• Igor (10/5): Exceptional - Room is just great! Area is very quiet, perfect for working. The location is quite remote. Which is good, thats the reason why it is so quiet. But it only makes sense to stay here if you have a motorbike!

• Marius (3/5): Dirty, reception unavailable, not able to speak English. - Room was spacious Upon arrival the room was not cleaned properly and there was hair from the previous guest on the floor. The room has not been cleaned once during the whole 7 nights I stayed. The reception was not staffed 90% of the time. If I asked something the owner was not able to understand it properly. Opening the door was extremely fiddly since it was secured with a padlock and chain. The location is far from the city center so you’ll end up renting a scooter or pay the cost you saved on the room on grab riders if you want to explore downtown. In the end you get what you pay for so don’t expect too much
• Van (2/5): dislike - The property is about 40 minutes away from everything with traffic. We were trying to save 20 bucks ended up paying a lot more on cabs getting to everything. The facility can be clean or their kitchen is yucky and the elevator needs to be wiped down. The room is really nice and modern but the bed I feel like, I’m sleeping on a boxspring. They have this plastic wrapped around a mattress still so I was sweating in the middle of the night. They use a mattress cover without bed sheets over it so he got hot and very itchy. The blanket is the same material as the bed cover so it’s a pillow. They really do need some real sheets! I don’t even want to know what still stains on the couch is but they either need to cleaned out or get a new couch. I could not sleep all night zero sleep, because how uncomfortable the bed is so we booked another room and left that place even though we booked it for two days, they still charge us for the day that we did not stay, but I didn’t care just want a nice comfy bed to catch up on some sleep! All the other hotels that we have stayed at for about the same rate have decent bedsheets and pillowcase so we’re not that picky but it’s tough sleeping on. This place is a gated hotel. They failed to give us the combination to the gate door. Another tenant was kind enough to give us the combo. Free washer and dryer which was a plus. Overall this place does not meet our expectations and we will not be saying here or recommending this place to out family and friends. too far away from everything and bed is not comfy. Photos are pictures from inside the room that left a nasty impression on our stay.

• Kade (7/5): Good - Clean and very well furnished room Young girl spoke good english and other staff very helpful friendly and nice Nicest room layout ive experienced in Vietnam, just a shame about the area Tried to withhold my passport?? Neighbourhood was industrial, noisy busy and dirty No options for food nearby
