• Kristen (8/5): I think the biggest positive to this hotel is the staff. Mabri was an amazing host. - We didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast. We had a pressing appointment. The room were very clean but a little tired. Great value for the money. Although we felt totally safe, the close location to the train station makes the area a little "interesting".

• Mauricio (1/5): Decepcionante en todo aspecto - Nada, decepcionante el pseudo hotel ya que, hasta el anfitrión me dijo que no eran un hotel, sino un airbnb y que por eso tenía que adaptarme a lo que había. No hubo comunicación seriacon el anfitrión, incluso me escribió: quien es usted? Y estaba claro que era un huésped con reserva, al llegar me pidió inmediatamente los pasaportes y el dinero de la tasa, lo más curioso que me tuvo como 10 minutos haciendo una serie de pregunta incongruentes, hasta que en un momento le dije que nos entregará la habitación ya que veníamos caminando de la estación y muy cansados, recién ahí atino a pasarnos las llaves. Para que decir del aseo, con suerte estiraron las sábanas y eso sería, ni siquiera cambian las tohallas, cuando se las pedimos, nuevamente insistió que eran un airbnb y no un hotel. Las camas son un cemento, duras como madera, cero comodidad.

• Canilla (10/5): - Reservamos una habitación con baño y camas separadas. Cuando llegamos todo estaba tal y como lo pedimos y limpio. Las camas estaban hechas todos los días, el lavabo creo que no lo hacían a diario, pero en general todo estaba bastante bien. La localización las hay mejores pero no es mala, 20 min caminando hasta el centro. El norte de Termini no me pareció un lugar peligroso, si que es cierto que hay muchos locales regentados por inmigrantes además de bastante policía y militares cerca de la estación. En la estación un supermercado Conad con buen surtido que nos vino de lujo para desayunos, aperitivos y fruta. El personal muy atento y amable, la bienvenida nos la dio Stephen que además nos habló en español.

• Natali (7/5): - The apartment is comfortable for a short stay. It’s clean, there are small markets and restaurants nearby. It’s a few mins away from Termini station where you can find supermarkets and big stores. Property staff assists and replies quickly if anything needed. They also suggested to store the luggage after check out if needed. Just FYI there’s an extra fee in case you have to check in after 23:00 and you have to pay the city tax in cash before check in The street was awfully noisy at night during our stay
• Ricard (3/5): Decepcionante - El señor que nos atendió , nos dio un mapa y diferentes rutas y consejos para hacer esos dias . Nos fue de utilidad y era muy simpatico. La ubicacion bien , al lado de la estacion , pero si vuelves a la noche des del centro, es un rollo el transporte publico hasta alli. La poca comodidad de la habitacion , el aire acondicionado no funcionaba , de tres noches solo nos hicieron la cama una vez y no nos cambiaron las toallas. Hacia mucha calor, se me cayo un bicho en la cara mientras estaba estirado en la cama . No habia ni cartel del hotel ni recepcion practicamente, solo una puerta con una habitacion con dos mesas.

• Denis (10/5): Удобный мини-отель у вокзала Термини на пару ночей - Чистый номер, удобные кровати, хороший напор воды, отзывчивый персонал, отличное расположение. Подарили бутылку вина 😀 К сожалению, в номере нет мини-холодильника (но есть на ресепшен, можно попросить воспользоваться), и нет утюга (совсем).

Boligen generelt var langt under forventet standart. Sengene var veldig harde, badet var så å si helt ubrukelig og forferdelig, uren og luktet gammelt piss. Vi måtte prøve å gjøre den litt ren først før bruk, men selv etter at vi gjorde det og brukte duft spray i tillegg, forsettet å lukte gammelt piss som gjordet at hele rommet luktet det samme. Le personnel à l'arrivée était très gentil et ils nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils. L'hotel se situe à un étage d'un immeuble qui est calme, avec ascenseur. • Marta (8/5): Jest ok. - Lokalizacja w centrum miasta. Blisko do najważniejszych zabytków i do dworca. Dość intensywny zapach odświeżacza w pokojach, nie było gorącej wody (jedynie letnia), łazienki potrzebują odświeżenia. Nie było informacji o tym, że trzeba zapłacić podatek na miejscu.

Mabri the owner was very friendly and gave us a map of Rome upon arrival and a list of places he recommended us to visit- including a place selling amazing gelato! Beds were comfortable and the location is perfect with it being a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini station.

• David (8/5): Brilliant base sfor our international rugby weekend in Rome. - Price (for a 3-bed room with en-suite) was good for a major European capital city - we had no need for on-site dining, so the room on its own was perfect. Location (near Termini - the central rail, underground and bus hub) was ideal for getting to and from the airports and around Rome itself. We used a cab-hailing app with great ease since there were always cabs in the area. The location enjoys numerous good/excellent restaurants. Jonny, the concierge, was extremely and proactively helpful. Not really a dislike but let’s be clear, it’s not a hotel. It is a well-maintained, large multi-storey building housing residential and holiday lets.

Very uncomfortable Beds very uncomfortable, no fridge, room heating not working, was feeling cold in the night blanket wasn’t warm one. toilet water was running and had to push many times to stop running water. Shower pressure very slow and small, room not cleaning 1 time in 3 days and didn’t change bed sheets .Towels only provide if you ask otherwise you must bring yourselves, very noisy road and Building old and messy special entrance area. I was staying with my son and it’s was very uncomfortable. DO NOT BOOK AS FAMILY OR EVEN AS COUPLE. very disappointed. I love Rome we have been many times no complaints for any hotel but this time hotel wasn’t Good at all.

Die Handtücher waren frisch und sauber und das Zimmer stets warm Es kann sehr laut werden nachts. Man hört Geräusche von draußen und vom Gang recht laut. Das Einstellen von warmen Wasser bei der Dusche war nicht leicht.

• Daniela (10/5): Excelente ubicación, y buena relación precio calidad - Está bien ubicado, cerca al terminal de Termini donde están todas las conexiones, ya sea de metro, bus o tren. A parte nos dejaron hacer check in antes de tiempo. El señor fue muy amable y nos dio una ruta que podíamos hacer mientras estábamos allá. Y nos dio vino🥰 Las camas son pequeñas, pero es cómodo
