• Carole (8/5): Overall an enjoyable stay. If you are a light sleeper the noise from guests and the road maybe a consideration - The convenient location, cleanliness. Cristina was available at anytime and a shout out to the cleaner who was very helpful. The toilet constantly running reported but not repaired. The noise from adjoining room and road noise late at night and early morning.

• Ana (10/5): - Smjestaj je u mirnom kvartu i nema puno buke nocu. Udoban krevet. Posebno bi spomenula gospodina Julia koji je tako pristupacan, simpatican i nasmijan. Gospoda (mislim da je gazdarica) nam je zvala taxi svaki put kad bi zatrazili. Moje preporuke pogotovo ako vam je bitna lokacija smjestaja.

• Guest (9/5): Super warm welcome, awesome staff. Great deep sleep ! And awesome location !! - We loved Cristina and the cleaning staff, they were both super helpful and understanding. Great support and really nice. They helped us a lot ! The walls were super thin. We had not much privacy because of it. Same for the bathroom. But we had a really nice time, and decoration was great too !
• Nadiia (7/5): - Die Zentrale Lage ist einfach super. Es ist quasi eine Wohnung in dem die 5 Zimmer in einzelne Hotel Zimmer gestaltet sind. Jedes hat ein eigenes Badezimmer. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss. Es ist ein Föhn da, wasserkocher und eine Kaffeemaschine. Sogar ein kleiner Kühlschrank ist im Zimmer und ein smart Tv. Die Dame die uns empfangen hatte war sehr freundlich und im Nachhinein beim Check out auch total entgegenkommend. Das Badezimmer hatte keine extra Ablüftung. Es war feucht und demnach gab es leider überall Schimmel Flecken an der Wand im Badezimmer und zwischen den Fliesen. Im bett fanden sich leider einige Haare und die Kissen an sich waren auch nichts für schwache Nerven. Sie riechten nach Schweiß und hatten unter dem Bezug überall Flecken drauf. Außerdem ist das Zimmer sehr sehr hellhörig. Kommt einer die Wohnung rein hört man die Eingangstür und ist man im Flur nicht leise hört man jedes Wort mit.
• Alfredo (9/5): Muy buena opción para visitar Roma - Muy buena ubicación con parada de metro a 5 minutos andando y restaurantes cerca. El trato del personal que enseguida te responden y te facilitan cualquier problema (nos dejaron entrar antes el check in y dejar las maletas tras el check out). Y la comodidad de la habitación. Por poner un pero, los vehículos que pasan por la calle se oyen, aunque es una calle que transitan pocos coches y cuando llegas cansado de todo el día el sueño le puede al ruido.

Na jedną noc do przeżycia ale na dłuższy pobyt nie ma opcji. - Bezproblemowy check in, przyjazny personel, dostępność kapsułek do kawy, lokalizacja niedaleko Colosseum, możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu. - Pokój otrzymuje się losowo w zależności od dostępności, niestety nasz pokój był dużym rozczarowaniem w porównaniu do zdjęć oferowanych w ofercie. Pokój bardzo zużyty i wymagający remontu. - Przepocona, żółta kołdra owinięta z dwóch stron prześcieradłem, brak pościeli co moim zdaniem jest niedopuszczalne. - Wilgoć w pokoju i jego całokształt wizualny. - Zamiast okien nieszczelne drzwi wyjściowe na taras, przez co wieczorem w pokoju było zimno.

• Louise (8/5): Fabulous stylish apartment in great location - Spacious modern apartment with everything you need including coffee machine! Easy 15min walk into central Rome for sightseeing, restaurants and shopping. Host was great communicator and responsive to any questions. It would be nice if they had a comfy area to relax in with access to a coffee machine and a powerpoint. My flight was not until 11pm and after checking out at 10.30am I was out most of the day but did came back and had to spend 1.5hrs sitting on a tiny wooden outdoor chair with my phone out of battery. When you need to communicate with a driver and check flight details you need to be able to charge your phone.
• Stalmeijer (7/5): Verder prima verblijf. - De locatie en de ruime kamer De handdoeken roken niet fris. Het rook naar frituurlucht. Er zat schimmel op de muur in de badkamer. De losse lakens om het dekbed vond ik minder hygiënisch. Ik hoop dat t dekbed ook na elk verblijf verschoond wordt.

