Guest Reviews
- Andrew (8/5): - Spacious and very central location
- Ioan-Liviu (9/5): A comfortable stay next to Bang Chak BTS - It's in the area I wanted to stay and very near the station. Spacious room with a minimalist design. Large and comfortable bed , good A/C and wifi. Not much. I'm a heavy sleeper so I don't mind, but the place is near the main street with a lot of traffic. Also, I had to bring my own soap and shampoo, but they mentioned it before and I had some with me anyway.
- Abdelilah (6/5): - The location was great I'm afraid the toilet was unpleasant and the bedroom walls we pretty bad.
- brian (6/5): -
- JOO HYUNG (8/5): Hypermodern corner of business--lil bit minimal, interior seemed intentional..delightful - The locals No microwave
- Zaire (4/5): probably you can get a better place for the same rate - near the BTS really dusty and noisy and no elevator
- FSVR54 (10/5): - Great local neighborhood, righy by BTS. Spacious room. I would stay here again. Only downsides could be the traffic noise if you don't sleep well and the shower drain can clog easily, so you have to pinch it.
- Joonas (8/5): Very good -
- Colin-kirk (6/5): Nice host, spacious room, but needs some upkeep. - Convenient location near the BTS Bang Chak entrance. Nice host who was responsive enough: the A/C wasn't working well, so he came the next day to clean it but couldn't repair it until after I left. Spacious room. Good price. Noise from the street means you'll likely need to sleep with earplugs. Bathtub wasn't fully cleaned so it didn't drain while showering, leaving me standing in a pool of dirty water. No soap or shampoo provided, which would be a cheap and easy thing to add convenience for customers. Bed was a bit hard and you could feel the springs. Air con didn't work well even at the lowest temperature, so I was sweaty all night.
- Kam (8/5): Very comfortable place suitable for budget travellers - Great location right next to BTS, no check in/out hassle, duplex with lots of space, love the cat at the second floor landing, air-con and water heater works perfectly, no unnecessary amenities Alleyway to the front door very narrow, traffic very noisy (earplugs hugely recommended)
- Schafsmann (7/5): Good -
- Denise (7/5): We enjoyed the stay as it was very close to travel into Bangkok and an extremely friendly Irish bar next door - Very close to BST. it very it was very quirky and it was in a none tourist area so get to see the real Bangkok. If you are going to go for the industrial look of a property, you must add a touch of luxury, which we would’ve recommended a very comfortable mattress
- Martin (5/5): Cool, value for money, noisy - The room looks exactly as described. It was clean and simple. I wish there were some basic soap/shampoo. The room is equipped with a smart TV (netflix, youtube etc.), good WiFi, fridge, kettle, hairdryer, utensils, plates and microwave. The bathroom is decent, the hot water was fine. The AC worked well. The room was also packed with towels and a small sofa. The bed was comfortable. The location is great. The biggest issue was the constant noise from the major street nearby. The window could not fully close. I would recommend soundproofing the studios. Entrance to the accommodation was a little tricky so ask the host for detailed instructions. I locked myself out, the host responded immediately and came to my rescue within 15 min. Thank you! Too noisy, no soap,
- Denis (7/5): Good - Location Bathroom
- Suresh (8/5): Good budget studio - Great location, basically outside bang chak bts station and very close to a 7eleven. Easy check in and out process, good budget room. Wifi worked well enough for me to run an amazon fire stick to stream. Plenty of options for food delivery on grab in the area. Roughly 30-40 mins away from both BKK and DMK airports. Good AC unit that keeps the room nice and cold when it's hot out Very noisy from the street and the curtains don't do a very good job of keeping light out, also the room is up 4 flights of stairs which are quite steep, there is no elevator which makes it a struggle dragging heavy suitcases up them in 32c heat after a 12 hour flight. Not the best TV either, you needed to turn the volume to 70 or 80 out of 100 to be able to hear it
- Di (2/5): Very noisy and too many negatives. - Excellent location
Large 60 sq.m room
Plates, bowels, fork, spoon, and knife After reading all the good reviews, we were looking forward to staying at ep1 and booked 19 nights. However, our experience was totally different from the reviews.
The room had two large windows which was nice. However, it let all the noise from the outside in. It was very noisy from the traffic and the loud exhaust. And, every evening to very late at night, group of men drinking, smoking, loud talking, yelling, and loud music downstairs.
Cons
Very weak water pressure. Takes long time to take showers. Very annoying.
Toilet does not flush completely.
Wi-Fi unreliable, keeps asking for sign in.
No elevator, have to climb steep stairs.
