Por outro lado sendo um bed and breakfast achei que poderia ter acesso à cozinha! Neste alojamento o mesmo não era possível também achei o quarto muito pequeno e frio. Tinha de se ter sempre o ar condicionado ligado, mesmo para dormir o que não é nada saudavel!

- Florian (7/5): Netter Gastgeber aber Wohnung sehr hellhörig und Lärm von draußen - Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Problemloser Check in/out. Täglich wurde das Bett gemacht und alle 2 Tage gab es frische Handtücher. Die Wohnung und die Fenster sind Nicht wie im Inserat beschrieben schallisoliert sondern man hört den lauten Lärm der Hauptverkehrsstraße und den Krach der Stadtreinigung mit ihren Laubbläsern mitten in der Nacht. Außerdem ist die Wohnung selbst sehr hellhörig, man hört die Gespräche in den Nachbarzimmern und die Haustüre jedes Mal wenn jemand kommt oder geht. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem.

Az ottartózkodásunk ideje alatt a szállás környéke csendes, nyugis volt - esti órákban hazasétáltunk, nem találkoztunk egyetlen kétes alakkal sem. A metró állomása 3 percen belül, egy hangulatos kis reggeliző szintén 3 percre. Bátran ajánlom a szállást. a forgalom zaja behallatszott, de meg lehetett szokni
- Nora (10/5): Roma eterna!!! - La habitación muy confortable. Y, además, en el piso, había heladera, dispenser de agua, cafetera. Esta a 2 cuadras de la estación Lepanto y varias líneas de colectivo por lo que viajar fue fácil. El barrio es mas que nada laboral (mucha gente de día pero no de noche), pero esta cerca de zonas mas comerciales. Me encantó el alojamiento. Nada de ruido por la noche!
- Sonja (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt - komme gerne wieder! - Eine kleine, schöne Pension. Zimmer war schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich auf dem Flur gibt es einen Kühlschrank, Wasserspender, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Tee, Kaffeemaschine und ein paar Stühle. Den Besitzer habe ich zwar nicht persönlich getroffen, aber die Kommunikation über WhatsApp und E-Mails war sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und schnell (Antwort oft innerhalb von Minuten). Der Self-Check-In und Self-Check-Out hat dank den genauen Anweisungen von ihm perfekt funktioniert. Die Lage der Pension ist ausgezeichnet: nur ca. 5 Gehminuten zur U-Bahn-Station Lepanto und einigen Bushaltestellen. Die Vatikanstadt, der Petersdom und die Engelsburg sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend ist ruhig und sicher, auch abends. WLAN-Verbindung war meistens stabil. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut fair. Beim nächsten Rom-Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder! :) Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Es kann manchmal etwas laut bzw. hellhörig sein. Das Zimmer ist Teil eines kleinen Komplexes mit vier weiteren Zimmern, die sich über den Flur gegenüberliegen. Es ist so, als würde man in einem Haus oder in einer Wohnung mit mehreren Schlafzimmern wohnen - was völlig in Ordnung ist, aber auch bedeutet, dass man manchmal alles hört, was außerhalb des eigenen Zimmers passiert. Mein Zimmer war zum Hinterhof hin ausgerichtet, und auch von dort waren manchmal Geräusche zu hören. Die Eigentümer könnten eventuell in Erwägung ziehen, die alten Fenster durch neue Fenster mit Doppelverglasung zu ersetzen, um die Schalldämmung zu verbessern. Allerdings hat mich das wirklich nur ganz minimal gestört - das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau! Ansonsten war wirklich alles perfekt! Ich empfehle die Pension uneingeschränkt weiter und werde bei meinem nächsten Rom-Besuch auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! :)

Il personale è molto gentile, cordiale e soprattutto fornisce tutte le informazioni necessarie per sapere come accedere alla camera e a tutti i servizi e soprattutto ci ha consigliato anche degli ottimi posti dove pranzare/cenare. La zona in cui è situata la struttura è tranquilla, anche alla sera e soprattutto è molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e Città del Vaticano a piedi, oppure se si vuole raggiungere luoghi più lontani (Colosseo) a pochi metri è presente una delle fermate della metro

- Christian (6/5): - Location is excellent, just a few steps away from Rome's metro Line A. Within walking distance of Prati, Piazza del Popolo, etc. Price is fair. You get what you pay for I suppose. Very small room and bathroom. Bathroom in particular could have been cleaner. Old makeup smudges on furniture, etc. Check in was remote, but went smoothly, no issues. Let's just say it was a place to lay my head at night, and I had no particular desire to be there otherwise.

