• Anna (4/5): - The location was great, not only in the city center but also in the center of one of the most local areas of the city. Close to restaurants and cafes. The room was really humid and our towels couldn't get dry. We explained the situation to the owner of the hotel but the answer was that if we wanted new towels we should have paid. I think this is quite unfair. We also asked for more soap (the one left in the room was not enough for 4 nights x 2ppl) and we never got it.

• Iris (4/5): Buena ubicación, mal servicio. - Tiene una buena ubicación. El barrio es precioso y aunque no es el centro de la ciudad, vale la pena alojarse en el Trastévere. Tiene muchos lugares para salir a comer o cenar. La comunicación con la persona encargada del alojamiento fue pésima. Nos faltó información y las formas de hablar de esta persona no fueron muy agradables. No nos enviaron los datos para el Check-in, así que a las 22 de la noche tuvimos que pedirlos. Además, comunicamos que la televisión no funcionaba. No se solucionó el problema, así que no tuvimos televisión en ninguno de los 4 días que nos alojamos. Hay muchos desperfectos en la habitación. La cama muy incómoda y la habitación bastante ruidosa. Apenas nos llegó el agua caliente para ducharnos dos personas. Hemos viajado muchas veces a Roma y nos hemos alojado varias de esas veces allí, pero no repetiríamos en este lugar. Si el encargado hubiera sido más simpático, todos estos desperfectos hubieran sido menos importantes!

• Alexandra (8/5): - Το κατάλυμα είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, η περιοχή γύρω είναι γεμάτη ζωή, πολλά ωραία εστιατόρια, μπαρ και μαγαζιά. Επίσης είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο και στην συγκοινωνία. Τα έπιπλα είναι κάπως παλιά και στο ντουζ θα ήταν πιο βολικό να υπήρχε μια πόρτα, ώστε να μην βγαίνουν νερά έξω.

There was some black mold in the corners of the room, other than this it was well kept.

• Alba (5/5): Allotjament amb marge de millora - L’allotjament està molt ben situat, a menys de 20 minuts caminant del centre històric i a uns 30 del Coliseu i la ciutat del Vaticà. A més, la passejada és força agradable. Està situat al Trastevere, un barri amb molta vida durant els vespres (bon ambient, gent jove, turistes…), però el carrer d’aquest allotjament és secundari i tranquil, tot i estar a una cantonada de carrers i places principals del barri. L’apartament clàssic és espaiós, és una habitació gran amb espai d’emmagatzematge, disposa d’aire acondicionat i també inclou una petita cuina. És veritat que el bany és petit, però suficient. Quan vam arribar ens va xocar que és una planta baixa sense passadís ni entrada; és a dir, s’entra per la porta principal del carrer directament a l’habitació. Aquest fet dona poca seguretat, ja que tant la porta com la finestra són de vidre, tot i haver-hi unes cortines llargues i gruixudes que ho separen. Des de fora es veu si hi ha llum, t’has d’assegurar de tenir les cortines ben tancades perquè no et vegin, i segur que se sent el que parles, ja que des de dins se senten les converses de fora quan tot està en silenci. A l’hivern no hi vam estar malament, però suposem que a l’estiu, si hi ha més gent pel carrer perquè és temporada alta, deu ser molt més sorollós. D’altra banda, ens agradaria recomanar als propietaris que es fes una rentada general, especialment al cobrellit i les mantes, que feien molta pudor. És molt desagradable tenir fred i només disposar de mantes brutes i amb mala olor per tapar-te. Quant a la insonorització, creiem que podria estar més ben feta, una petita entrada amb doble porta milloraria la sensació de seguretat i segurament la satisfacció dels clients. Cal tenir en compte que la gestió del check-in, la recollida de claus i el pagament de l’import turístic es fa de manera autònoma, però és fàcil amb les instruccions que aporten els propietaris amb un missatge. No s’esperin tenir canvi de tovalloles o neteja de l’habitació, ja que no hi ha personal que ho faci durant l’estada. Per nosaltres l’estada va ser acceptable, pel simple fet que només vam ser a l’allotjament per dormir. El preu va ser immillorable, i l’ubicació ens va agradar molt, però tots aquests detalls ens van semblar massa bàsics com per fallar en ells, i creiem que es podrien millorar de manera fàcil si s’hi invertís una mica. De ben segur que, si fos així, augmentarien la satisfacció dels clients i molts voldríem repetir.

• andrea (6/5): - Posizione Era a ridosso della strada rumorosa di notte ma meno che davanti al bar san Callisto. Il bagno senza finestre come la stanza era umido e non si poteva cambiare aria alla stanza. Una sera c'era una macchina parcheggiata davanti all'ingresso... wifi non sempre performante.

Termos per le tisane inutilizzabile per la presenza di alcuni detriti di plastica sul fondo, ma l’ho fatto presente quindi credo che verrà sostituito con un altro.