Weak security. Entrance door has key card. However, the door does not close properly. Therefore, anyone can just walk in.
- Nivine (10/5): All good - Free late check-out, really appreciated it!
- Tung (7/5): Good - Love the style, room is big, comfy bed, great location… I thought I would love the stay but it was a pity because…
1. Shower didn't work for me, just no water pressure sometimes… and they can't do anything about it…
2. Always this weird smell in the building/room, it goes away after you turn on the aircon
3. I would say the washing machine needs cleaning…
4. The food stall downstairs at day bring many cockroaches at night, so really scary to get inside and outside the building for me.
- Phongsakorn (8/5): Very good -
- Adarsh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Connor (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place and people! The design of the place is nice and comfortable. The location/neighborhood is so pleasant and charming—everyone is sweet. Yay!
- Riley (8/5): Cool stay in a good location - I chose this property because of the brutalist aesthetic which was great.
Location was fantastic, right next to BST and 711.
Property was comfortable and had everything needed including washing machine/dryer.
Property manager replies almost immediately.
We were allowed to check in early and check out late after contacting property. No reception or person on site but the property manager is reachable by messages.
No room services on a 4 night stay
Shower temperature fluctuated often.
- Bence (10/5): Exceptional -
- Aleksei (10/5): Great place! - unusual and pleasant place. great design! The room is perfectly clean, there are no foreign odors and no insects. Convenient location, lots of street food and restaurants nearby. Nearby there is a BTS station, 7-11, and a motorcycle taxi. sorry, there is no elevator
- Cesar (9/5): Cool design, strategic location. - The apartment has a really cool industrial design with a rustic touch. It's located right next to the BTS station and there's a 7Eleven just around the corner on the same block. Close to many restaurants and coffee shops. There's no reception staff so you really have the privacy of home. I first booked for 2 nights and ended up staying 6 nights in total. The AC console is huge and works really well for the size of the apartment. There's wifi. There's a small fridge with a good tiny freezer and a microwave. The room felt a bit dusty, but I guess that it's due to the location. The shower looks really cool but it's a bit noisy when you're using it because of the material it's made of. It would have also been nice to have a plate or two and some utensils for guests to eat. There was no couch as per the photos I previously saw, only 2 chairs and the bed. The wifi would often stop working but could be fixed with a simple reset.
- Fela (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jason (9/5): Superb, Stylish & Such Good Value - Excellent accommodation which some would call a ‘brutalist’ style of design.
Huge room, fridge, TV, plates, bowls, cutlery, toilet paper supplies and more.
The location is brilliant - very close to Bang Chak BTS station and in fact you can see the accommodation’s sign while inside that station.
Great communication. Good, real Thai style neighbourhood & with friendly Thais in the eatery space downstairs (outside).
Lovely staff in the hair salon on your way down to the ground floor also! All good. The basin’s tap could be a little more powerful, for such things as brushing teeth but not a problem at all.

- Elena (8/5): Generally, I enjoyed my stay because the apartment is almost in the center near a BTS station. There are shops, Starbuck - It was a nice stay in a good part of Bangkok. The apartment is basic but quite comfortable with everything needed. There was no soap in the bathroom. The property is near a busy road, so it was quite noisy because of motorbikes and I woke up several times a night
- Kim (10/5): Exceptional - Location so strategic and access to anywhere within click. The host are so friendly and nice. Sure will recommend and stay here again. And awesome industrial design concept. Just the bath tub got a bit of stained.
- Muhammad (10/5): Nothing to say. The best hotel I have ever stayed in 🫶🏻 - Love the concept design brutalist 🖤 All perfect 👌🏻
- Kathryn (6/5): It was okay - Location, simple check in, fridge stocked with water Shower drain had hairs. Dirt was on pillow
- Bentley (8/5): Very good -
- John (10/5): Exceptional - This is a really nice place to stay which matched all my expectations from the website. It is a modern space, in a regular building in the neighborhood. Access is via the back of the building, and once inside the place is very nice. The wifi is strong, and the hot water good. Features like TV with Netflix and a bluetooth speaker are also really nice.
For this type of place there is no reception desk or staff. I arrived very late at night after a delay and someone happily met me with the key to access.
The area is great with a lot of food, coffee, massages, and the BTS very close. This is not a complaint, but as this is not a property with staff I wasn't sure how to check out. I sent a message and got a fast response however. There are coin-operated laundry machines outside the room which I used, but I was a bit worried if this was OK or if they belonged to the business downstairs. I think a fact sheet in the room to explain these details would be great, i.e. check out procedure, the machines etc.
