• Giovanni (9/5): - Buonissima posizione di fianco al Tribunale. A 20 minuti a piedi dallo stadio Olimpico e dal Foro Italico. Vaticano a trenta minuti e cuore di Roma (zona piazza Navona) raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata di una quarantina di minuti. Fermata della metro Ottaviano a 15 minuti. Arredamento della camera essenziale, con forno a microonde, frigorifero, macchina del caffe con capsule e lavello. Letto comodo. Bagno con finestra pulito e abbastanza spazioso, anche se il box doccia è un po' piccolo I rumori di passi delle persone che abitano al piano di sopra si sentono molto. Non c'è la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out, anche se c'è un deposito nelle vicinanza (piazzale Clodio)

• Krzysztof (9/5): - Wygodne małe mieszkanko w spokojnej dzielnicy, położone przy pętli autobusowej Clodio, z której łatwo złapać autobus do centrum Rzymu. Położone około 20min na piechotę od Watykanu. W pobliżu znaleźć łatwo można supermarket, kawiarnie, czy restauracje. Apartament był bardzo czysty, dobrze wyposażony (ręczniki, suszarka, mydło, szampon, lodóweczka, a nawet mały ekspres i kawa), a instrukcje od właściciela jasne. Na drobny minus zasługuje widok z okna i lekki hałas, ale Rzym to ogromne miasto, więc jest to zupełnie naturalne.

• Bironnais (10/5): Vraiment top - Surpris au départ de se voir réclamer la taxe de séjour en supplément dès la réservation. Non ce n était pas une arnaque. L appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Situé dans un quartier calme nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Le contact avec le propriétaire a été fait par message toujours très corrects. Vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance. Seul petit point négatif, si il faut en trouver un, nous sommes à un kilomètre du vatican et il ne faut pas avoir peur de marcher. Mais c est û détail.

Le bruit : entre les voisins, les personnes au dessus et le rideau métallique du parking d'en dessous, il est difficile de bien dormir. Pas trop de luminosité dans la chambre (moustiquaire à la fenêtre et building d'en face proche). Il serait aussi agréable de pouvoir avoir un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre plutôt que de devoir partager celui de l'entrée.

• Elvira Claudia Teresa (9/5): Comodo - La posizione ottima e chiarissime le indicazioni dello staff per raggiungerlo. Ideale per lunghi soggiorni ma anche per una notte come abbiamo fatto noi. Bagno di buone dimensioni e letto molto comodo. Ci ritorneremo se passeremo di nuovo a Roma. Unica pecca, ma superabile, i rumori che provenivano dall'altra stanza e dal piano superiore.

• Laurie (8/5): Très bien pour découvrir Rome ! - La proximité de nombreuses lignes de bus (2 minutes à pied de la chambre) et notamment les lignes 23 et 30 qui passent par beaucoup de sites touristiques à voir - 15 minutes également à pied de la station de métro Ottaviano et à 3 minutes d'un supermarché assez grand. La présence d'un microondes, d'une machine à café et de vaisselle pour pouvoir se préparer un petit déjeuner (présence également d'un mini frigo partagé dans le SAS d'entrée, top !). L'arrivée autonome par une boîte à clés très bien détaillée par le propriétaire. Le bruit de la route (je ne pense pas qu'il y ait de double vitrage) et des voisins de l'immeuble.

• Francesca (10/5): - Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti nella stanza dell'host alessandro che ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni chiare e necessarie per fare il check-in in autonomia. La posizione del b&b è ottima perche è in una zona tranquilla e strategica per visitare roma. La camera è molto pulita, accogliente ed è fornita di tutto il necessario per soggiornare piu notti. Lo consiglio vivamente, sicuramente torneremo volentieri! 😊

• Cucumbers1997 (10/5): 10 e lode! - Struttura situata in ottima posizione, tranquilla ma molto centrale. Camera rinnovata da poco, molto pulita e completa di tutto. Host gentile e disponibile e prezzo molto onesto, consiglio assolutamente a chiunque voglia passare una bella vacanza a Roma. Viaggio spesso e strutture cosí se ne trovano poche!

Consiglio la struttura per posizione e sicurezza della zona, quest’ultima presidiata h24 dai nostri militari dell’esercito! Si sentono rumori dal piano di sopra e dalla stanza affianco, niente di eclatante ma comunque sono presenti…

• Sarah (10/5): It served it purpose, A clean place to sleep - Sheets for the single bed should be available to use if needed. The buses were a 3 minute walk Restaurants that were listed on the website were pretty much day only. Nothing open at night.