- Tobias (10/5): Schöner Aufenthalt in Rom - Alles war super. Man konnte auch flexibel einchecken. Hätte es nicht besser wählen können. Der Vatikan ist auch schnell fußläufig erreichbar oder man nimmt entweder Bus oder Metro, was beides ca. 50m vom Hotel entfernt ist.

- Wei (10/5): Exceptional - my 3 day trip in Rome is very pleasant and this hotel contributes to it a lot. it's in a very quiet and safe community, near Vatican and many other main attractions. Many nice bars and restaurants around, very convenient. It is very close to the subway ans some bus stops. The host is very friendly and kind, gives me warm welcome the first day i arrive. Overall, I recommend this hotel!
- Georgia (9/5): Nice room, in a quiet neighbourhood, opposite the subway! - It's a nice room, very clean, in a quiet neighbourhood. The Lepanto subway station is literally opposite the complex which is a great advantage, making it minutes away from the main attractions of Rome. The owner is extremely helpful, friendly and kind. He always responded to my WhatsUp messages within minutes. There was coffee everyday for me and the big bonus was that they had no problem to store my suitcase in the premices, as the check out was in the morning and I had to leave for the airport in the evening. All in all, a very good choice and reasonable in price, compared to most of the accommodation I checked. The only disadvantage is that it was a little noisy. The room is part of a small complex with other four rooms overlooking each other, separated by a corridor. It's like you are in a house with many bedrooms, which is fine but this means that sometimes you can hear everything going on outside the room. Mine, also overooked a back yeard and every sound was audible.The owners should consider changing the old windows with new ones, with double glass, which would make them soundproof. Other than that, everything was perfect. I still recommend it!

Como unica pega diria que las habitaciones que dan a la calle principal pueden ser muy ruidosas (sobre todo si duermes con la ventana abierta). En general, muy recomendable!

- Evgeniya (10/5): Clean and neat, good location - Nice place, room is not very big but has everything you need. Very clean and all the furniture and bathroom are pretty new. It is an apartment along with other 4 apartments in a living house. The location is great, in is close to the Metro and not far from the Vatican. The check-in was easy and they have an early check-in at 12:00. You can hear everything in the corridor, but in general it was quite silent.

- Karlos (10/5): Well Located, Quiet Stay - I loved the ease to get to buses and trains near the property. The room was spacious for two and the bathroom was perfect. The host was very effective in communicating. Pro tip, take the 87 or 280 to the fringes of the tourist areas and walk in.

He stayed in constant communication with us while we were trying to find the property, which made things much easier. The location of the property was good, just a short walk to the metro, and it is situated in a very safe area. As a lovely gesture for our honeymoon, Andrea left a bottle of wine in our room, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a good experience and felt well taken care of.

- Gamze (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. it takes 2 minutes to subway by walk.U can reach to Fontana di Trevi after 2 stop by subway and if u want take a walk to Vatikan city,it takes around 20 minutes. the owner is incredibly helpful and answers your questions even more patiently.

- Jessica (7/5): Perfect and convenient for a short stay! - Excellent communication with the staff and flexibility to arrive at the location after check-in hours. Location was very close to the metro and a 18 minute walk to Vatican City. Room was clean and met basic needs and was perfect for a place to crash after roaming around Rome all day. As my room was located close to the door, I could hear when people entered/exited the area, but it wasn't overly bothersome.
- Virgilias (10/5): Exceptional - The room was nice, comfortable and clean. There's a daily cleanup made, even though we stayed only 2 nights. The location is ideal, at 1 metro station from Piazza del Popolo, and close to the metro station itself. It is a calm area, so we can sleep at night. Moreover, it's very safe, we were 2 ladies and we were not afraid of going home at night. The staff is also very kind, and we were provided with some tea and coffee in the room. Thank you for the nice stay, we had a good time and would definitely go back ! 🙂✨
