• Диана (9/5): Пет дни в Рим - Локацията Близо до гара Термини, където са всички транспортни средства- Метро, влакове, автобуси. Стаята е малка, но пък гледа към вътрешен двор и е тихо.

L’última nit van arribar uns nous hostes a les 01:40 de la matinada i ens van intentar obrir la nostra porta dos o tres cops, tot i cridar-los per avisar que hi havia gent a l’habitació. Van fer molt soroll. No és culpa directa de l’allotjament, sinó de l’educació de la gent.

• Tuğçe (6/5): - It’s a guest house in the second floor from a house. There is a lot of restaurants nearby. And it’s close to termini if you want to go somewhere else from Rome. Cleaning lady was nice. She cleaned the rooms everyday. We stayed 5 nights and I only saw the girl from the reception just 1 time. Location is very central but there is a lot of homeless people which is making it scary. We just went 1 time in the evening outside and they were fighting. So not very safe. It was a bit expensive for this kind of quality

• Fatjon (1/5): - Nothing This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place was absolutely not clean — it felt neglected and poorly maintained from the moment we walked in. The service was equally disappointing; the staff were unhelpful and seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs properly. The room itself was unacceptable. Instead of a proper double bed, they had just pushed two single beds together, and they weren’t even aligned properly. It was extremely uncomfortable and made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. We even complained about this issue, but the staff told us they had no other rooms available and that the hotel was fully booked, offering no solution at all. That level of disregard for guests is simply unacceptable. Overall, this hotel completely failed to meet even the most basic standards. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this place. Total waste of money and a very frustrating experience.

Mancavano istruzioni per poter accedervi… benché contattato l’host abbia provato ad aiutarmi. Poi il piatto doccia rialzato di oltre 20 cm rispetto al pavimento…. veramente pericoloso uscire dalla doccia, che è stretta e l’uscita angolare angusta!!

La camera sarebbe stata una doppia e hanno messo un lettino piccolo contro il muro perché io ho prenotato una tripla e perciò è diventata ingirabile. Tra i letti 20 cm neppure lo spazio per scendere. Il bagno non ha neppure un appendi asciugamani.

• Guest (10/5): Great Location + Value for Money - We stayed for our last night. Less than 2 min away from the main train station Roma Termini. Beautiful central location. The concierge gave us cold water bottles upon arrival. The minibar was stocked with FREE (!) water, cola, fanta and a small sweet breakfast. They even had a tea pot and a coffee machine. While we didn´t try any of it, the service was way, way better than expected. 10/10 value for money Italian Engineering... but it was expected.

Ogólnie czysto ale w ostatnią noc zostaliśmy przez coś w nocy pogryzieni. Pomimo że wymeldowanie było o 10:30 to panie które sprzedają już o 8:30 bardzo głośno rozmawiają i ostentacyjnie uderzają odkurzaczem w drzwi pokoju żeby jak najszybciej się wymeldować.

• STEPHEN (7/5): Good location, maybe time for a bit of updating. - It was spotless - a great cleaner and very kind and friendly . It was also very quiet most of the day. I think the bedding and pillows need updating. There is an overpowering odour I think from the cleaning materials throughout the hotel which remains all the time. Maybe choose something more palatable. I had to chase to get the entry code which was unnecessary but I was allowed access more than an hour earlier which mitigated the entry stuff .

La ubicación, los alrededores, la habitación era aceptable pero la verdad que daba miedo llegar de noche, la primera noche quitaron la luz por casi 4 horas habíamos llegado de viaje súper cansados y no dormimos bien sin electricidad, es una habitación para quedarse una o dos noches máximo pero no más que eso.

Giulio è stato molto gentile ad aiutarmi, avevo bisogno della stanza pronta in anticipo per un colloquio di lavoro, grazie mille. Lo consiglio. La comunicazione può essere migliorata, alle volte si ripetono le stesse richieste, il riscontro alle richieste è tardivo.

• Anaïs (1/5): - Rien du tout J'ai réservé une chambre double à mon arrivée j'ai constaté de lit simple coller cela a été très inconfortable et très désagréable cela a fortement nui à mon séjour. Le système de chauffage me paraît très mal entretenu, il se dégage une odeur toxique dans la chambre nous sommes obligés de l'éteindre et de dormir la fenêtre ouverte ce qui est très désagréable au mois de janvier. Autre point négatif, il est difficile de joindre le propriétaire par téléphone il n'y a personne pour nous accueillir pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue au même pour nous donner nos clés le check-in se fait sur WhatsApp le propriétaire donne deux codes et les clés sont mises à disposition dans le couloir chacun se sert donc à sa guise je suis très déçu je pense que c'est un hôtel à éviter

• Paulina (9/5): Comodidad y cercania con Roma Termini - Cercanía con la stazione Roma Termini, y metro, buena conectividad, se puede llegar caminando al Coliseo, Fontana de Trevi, Santa Maria Maggiore y otras atracciones de la vella Roma Ruido ajenos al hotel

Bruits constants et insupportables au-dessus de la chambre chaque nuit et dès l’aube, malgré notre demande répétée pour que cela cesse. La douche est minuscule, quasiment impraticable, et à chaque utilisation l’eau remonte et inonde la salle de bain, ça flotte partout. Confort inexistant. Je ne recommande absolument pas.

Muy buena calidad-precio para ser Roma En la habitación habia cafetera cafe croasanes y algún que otro snack, lo que se agradece bastante El dueño nos facilito las claves para acceder al edificio, y luego el check in fue muy rapido y la señora fue muy amable, nos llevo las maletas cusndo la habitación estaba lista La ducha era demasiado pequeña No es del alojamiento, pero la zona de Termini es un poco “insegura”

Easy to get in the hotel too, and the basket we found on check in was a nice touch and quite handy for a late check in. Really comfy bed too. The room feels a little run down, but for the great price paid it didn't really matter. The walls are a little thin so we could hear everything from the next room.
