• Charles (7/5): Not a boutique stay. - Modern room and clean. No reception. Waited ages for gate to be opened. No person or visible reception spot. No response from anyone via WhatsApp (used to contact us) to get exit small gate code the next morning and had to ask other guests. No one to close main gate behind us the next morning requiring us to block the gate to not be locked out while returning the key and fob to our room. Difficult stairs for our room. Communal area is untidy and strewn with so dated much stuff it’s almost impossible to make your way.
