Metro und Bushaltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Viele authentische Restaurants, Cafés und Kneipen mit wenigen Touristen. Werden das nächste Mal wieder hier buchen. Alles bestens

A 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro Ottaviano, buona zona, ben collegata. La colazione inclusa al bar sotto casa era ottima, con molta scelta. La comunicazione per il self check in e per qualsiasi domanda durante il soggiorno è stata sempre precisa, puntuale e molto gentile. letto un pochino rigido per i nostri gusti, ma abbiamo comunque dormito benissimo

• Marta (7/5): buon soggiorno con alcuni aspetti da migliorare - Posizione magnifica a 15 minuti esatti da San Pietro e Castel Sant'Angelo, con vista mozzafiato del Cupolone. Check in veloce, informale, un po' da Airbnb, però la persona di riferimento è stata gentile e disponibile. Vengono offerte anche le capsule per il caffé e una tisana, che è sempre apprezzato. Letto ampio e comodo. Da migliorare assolutamente l'isolamento acustico, si sente tutto quello che succede in corridoio e nelle stanze vicine. infatti mi sono svegliata prima del previsto per via della signora delle pulizie che non è stata propriamente discreta mentre faceva i suoi lavori. In bagno ho trovato alcuni capelli sia nel water che nella doccia, aspetto importante da migliorare.

• Toka (8/5): Good for a short stay in a safe and calm neighborhood. - The location was great. Very close to a bus stop and a short walk to the metro station. The room and the bathroom was clean and the neighborhood felt safe at night. There was a sign that making noise was prohibited after 11pm but people next door were very loud the whole night. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. Other places we stayed in Italy let us leave our luggages before the check-in time, but here we had to leave them to a luggage storage and paid extra. The employees are not always present at the property so you may have to communicate and adjust your schedule.

• Brian (10/5): A clean and quiet retreat near the Vatican with amazing views. - The view is fantastic (St. Peter's from each window). The location was also very convenient close enough to the Vatican, but not on a main thoroughfare for tourists. Though we didn't use it, the metro stop is quite close. All in all, there wasn't much to not like. If I had one suggestion it would be that the air fresheners in the main lobby and guest room were a bit strong. It didn't cause me issue, but it might for those with sensitivities to that type of thing.

He venido varias veces a Roma y esta ha sido la mejor, una mejor experiencia. Nada, todo estuvo excelente! ☺️😇 Me gustó muchísimo la ubicación y por supuesto el trato del personal, sin duda una estancia agradable y acogedora.☺️

• MARCIN (8/5): - Mogliśmy zameldować się w pokoju wcześniej - przed rozpoczęciem się doby hotelowej. Pokój bardzo schludny. Komunikacja z właścicielem bardzo szybka. Ekspres do kawy w pokoju, dobra rzecz. Pyszna pizza bardzo blisko - via Fabio Massimo 46. Wszędzie poruszaliśmy się tylko na nogach. Widok na Bazylikę św. Piotra dodaje uroku. Było słychać sąsiada za ścianą, bodajże była to łazienka.

• Luca (9/5): Posizione e vista top, staff gentile, qualcosa da rivedere - Lo staff estremamente gentile e disponibile risponde rapidamente via whatsapp ed è stato estremamente cortese nel consigliarci posti dove cenare e deposito bagagli nelle vicinanze. La posizione è eccellente e la vista sulla cupola è eccezionale. Purtroppo la pulizia della camera avviene al terzo giorno solo se si pernotta almeno 4 notti, forse un po’ poco. Solo due rotoli di carta igienica per 4 giorni sono pochi. Piccolezze, ma che per alcuni possono essere importanti: piano del lavello instabile, nel pomeriggio l’acqua calda non era disponibile (forse malfunzionamento momentaneo), tapparelle inutilizzabili perché bloccate (presenti tende oscuranti che però non fanno buio totale).

• Marc (8/5): aibnb an guter Lage - Die Lage im Oberstem Stock eines Haus voller Anwaltskanzleien. Schöne Aussicht auf den Petersdom. Kapselmaschine und Wasser waren gratis. Sauber bequeme Betten, Preis Leistung für diese Lage unschlagbar. Ist kein Hotel, Frühstück aber kein Problem in einer der zahlreichen Bars in der Strasse. Ist nichts anderes als ein aibnb, Kontakt über Whatsapp, Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt, am Abreisetag nach dem Früphstück steht die Putze dann plötzlich in deinem Zimmer.

• Katia (8/5): Très bon emplacement - Le très bon emplacement est à noter, de même que le fait qu'il se situe dans un très beau palazzo de Rome. Belle vue sur Rome et on pouvait aussi apercevoir la coupole de la Basilique Saint-Pierre au loin. Ce que j'ai moins apprécié est que la chambre est assez petite et les équipements sont limités (pas de fer à repasser, par exemple). L'insonorisation n'est pas très bonne vu que l'hôtel est en fait un appartement dont les chambres ont été transformées en chambre d'hôtel. On peut donc aisément entendre les mouvements dans les couloirs, par exemple.
• Yuri (10/5): Un soggiorno perfetto a due passi da San Pietro. - La stanza è risultata sorprendentemente confortevole, ampia e perfettamente pulita, con una vista splendida su San Pietro che da sola vale il soggiorno. La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro Ottaviano, comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città senza stress. Lo staff si è rivelato impeccabile: cortese, disponibile e sempre pronto a rispondere a ogni mia richiesta con professionalità. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è davvero eccellente, soprattutto considerando la posizione centralissima e la dimensione generosa della camera.

• Jess (10/5): Fantastic and easy - Our experience at Roma Vatican Guesthouse was simply outstanding. From the very beginning, we felt completely at home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, perfect for resting after a full day exploring Rome. The location couldn’t be better—close to everything, ideal for walking everywhere, and only on very rare occasions did we need to take the train. We also loved the bathroom, charming and beautifully decorated, with fun details on the walls and kept impeccably clean. And to top it all off, we were lucky enough to have a stunning view of St. Peter’s Basilica, which made our stay even more special. But what truly made the difference was Andrea and Fabrizio, the owner and manager. Both are phenomenal—kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. She assisted us with everything, even when we had to leave the guesthouse to travel to Florence and later needed a place to stay for one night when returning to Rome. Thanks to her dedication, we found accommodation right away. I also want to add, from the heart, that I feel sorry for not fulfilling something she expected from us. I truly hope she can forgive me. Andrea, you are the best. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and your incredible kindness. Highly, highly recommended
