• kika (8/5): Meravigliosamente Roma - La location è ottima, centrale, in una delle zone più belle e movimentate di Roma. La zona campo dei fiori, è comoda per raggiungere pullman, metro ed è poco distante da piazza Navona. La camera è pulitissima, accogliente, ed esteticamente molto bella. Molto ospitali e precisi sul check-in. Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta del soggiorno, è l’apertura online del palazzo che di sera non funzionava, come alternativa c’era la chiave, che apriva solo il portone del palazzo e non la porta dell’appartamento. Come alternativa oltre alla chiave del portone sarebbe utile avere anche la chiave per l’appartamento, se ci sono problemi con la connessione. Per il resto tutto fantastico.

La présence de la porte d'entrée générale des appartements est gênante lorsque quelqu'un rentre. Le déverrouillage automatique est bruyant notamment pour cette chambre qui est la plus proche de celui-ci.

The apartment is fine! The bed is oké, the bathroom is clean en functions. But overal it is a bid old and stuff like that. For example the screws from the door handle were loos.

• fra (8/5): - I stayed at via degli. I saw comments AFTER i booked it, that the flat was not good , dirty, mud and shit. The flat was clean, the cabinet was moving ( who knows what other customers do) Location. Good. Near everything. Staff . Not good . When i contact with the man who is responsible for the apartment, the day i was already in italy, and simply ask him IF i can leave my baggage, until check in time , he responds me with italians ( sory i don't know) and basically he never answer my question. For two days no needed for cleaning services, we have towels and everything. Overall good experience. But the almost zero contact with someone i need isn't good. If something goes wrong? Im i gonna stay again next time? Yeah for sure

• Acosta (6/5): Great location, but the room conditions and lack of maintenance did not justify the price we paid. - It is perfectly situated, very close to the main historical attractions and the most popular tourist areas. Unfortunately, our experience with this room did not meet our expectations. First of all, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was mold in the shower, and the base of the toilet was noticeably dirty. The bidet was also loose and moved a lot when used. We reported this issue, but nobody was available to fix it, and we were simply advised to be careful while using it. The shower was also in poor condition. The upper shower head was missing, leaving only the exposed pipe, and only the handheld shower was working. In addition, there was nowhere to place soap or toiletries, so I had to shower while holding the soap bag in my hand the entire time. In addition, the air conditioning did not work, so we had to use the fan instead. This was especially uncomfortable because my son suffers from allergies and had several difficult nights because of the fan. We reported the broken AC, but we were told it was a building-related issue. Finally, the listing mentioned a “city view,” but the only view from the room was the roof of the neighboring building and the windows of another building nearby. For the amount of money we paid still felt that basic details were neglected. For example, coffee supplies were only provided for one morning, even though we stayed there for three nights.

• Tolga (7/5): - The location was perfect. Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum, and Vatican were within walking distance, and it was very close to supermarkets. Bar Amore and Roscioli Pizza (a pizza place) were 3 minutes away for breakfast. The apartment's exact address isn't clearly listed on Booking.com. When we arrived at Novana, we showed the address to at least five locals, but no one knew it. Finally, we asked patrol officers(police) for help, and thanks to them, Alfredo was able to contact us by phone and send us the location. The exact address should definitely be written on the website. Also, the apartment name isn't written on the building itself. Here, be sure to request the location via WhatsApp before you arrive. Alfredo is very helpful

Opcja śniadania albo na spartańsko kupić coś dzień przed w tym sztućce i talerzyki plastikowe żeby zrobić coś do jedzenia na szybko przed wędrówką albo dla tych co mają dużo czasu i pieniędzy to korzystanie z restauracji i barów w których serwowane są śniadania. Ściany w pokojach z kartongipsu więc wszystkich za ścianami było słychać wraz z osobą po drugiej stronie telefonu z którą rozmawiał sąsiad za ścianą późno w nocy, więc też za to minus

Let's see, the window was broken, looked like it was about to fall off, wouldn't close completely so there were mosquitos constantly in the room; there was mold in the small refrigerator (we cleaned), the wall lights above the bed did not work, the towel warmer/dryer was dirty, there was mold a the base of the shower; water went down VERY slowly in sink and shower, a wall in the bathroom made loud noises whenever water was used, I don't think the floor had been cleaned in a long long while, toilet paper was not replaced (we had to buy our own).

Purtroppo ci sono stati alcuni discomfort legati al bagno, come, ad esempio, il tubo del doccione che perdeva un po' d'acqua e la luminosità che non era ottimale, poichè sarebbe stata comoda la presenza di una luce nella specchiera. Per rientrare la sera ho trovato disattivato l’accesso elettronico tramite smartphone, senza che l’host mi dicesse alcunché a riguardo, e sono riuscita ad entrare (dopo 60 minuti) solo nel momento in cui un ragazzo ha aperto con le sue chiavi per ritirarsi a casa.

Visto i disagi riscontrati nella struttura siamo stati il meno possibile all’interno della camera. La struttura fatiscente, le foto non sono conformi alla realtà, ma soprattutto l’efficienza dei servizi che dovrebbe essere normalità, non sono lontanamente paragonabili al prezzo indicato. Come ad esempio farsi la doccia e ritrovarsi il bagno allagato, la tv non funzionante, lo scarico del wc intasato che emetteva rumori sinistri durante la notte ed evitava un sonno tranquillo e con la tavoletta rotta tanto da non poter andare neanche in bagno, Sporcizia ovunque, e soprattutto fuoriuscita di blatte dagli scarichi. Struttura lasciata un giorno prima della prenotazione per i disagi riscontrati, e oste poco presente e lavativo nel rispondere alle nostre esigenze.

• Leontien (6/5): Prima voor een nacht! Top locatie. - De locatie is echt super en je hoort niets van de straat, je kunt rustig slapen. De fotos zijn echt niet naar waarheid... Het is zeker niet zo mooi en leuk aangekleed. Daarnaast was de kamer voor 4 personen erg klein en slaap je dus letterlijk met iedereen op één kamer. Zou het niet aanbevelen voor meerdere nachten. De douchecabine was verder super klein en er was geen shampoo.

• Marco (6/5): Posizione perfetta per raggiungere i vari monumenti, stabile ed interni lasciati andare. - La posizione centrale per visitare i monumenti. Pulizia, formiche nel letto e nella stanza, posto poco accogliente.
• János (9/5): Alapvetően jó helyen levő, tiszta, kényelmes szállás. - Az elhelyezkedés, és az ár/érték arány. A házba való bejutás az internetes kapunyitás egyáltalán nem működött, várni kellett, amig a szállásadó megérkezett a kulccsal.
