• Eleonora (2/5): Recensioni da 8 ma non reali. - Comoda la posizione per arrivare alla struttura in cui dovevo sostenere un corso. Vicino alla stazione Tiburtina. Peccato perché l’appartamento sarebbe molto carino ma la pulizia pessima. Cucina in disordine molto sporca, il bagno va bene in comune ma deve essere pulito almeno una volta il giorno. Io in tre giorni non ho mai visto nessuno pulire e anche quando sono arrivata le condizioni erano le medesime. Peli e capelli sparsi in terra sia in bagno che nella camera in cui dormivo. Muri e porte sporche con schizzi di chissà cosa.

• Natalia (10/5): - Wynajęłam pokój z partnerem na 4 noce. Całe mieszkanie ma 3 sypialnie, więc łazienka i kuchnia są do wspólnego użytku jak są inni goście. Całe mieszkanie było bardzo wygodne. W sumie to w ogóle nie widziałam innych współlokatorów. Sypialnia miała sporą szafę, spore wygodne łóżko, biórko i najważniejsze - klimatyzator 😅 już trochę czasu mineło od naszego pobytu w tym miejscu, ale bardzo dobrze wszystko wspominam. Właścicielka była bardzo sympatyczna, w każdej chwili można było się z nią skontaktować jak się czegoś potrzebowało, a nawet proponowała nam miejsca z dobrym jedzeniem i co warto zwiedzić. W kuchni był ekspres na kapsułki, garnki, patelnie, podstawowe przyprawy i w sumie to niczego nam nie brakowało na nasz pobyt. Jestem bardzo zadowolona z tego pobytu Do metra można dojść na piechotę, w okolicy jest sporo sklepów, kawiarni, lodziarni i piekarni. Serdecznie polecam to miejsce. Cena jest super, jest wygodnie, można liczyć na prywatność, i było czysto. Jedyne co trochę przeszkadzało w mieszkaniu, to to że ciężko było o ciepłą wodę pod prysznicem

• Clara (10/5): Comodissimo soggiorno in zona Tiburtina - Posizione ottima, camera accogliente e pulita, ben riscaldata, in un appartamento silenzioso e comodo. Abbiamo dormito benissimo in un letto morbido e molto confortevole. Barbara è stata molto accogliente e disponibile nell'indicarci dei posti nelle vicinanze dove poter mangiare una pizza o cucina tipica romana.
• Apolonia (8/5): Bardzo udany pobyt. Mieszkanie wygodne, schludne, przytulne, dobrze wyposażone. - Dobrze wyposażony obiekt, w łazience i kuchni niczego nie brakowało. Okolica cicha, dość spokojna. W pobliżu dużo lokali gastronomicznych i sklepów. Pokój czysty i przytulny. Bezproblemowy check-in. Dobrze działający internet. W łazience chyba zbiera się trochę pleśni - pewnie wymagałoby to poprawienia. Byłoby też dobrze dać po jednym ręczniku więcej dla gości - mniejszym.

• Daria (10/5): - Pokój jest zlokalizowany w kamienicy z ładnym holem. Kontakt z właścicielką super! W mieszkaniu jest wszystko co mogłoby być potrzebne, dodatkowym atutem jest ekspres do kawy :). Standard jest turystyczny, ale widać że właścicielka dba na 100% o wszystko. Cena do jakości jest super i raczej niczego bym nie zmieniła. Metro jest blisko- 15 min spacerkiem, w okolicy jest pełno sklepów spożywczych.
• Esther (10/5): Soggiorno perfetto. - Ho soggiornato una notte presso la struttura, camera perfetta, ben riscaldata e molto pulita. Ottima posizione, raggiungibili a piedi e comodamente tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Ottima la connessione e apprezzatissimo il servizio streaming in tv. Bagno e cucina pulitissimi. La proprietaria gentile e veramente molto disponibile. Tornerò sicuramente per un soggiorno.

• ERMELINDA (6/5): - Diponibilità e gentilezza del personale La pulizia non è il massimo e la struttura è vecchia e arrangiata. Il bagno condiviso va bene ma c'è bisogno di più pulizia e di un porta rotolo per la carta igienica che viene poggiato a caso un po' ovunque.

• Данильчук (10/5): - Комната была небольшая. Стояла двухспальная большая кровать и две тумбочки по бокам. Напротив кровати на стене висел телевизор. В комнате был кондиционер. Это была комната в трех- комнатной квартире на первом этаже. Квартира как и комната чистая,уютная,Хозяйка доброжелательная, отвечала на все вопросы (мама спросила про сливки к кофе- так она сходила в магазин и принесла нам, что было мило с её стороны). Располагается в 3,4 остановках от Тибуртины. Ездили от туда по своим делам всегда на автобусах ( с пересадками), так как остановка совсем близко к гостинице. Район в котором находится гостиница густонаселенный. Осталась всем довольна, для меня было не очень удобно месторасположение гостиницы, во всех других вопросах только положительные эмоции. Спасибо хозяйке за приём.

• Andjela (1/5): Bad - The whole place is too much modest, so It's very expensive for what it offers. I could find a hotel for this money, not a room in an apartment to share bathroom and kitchen with two more rooms. I would not recommend this place.

• Ema (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable bed, wifi and netflix available in the room. Spacious shared kitchen with a coffee machine. Shared bathroom. Everything is clean and cozy. Also the owner is very helpful and caring. Bus station is 2min, metro 20min by foot or 7min by bus. Bar and food places nearby are available until night. Would definitely recommend!!

The street is active, there were many restaurants and shops. It is a very safe location. The room was good but a bit dusty. I cleaned it. The bed was comfortable but I wish it was cleaner.

Barby and her mum have been accommodating and welcoming. I would go there again, does the job and is affordable comparing to the high prices in Rome. - Some hooks for the towels in the room would have been great
• Nida (9/5): Superb - It is a flat with 3 rooms. The flat was so clean and there is a common kitchen(full equiped) and bathroom. Also, our room was so nice. The bed and pillows are so comfortable. You have also towels in the room. The owner was so kind and helpful. Also, the house is close to Tiburtina bus and train station, but a bit far from the sightseeing places. She does not know English, we had to use translate to communicate. ıt made it a bit hard to understand but not a big deal.
• Elena (9/5): Very comfortable, restful, will advise to anyone. - We cooked our own food, all facilities where avaliable, including tea coffee etc. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby. We couldn't workout coffee machine, but it wasn't necessary.
• Labrosse (6/5): Pleasant - Nearby public transportation, the room was nice and clean, quiet neighbors at night, and our host was accommodating. Unfortunately, the shared bathroom wasn't the problem, but the broken shower made it complicated. Very loud street noise in the morning.

• Leo (4/5): Very basic, outdated rooms - Good location with many nice local places around. Bathroom is not clean. The shower was clogged for a day. You can see around the toilet and sink that no care was taken. Bedroom was overally clean even though if you see all the details around, you wouldn't consider it clean. Beds are too short and small like for a kid and not adult. Room is very basic, outdated and not worth the price.

The kitchen had everything you may need, there is also a hair dryer and a great AC. The bed and the pillows were awesome and super comfy. The host is very nice and attentive. It was a very good experience and we highly recommend it.

Netflix was a bonus! 20 min, straight forward walk from the termitina train station (prob quicker without a 4 year old!) Felt very safe there with my son. Easy (although a couple hours travel) to Ostia beach, which my son loves. Couple of tram stops to coliseum from the train station. Although I didn't speak Italian and Barby didn't speak English, we communicated fine. She was very friendly and happy to help 🙂
