie extra vorher besprochen, Wäsche am Montag abgeben, weil er meinte, dass sei ihm doch zu riskant, falls die nicht rechtzeitig wiederkommt. War schade für uns, da wir das sonst einfach ein oder zwei Tage früher gemacht hätten und extra gefragt hatten…

• Ylenia (7/5): - Nice location No elevator. We had a dead cockroach in the bathroom on the last night. You cannot store your luggages there when you check out, which is a bummer!
• Danielle (8/5): - Staff really friendly and helpful; our door handle broke and it was fixed promptly despite the night time. Room as seen in the pictures, clean and comfortable. Shared bathroom was also kept clean and shower nice and hot. Location is ok, but Bangkok is big so taxis are always needed to explore further. No opportunity to check in earlier sadly and unfortunately nowhere to leave bags securely but we managed to find a luggage hold before our sleeper bus.

• Josefa (8/5): Great location comfortable room - Location excellent near most touristic places. The owner is very friendly and helpful. If you need to book a taxi it's cheaper to do it from the Guesthouse. My room was large and very clean. I also had the choice of air-con or a powerful fan (I'd prefer fan). A good place to retired at the end of a long day sightseeing. Get booked very quickly It wasn't an issue for me but if anything I'd say A lift.

The room and bathroom were clean. Staff were also friendly and welcoming. Some hand soap in the bathroom would make a world of difference. Access to a water filter would also be beneficial.

Znakomita lokalizacja! z szybkim dostępem do najważniejszych obiektów na mapie Bangkoku. Przy recepcji wywieszonych jest kilka propozycji odpłatnych wycieczek oraz usługa prania. Obiekt dla osób mniej wymagających, cena adekwatna do jakości :) na miejscu pod uwagę trzeba wziąć strome schody prowadzące na piętra a w przypadku naszego pokoju materac w łóżku był dość twardy ale tak też było w większości innych miejsc później odwiedzonych w Tajlandii.

The only positive thing was the location, which is relatively central and close to some shops and street food. That’s about it. The room was very poorly maintained and nothing like the photos. It was dirty, with stains on the bedding and an unpleasant smell in the room. The bathroom was in terrible condition – mould, грязна тоалетна и almost no hot water. The air-conditioning was extremely noisy and barely worked. The walls are paper-thin, so you can hear everything from other rooms and the street. The staff were unhelpful and unfriendly, and when I complained about the cleanliness, nothing was done. Overall it felt unsafe, unhygienic and very uncomfortable.
