Piotra Pokój był doskonale czysty i wyposażony w nawet więcej sprzętu niż oczekiwaliśmy np. żelazko oraz deskę do prasowania. Otrzymaliśmy dodatkowe ręczniki dla dziecka. Gospodarz niesamowicie miły i serdeczny- Serdecznie pozdrawiamy Francescę, która dostosowywała się do naszych próśb i błyskawicznie odpowiadała na pytania. Na pewno wrócimy! To był nasz kolejny pobyt w Rzymie i pierwszy raz trafiliśmy do tak wspaniałego miejsca

Das Zimmer schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Alles war sehr sauber, und die kleine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Essbereich völlig ausreichend. Die Vermieter waren äußerst zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich war rundum zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

La struttura è accogliente, curata nei dettagli e situata in una posizione perfetta per esplorare la città: vicinissima a Castel Sant’Angelo e comoda per raggiungere a piedi molte delle principali attrazioni. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Francesca, la proprietaria, che con la sua gentilezza e disponibilità ha reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Sempre pronta a fornire consigli utili, indicazioni e a garantire che tutto fosse perfetto, ha dimostrato una professionalità rara e un’attenzione autentica verso gli ospiti. La colazione non era compresa ma c’erano cornetti confezionati e biscotti sfusi a disposizione oltre alla macchina del caffè in una cucina comune. L’alloggio è a 12 minuti dalla metro di Lepanto e a pochi minuti da piazza Cavour. In 30 minuti a piedi si raggiunge la fontana di Trevi. Sarebbe stato comodo avere la colazione in loco prima di uscire.

La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era molto spaziosa, con possibilità di lavorare con comodità. Gli arredi erano nuovi molto pratici. Molto disponibile lo staff, anche nel permettermi il check-in dopo l'orario consentito. Molto comoda la posizione, nel "cuore" del quartiere Prati, non lontano dalla metropolitana. Signorile il palazzo e facile l'accesso. Non mi è funzionato il wifi: la password indicata non corrispondeva a quella necessaria per accedere al servizio. Ma si tratta solo di un piccolo "neo".

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Francesca was a lovely concierge and was quick to respond to any communications. The information PDF which was supplied in advance with all the key information about the property and the neighbourhood was a really nice touch. The room had everything we needed for convenience, including a luggage wrack and plenty of hanging space for clothes. We got a little bit unlucky because a few things in the room were not working during our stay (coffee machine, hair dryer), but Francesca was very swift to respond, and ultimately it really didn’t make a big difference to our overall experience.