Se arrivate con l'auto, dovrete un po faticare per trovare un posto nelle ore mattutine, mentre nel pomeriggio é molto più semplice. Host preciso con messaggi ed indicazioni. Camera molto pulita, credo di recente ristrutturazione. Vicino ci sono una buonissima pasticceria, Gelateria e locali dove fare aperitivo o cenare. Direi tutto ok, nulla da segnalare

• Tomasz (10/5): Przyjemnie i wygodnie. - Ciekawe miejsce nieco na uboczu. Bardzo łatwy dojazd, obsługa przemiła i szybko reagująca na wszelkie problemy. Obok kilka sklepów. W samym pokoju dosyć cicho, choć to zależy w dużej mierze od gości w pokoju obok. Sprawna klimatyzacja zdecydowanie na plus. W tej cenie trudno było się do czegokolwiek przyczepić.

• Nina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk from the bus station where many lines depart. The room is small but comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay. The building is quite noisy, which is normal in big cities. The apartment is actually a divided flat, so you share the entrance and hallway with neighbors. We were unlucky because our neighbors were obsessed with locking the doors, so at all times we heard them locking and checking the door several times. You can hear everything from the adjacent apartment.

Alessandro was a great host, answered any of our questions very quickly and check in was very easy.

• Barbi (10/5): Our stay was perfect for the 2 weeks we spent in Italy. - It was close and convenient to downtown and the metro. It was in a safe location with the military right next door. The room was perfect for what we needed and for our needs just right. We would definitely stay here again! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, like I said it fit our needs and our host was awesome.
• Sára (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the stay. Location was really important for us since we were in Italy for Six Nations. Everything we needed - public transport, shops, pattiseries, even drug stores were around, great restaurants as well and we could walk to Stadio Olimpico and Vatican in 25 minutes. We didn’t have any noise problem that would be uncomfortable, you can sometimes hear somebody smash doors, but where in Europe you can’t. We are both sort of light sleepers, but we brought ear plugs and we slept really well. Alessandro was very nice host, everything went smoothly and we will definitely go for this accommodation again when we will return to Rome. Recommended even for more picky people! 🫶🏼

Only one chair in a room for 2 people & every night there were car alarms going off as the property is close to a parking garage - the fridge is also out in the corridor.

• Flora (8/5): Nice comfortable room in Rome - -the location: quiet area but easy to hop on the bus 30, 89 or 70 to visit all the main tourist attractions. -nice comfortable bed and the host set up a nice bed for our toddler. -the host gave us all the information in advance on how to find the key and everything which made checking easy It's definitely not the host's fault but the plumbing is quite loud. The heater tank turns on and off and can be loud at night. I would recommend earplugs if you are a light sleeper like me
• Mariusz (10/5): Best stay in Rome! - Apartment was really clean, owner gave us second round of fresh towels and sheets during the stay. Bed was comfortable and I sleep really well! Coffee machine was a nice perk. Not enough shower gel / shampoo as well as coffee for longer stay. However it was not a big deal, both are pretty cheap in supermarket nearby. We also did not asked for more, but I'm sure that owner would provide us plenty.

• Marija (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed our stay at Edomus Roma and would recommend it. The location is 2min from a big bus station but you can also walk to the centre of the city or Vatican. The host Alessandro was easy to talk to and gave us every information we needed. Contactless check in and check out. It was clean, there were three different towels per person, toiletries, microwave, coffee machine. The only thing that is a small minus is no iron unlike in the list of facilities.
• Lucy_29 (8/5): Clean and quiet. - Room in condo apartment in a very quiet corner of a busy area of Rome. The center is very well connected with buses and the Vatican is a few minutes away by foot. Room and bathroom were clean. The owner promptly replies via messages. We never encountered the owner and check-in was performed automatically. (keys left in a safe box and code given by message on the same day of arrival). We only wasted a few minutes to understand what door to open since the B&B plaque is at the very top above the entry phone and we couldn't spot it at the beginning.

• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - As mentioned above, good value for money in Rome. Nothing outstanding but everything was alright (apart from the noise problem). The room was clean, the communication with the owner worked out perfectly and the ammenities in the room were as described and all in good conditions. It apparently isn't right in the centre of Rome but you can be in Vatican City within 15 minutes and there are bus stations as well as a metro station in walking distance. TLDR: Good value for money but don't expect anything too fancy. The walls appear to be quite slim, so it was pretty noisy and you could hear everything from another nearby room. But that was only a small issue and the room overall surpassed the expectations you can have from a room in that price range

• Ioana (10/5): Clean, Cozy, Homey vibe. - The room was very big, very clean, very cozy and nice, beautifully decorated, the bed was super comfy and we had extra pillows, the room had very good heating system and it was in a nice building that seemed very safe and very clean. I really recommend this place. The bathroom had a bidet, and we really appreciated that there were 2 doors before reaching the toilet. The water boiler is pretty noisy when it starts, sometimes also during the night though we got used with it and didn't bother us to much. There is not to much natural light but it didn't bother us that much.