• Audrey (1/5): horrible, je ne recommande pas du tout. Fuyez ! - Le fait que l'appartement soit en Italie. C'est ma première mauvaise review, et je voyage beaucoup ! L’appartement est situé au rez-de-chaussée dans une rue très bruyante. Malgré la période (novembre), le niveau sonore a empêché tout repos avant 3h30–4h du matin chaque nuit. Après plusieurs nuits sans sommeil, j’ai constaté que la fenêtre ne fermait pas correctement : elle semblait close mais ne s’alignait pas sur son cadre, rendant impossible toute isolation phonique et compromettant également la sécurité. La fenêtre pouvait être ouverte de l’extérieur sans difficulté, même en présence de barreaux. J’ai signalé le problème à 22h. L’interlocuteur en charge n’a pas fourni d’assistance concrète, n’a pas proposé de solution temporaire et m'a raccroché au nez à plusieurs reprises privilégiant des échanges par messages. La communication a été difficile et peu professionnelle. Personne condescendante, et agressive. Rien à été fait. Du coup, dernière nuit sans sommeil total, nous sentant pas en sécurité. L’accès à la porte d’entrée est également problématique : les véhicules se garent directement devant, rendant la sortie compliquée avec des bagages. D’autres éléments non mentionnés dans l’annonce peuvent poser difficulté, notamment la présence de picots métalliques de 5 cm au sol à l’entrée pour empecher les SDF de s’asseoir et des petites marches, peu adaptées aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité. Le lit est très dur et les photos de l’annonce ne correspondent que partiellement à l’état réel de l’hébergement. Les photos ont été prises il y a des années. Cela ne vaut pas le prix qu'ils demandent. Après mon séjour, j’ai consulté d’autres commentaires signalant des problèmes similaires concernant le bruit, les fenêtres et la gestion de l’établissement. Je ne comprends pas comment cela peut être encore proposé par booking.

Limpio y de buen gusto, con un baño amplio y una cama cómoda. Caminando se puede llegar a todos los puntos de interés. Recomiendo y volvería sin ninguna duda.

• Karla (1/5): Do not recommend. Mold, noisy, unhelpful. - The area had good restaurants close by. That’s it. Metropolitan Room Upon walking in: there is a very strong apparent smell of mold. It smelled musty and damp. The mattress: very hard and uncomfortable. Pillows uncomfortable. Location: good restaurants, but you will be kept up all night. At 12, 1, 2, 3am— drunk people yelling in the streets. Once you fall asleep at 3am, the garbage truck starts coming around at 4am to collect and smash all the glass bottles. Then at 5am more cars/people in the streets. You fall asleep until you’re woken up at 7am by someone running and jumping upstairs. Then woken up at 8am by loud construction/ banging/ whatever it is these people do at 8am. Horrible location for sleep, good location for food and that’s it. Host: eh. I asked for some cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom, and he sent me a screenshot of a map to go buy my own cleaning supplies. And the host had the audacity to tell me “there were two people there this morning, why didn’t you ask them?” 1. I saw nobody, I was sleeping since I got horrible sleep at night and 2. As if I’m supposed to know who these people are??? I went to the store anyways, and fixed their drain for them, out of my own pocket. The host was rude and unhelpful. After this, I didn’t feel comfortable asking for anything else because the host would’ve told me to go buy it myself. Cleanliness: apart from having to go to the store to buy my own cleaning supplies to clean their bathroom, the wood is molded and rotting out in the bathroom. I opened the sink cabinet to look for cleaning supplies and was hit with the stench of mold. Their PVC pipe is covered in black mold and it’s leaking under there which is the perfect host for bacteria and mold (cool, dark, damp). The shower was a horrific experience with no door/shower curtain — hence water gets everywhere which is why everything is rotten and moldy. It’s probably one of the worst stays I’ve ever been in. For the price, I’m sure you could get something much better.

• Emily (7/5): - If you are looking for a reasonably priced offering based on location and AC, that’s about all this space serves. Great location for walking most of Rome by foot in a lively neighborhood. The space was also more than a traditional European hotel. Other than location (which can be VERY noisy as its street level in the later evening post 10pm), it’s basically the land lord special of places to stay- ultra basic offerings (towel, bedding, and soap the very minimum), cheap fixtures and not well kept paint/decor. This place is no frills but the location worked for us since we had a quick stay before continuing our travel.

• Ghada (6/5): Didn't really know if staff existed or not. - Location. Somewhat spacious. We were three adults and a toddler. The sofabed was not great. The single they put out was absolutely terrible. The shower head wasn't suited for the shower, it kept spinning and water hitting the wooden ground which shows the wear and tear of the water. The shower attachment itself was leaking. Toilet wouldn't stop flushing until you worked it to stop. Right outside the door, where you step in were these metal bars, absolutely a tripping hazard. Having someone with limited mobility made it additionally difficult.
• Hala (2/5): Stay was very disappointing. - Nothing. We were looking forward to it but were disappointed when the communication completely dropped after check in. The AC broke, which is fine as they tried to remedy the situation but using a portable AC unit. Problem was they had to let it vent through the window which had no screens so we had tremendous amount of flies and mosquitos in the unit. They did not respond to my calls or texts about it until the next day to which they responded with giving us a fan. Which didn’t make any sense. In addition to that, having to keep the windows open, meant the noise was ridiculous with it being on a busy street. The toilet seat was broken. Wood rot around the bathroom door. The shower was extremely slippery. Needless to say, we did not sleep for the entire stay.

