C'era anche l angolo colazione con frigo microonde e bollitore. L'area intorno molto tranquilla e abbiamo incontrato il proprietario. Molto gentile e discreto sempre. Niente
• Autumn (9/5): It was great! - I liked the cleanliness and layout. The remote didn’t worked but was replaced the following day, no biggie. The Lizard however!!! 0/10 wouldn’t recommend lol I was terrified but that’s Florida!😭

• Christophe (10/5): Everything was PERFECT - I was really happy to stay there. Everything is at the TOP. It's a really calm place first of all. The location is perfect regarding the access to all the different highways. You have also all the food brands next door. Inside, tha room is well organized, with all the lil accessories you might need. If i have to go back to Miami, for sure i will rent the place again. Nothing

• Mark (8/5): Nice quiet residential area, shops nearby as well as access to public transport to downtown. - The hosts were really helpful and we were able to contact them if we needed anything. There was a fridge, kettle, microwave, TV, ironing board, iron and hairdryer. Beds were very comfortable and the property was very clean. We were about a 10 minute walk to the bus stop to get public transport into Downtown Miami (combined bus and metrorail took about an hour). There was also space at the property for our rental car. We were about 10 minutes from the airport and close to the freeway which was useful for travelling outside of Miami. There were shops within 5 minutes' walk from the property, including a car hire office, a supermarket, a bar, various fast food places as well. It was all good but we could have done with an area map - you don't neccessarily always want to refer to your phone. Perhaps an umbrella would be handy as well to cope with the really hot sunny skies and the occasional downpour! Metrorail brochure/tariff sheet would also be good. Could have done with a couple of bowls and/or plates.

• Mayte (10/5): A super convenient centrally located gem of a studio rental. - Central location, amenities, value, host was wonderful, great communication, very clean, easy access and check in, safe and quiet neighborhood.
• Nikolett (7/5): Good - The location is good. There is parking available on site. The self check in is convenient. We were very disappointed when we arrived as the description of the place is very inaccurate. It's not mentioned anywhere that this unit is basically a second bedroom of the house and it's only separated by a poor internal door which means you can hear everything from the house and this ruins the privacy completely. Despite the description which says private guesthouse.... We felt like in a dormitory. It was impossible to sleep without earplugs. There is a portable AC which is so loud that it can't be used unfortunately and it also occupies one of the bedside tables which is uncomfortable. The appliances in the room make random very loud noises. There was also something very noisy under the window. The mattress is too soft. We also recommend a shower cup if you don't want to get your hair wet. The floor was not very clean, the microwave was also found dirty. A toaster would be nice.