• Tania (10/5): Super cool place, great location, great host. - The room was ultra modern, comfortable and well equipped. We loved the size of the room and bathroom, the little courtyard outside and the host and cleaners are so pleasant and welcoming. Close to the colosseum, but a fair distance to the Vatican (which is accessible by foot-1 hour walk, or bus is available around the corner $1.50 euro ticket). Bottles of water, little packets of biscuits and coffee pods are provided. The lightening is very dim and it needs better lighting.

• Kallan (10/5): Gorgeous trendy spot in the heart of Rome - We loved our stay at Domus Avi. The communication prior to checking was easy and clear. The room had everything we needed and it was a perfect base for our first visit to rome. The local area of Monti was awesome with lots of great for and drink spots as well as supermarkets for some breakfast snacks to get us started each day. Would highly recommend Domus Avi for your next Rome adventure! Just needed a safe in the room. The staff were great but this always gives a traveller peace of mind.

• Petra Alexandra. (9/5): Würde ich für Rom sofort wieder buchen - Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet, mit Liebe zum Design. Jeden Tag neue Flasche Wasser, Kaffee Pads und Kekse . Super netter Service. Ganz toll fand ich auch die Lösung für den Abreisetag , wir haben Schlüssel bekommen, mit denen wir unsere Koffer jederzeit aus dem Gästehaus holen konnten. Außerdem ist die Lage top, nur 300 Meter von der Metrostation Cavour entfernt. Dort hin kommt man mit nur einer Station vom Termini Rom, dort landet man mit dem Schnellzug vom Flughafen Fimuciono ganz entspannt. In der Nähe ist eine kleine Nebenstraße mit super netten Cafés und Restaurants. Das Gästehaus liegt in einer wenig befahrenen Straße, so das man dort top schlafen kann. Durch die Nähe zur Metro ist man aber sofort überall wo man in Rom hin will. Colosseum erreicht man gemütlich geschlendert in 10-15 Minuten. Es gibt überhaupt nichts was uns nicht gefallen hat

• Laura (8/5): Perfect for what we needed - The room was comfortable, clean and in a great spot. The check in and check out was really easy and the host always kept in contact if we needed anything. Location is fantastic and is a 13 minute walk to both Trevi fountain and colosseum. The room wasn’t anything super fancy but it was exactly what we needed for 3 nights. The area was also lovely and felt extremely safe. Overall good value for Rome for the quality. One of the doors is a little tricky to open. The bathroom could also do with being updated but the shower pressure was great. Could do with an iron in the room and air con was okay but could be better especially when staying during summer

• Blanca (9/5): Gest hoyse acogedor con gran localizacion - El alojamiento estaba impecable, muy limpio y la habitación era bastante amplia. El baño también estaba limpio, era bonito aunque algo más pequeño. El personal fue muy amable y estuvo a nuestra disposición en todo momento, permitiéndonos dejar las maletas el día del check-out para hacer turismo. Como sugerencia, el secador que dejan no encajaba en el enchufe, y quizás podrían como servicio adicional añadir desayuno. Sin embargo, en general, nos encantó el alojamiento.

• Tino (9/5): una stanza per un meraviglioso reposo - De keurig nette ontvangst, de vriendelijke hulp, correct schoonmaken met oog voor detail en de uitstekende kamer. Het lag wat ver van sommige bezienswaardigheden. Als je minder goed ter been bent, kan dat tegenvallen.

