- Grace (8/5): - Not sound proof, easy on the street parking extra 10 per day for private parking, breakfast option is minimal
- Brian (2/5): - We had to wait outside for over an hour attempting to get in contact with the property manager as we never received any code. The room smelled like cigarettes very strongly. They gave us one bed instead of the two we payed for. There was construction in the next room starting early in the morning. The free breakfast was just coffee.

- Jerry (10/5): Nice alternative to hotel stay - Nice alternative to the typical hotel stay. The common area is nicely stocked. The unit is outside of the heavily congested areas of Rome but close enough to public transportation & accommodating if you have your own vehicle.
- Alice (8/5): - Zona abbastanza tranquilla, vicino all'ospedale Gemelli, raggiungibile anche a piedi, poco più di 1 km. Ho apprezzato il servizio Parcheggio all'interno del cancello del palazzo, quindi comunque custodito. Così come la lavanderia messa a disposizione degli ospiti. L'unica pecca il bagno senza finestra nella camera in cui ero, ma tutto sommato un soggiorno piacevole.

- Marco (8/5): - Ottima location, in un contesto abbastanza tranquillo, l'unica problematica non dipendente dalla struttura, è l'assoluta difficoltà di Muoversi da e verso la zona dove questa è sita, negli orari di punta, per il resto, personale disponibile e cortese, camera pulita e in ordine, bagno idem, per ciò che offre la struttura potrebbe anche chiedere un compenso più alto, grazie alla prossima visita