• Leo Claudio (4/5): - La ubicación No recomendable...tuvimos mala experiencia por la poca predisposición de parte del anfitrión ante nuestros reclamos. Primeramente el departamento no es para 4 personas como lo publicitan, vajilla incompleta, solo 2 sillas y ambas rotas. Las camas a la entrada y pegadas a la puerta, una de ellas es una especie de catre con unos almohadones muy finos q lejos está de ser un colchón, imposible descansar ahí. Y por último no nos salía agua caliente, más no nos podía pasar. Lamentable nuestra estadía en el lugar. No lo recomiendo para nada.

Also pretty accessible to walk to the main area in Rome. Good private bathroom and mini fridge. Our ac was broken (they did provide us with a portable air conditioner which was nice), the pictures didn’t correctly portray what our room was going to look like, and it didn’t feel the cleanest. As well, due to the portable air conditioner we had to have our window open which meant that we heard lots of noise during the night.

Mucho ambiente en la zona, buenos restaurantes y a un paseo de las atracciones más importantes de la ciudad, a penas hemos usado transporte público. El alojamiento es bastante grande y tiene lo necesario para tu estancia. Las almohadas no son demasiado cómodas. El check-out es bastante pronto y no tienen opción para dejar las maletas.

• Christien (10/5): Top locatie - Geweldige locatie! Door het hoge plafond voelde het heel ruimtelijk. Heerlijk groot bed, de bedbanken waren okee. Zelfs in het weekend was het na 12 uur eigenlijk best stil voor zo middenin het toeristisch centrum. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam, zelfs toen we om 12 uur s avonds geen stroom hadden, supersnel opgelost. Keukentje was echt te klein mocht je willen koke. En voor 4 mensen was er wel erg weinig servies.
• Michelina (10/5): Favorite Place in Trastevere - We love Trastevere and this was the perfect location for us. We booked 3 apartments each was very comfortable and the fact that’s it’s a ground floor made it perfect. This is the second time we stay in Trastevere Glasshouse and will continue to stay here in the years to come.
• Paula (2/5): Didn’t like it and moved to a different location - It had air conditioning Location, bedding fleas?
• Jennifer (3/5): Very dirty room but nice area - The location and water pressure of the shower were good. It was very dirty with mold in the bathrooms and it was not as described.
• Jeff (7/5): Decent accomodation in an interesting, bustling location - Great location amongst restaurants and nightlife of Trastevere. Most major sights and points of interest in Rome are either a quick tram/bus ride away, or moderate walk. Night time could be a bit a noisy as window was right out onto street, but overall vibe was calm and relaxing. Room not very clean, and shower not very good.

• Yasmine (1/5): Great location, bad room. - Location The room had a funky and humid smell, floors and bathroom weren’t clean, and there was no hot water in the shower, we contacted the host and he said that there’s nothing he can do about it.

• Prim (7/5): Good Stay - We stayed here for 5 nights. The location is excellent and very convenient. We stayed in the Vintage Room, which is up a few steps. Overall, it was a good stay — the bed was very comfortable. They give us a new towel in every a few day. recommend this place — it’s a good stay overall. Some maintenance is needed: the faucet was a bit loose, and the water pressure in the shower occasionally dropped. Also, the cleanliness of the floor could be improved.

• Ali̇ (1/5): Bad - -In a central location -Easy check in and check out with the guidance of the room owner -Incredibly noisy at night and during the day, very difficult to sleep. -The bathroom is very bad, the shower is not strong, it is about to break away from the wall -Washbasin faucet not fixed in place -Little bugs in the bathroom -Since there is no shower door, when you take a shower, all the water goes into the bathroom and even into the room.
• Elise (7/5): Good - Nice clean spacious room, had everything you needed. Self check-in and check-out was made very easy by staff instructions. Location was walking distance from all the main sights as long as you don’t mind walking lots! The location of the room was very very noisy! There must of been a bar/club near by where everyone walked past the apartment window. Noise lasted untill about 2am. The WiFi in the apartment didn’t work for the whole duration of our stay and my messages to the host were unfortunately ignored about this, yet they responded about other things
• Μοσχοπουλου (8/5): Great with a twist🤔 - The location was great and the spaces of the room were great as well.Highly appreciated the coffee pods!! I thought it was a great touch. Also what a comfy bed!!! Checking in on our own was super easy. The instructions given were more that precise. The bathroom had a strange smell.It has no window and the ventilation system does not have enough power to prevent any smell.Also it was raining one night and there was water coming in from the small window on the bedroom. I think these two problems should be checked.