La posizione è eccellente: a due passi dalla stazione e allo stesso tempo comoda e sicura per passeggiare nel centro di Roma. L’accoglienza è stata calorosa e professionale, con uno staff gentile e disponibile. Nonostante la struttura ospiti più stanze e si trovi in una zona centrale, regna un’atmosfera tranquilla e silenziosa. Anche se la colazione non era inclusa, ho molto apprezzato la presenza di caffè, acqua e qualche snack offerti in camera come piccola attenzione per gli ospiti. Sarebbe stato un plus avere il bidet e magari una lista dei posti vicini per fare colazione.

• Andrea (10/5): Volvería con los ojos cerrados. - La ubicación, excelente. A 15 minutos caminando tranquilamente del centro de la ciudad; el coliseo o Santa Maria la Mayor a pocos minutos. Además, el barrio es precioso, con ambiente tranquilo pero animado para el aperitivo, chic, con farmacias y supermercados, tiendas locales… Cristina, y el resto del personal, súper atentos. Te dan cobertura de ayuda 24h vía WhatsApp, cuidan la limpieza muchísimo, te hacen la habitación cada día. Te incluye agua, café, te, y pastas diariamente. Una estancia de ensueño, repetiremos sin duda!! Que nuestra habitación estuviera justo a la entrada y con la recepción en la puerta. Pero poca importancia a ello.

• Amy (10/5): Lovely location in the heart of Rome - We loved our stay here! It was a great location, very close to the main attractions while on a quiet street that felt very safe. The room was very comfortable, great air con and the shower had very good water pressure and temperature. We also really appreciated the free water every day after our room was cleaned, which made our stay all the more comfortable in the midst of very hot temperatures in Rome. Finally, the staff were super accommodating, responsive and friendly from check-in to check-out. Thank you so much to Cristina for being an amazing host. Would definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Rome.
• Dionis (10/5): - Very comfortable stay! The AC was strong which is much appreciated given the heatwave in Rome. They also kindly allowed late check in when our flight got rescheduled. There’s biscuits and coffee in the room which are replenished everyday. Cristina was also prompt in replies. Toilet is quite small, only 1 person can be in it at a time. Other than that, it was a perfect stay.

Room was exceptionally clean, bed was SO comfortable, lots of natural light, high ceilings, really easy to walk everywhere (colosseum 15 min, restaurants 5 min, train station 10 min, Trevi fountain 15 min, etc) Would stay again - highly recommend!
• Kallisteni (10/5): Amazing quiet location! Friendly staff - Great location in a quiet street in Monti - we didn’t hear any noise at all from the street. Restaurants and cafes were a street away which was convenient, and the colloseum is a couple minutes walk! Trevi fountain was a 15 min walk which was also amazing as we didn’t need to book taxis. The room had a split system for aircon which was AMAZING in the super hot weather in Rome. Staff were super friendly, and clean the room daily and restock waters and coffee/biscuits etc which were also free! Shower had great pressure (hard to find in Europe)! Small quiet courtyard to enjoy your coffee as well. Check in process was smooth and easy - would definitely recommend this place!

• Di Iorio (10/5): Nos encantó. - Muy buen alojamiento para pasar unos días en el corazon de Roma. A 15 minutos de la Fontana y del Coliseo, con mucha movida nocturna cerca pero sin ningún ruido. La cama muy cómoda y la limpieza espectacular. Nos encantó. No tengo nada malo que decir, simplemente si viajas en auto tener precaución de que el alojamiento está en la zona ZTL. Y aparcar es muy difícil.

• Guest (9/5): One of my most favorite Rome vacations...location, comfort, and amazing service from our host! - I have visited Rome over a dozen times. This was a great location, the room was comfortable and clean, the host was extremely responsive, accommodating, and she helped us on several occasions that went above and beyond! I highly recommend. As far as the apartment goes, it would have been great if there was a kitchen with the ability to cook if possible. Other than that, I felt safe and had everything I needed for a wonderful visit to Rome.
