• Erwin (10/5): Appartement bij busstation Clodio - In een buitenwijk van Rome, uit de drukte en eenvoudig te bereiken met het OV (busstation Clodio) vanuit het geweldige grote centrum vind je dit geweldige appartementencomplex. We hadden een prima kamer, goed bed, badkamer en een (gezamenlijk) buitenterras - waar we veelal alleen zaten. De keuken mag je ook gebruiken (wij deden dat voor ons ontbijt met een lekkere koffie of thee). Host Andrea is heel vriendelijk en de gezamenlijke ruimtes worden dagelijks schoongemaakt. Een aanrader! Eigenlijk viel niets tegen en met een paar hele kleine aanpassingen is het zelfs een tien plus.

Просторная ванная комната с большим окном и экзотическим деревом перед окном👍👍👍.Мы приехали на машине и нам предоставили место в подземной парковке в отдельном гараже с ролетами.Конечно за отдельную плату. Нам все понравилось .
• Federico (9/5): - El lugar tiene buses muy cerca que llevan directo a todoa los lugares importantes de roma. Tambien se puede llegar caminando facilmente. Tambien hay una cocina bien equipada y una agradable terraza. La pieza es luminosa ya cama comoda. Es un poco caluroso y no tienen aire acondicionado alguna piezas, tambien puede ser un poco ruidoso en la noche las piezas que dan a la calle.

• EVA MARÍA (4/5): - La amabilidad de la señora contratada para la limpieza. Necesitábamos poner una lavadora y nos lavó ella la ropa y nos la tendió. La cercanía del metro y algunos sitios turísticos. Llegamos sobre las 13 horas, como habíamos quedado y no había nadie para recibirnos. Estuvimos timbrando 20 minutos y porque nos abrió un vecino sino nos hubiéramos quedado en la calle. Hay qué estar pendiente de los horarios del dueño para entregarle la documentación, el cual nos hizo firmar un contrato en italiano, el cual no entendíamos. No me parece normal que me hagan firmar algo que no entiendo y que si digo que no lo firmo me mire mal y empiece a protestar. A todo eso hay que sumarle que a las 8 de la mañana ya están en el piso haciendo ruido. No se puede dormir hasta una hora razonable. El baño está lleno de humedad y la cortina tiene hongos.

• Tatiana (10/5): - An amazing place. Close to the centre, well communicated, in a peaceful street. The Tiber is just 5min walking, and you can also see a beautiful hill when an observatory on the top. The room is very comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, and the garden with a terrace where you can chill is just wonderful. But what I would like to mention specifically is Andrea's hospitality and Rosi's kindness and helpfulness. They are wonderful people! Everything was perfect

• Axiang (10/5): very good - This is a perfect stay. The owner was very kind, very proactive and informed of the way to arrive. We got there early, and we got all set up. The room is clean, quiet and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. The bathroom is clean and warm. The onwer also prepared tea bags, coffee, we can enjoy. The neighborhood is safe and there are good cafes. It's also close to the stadium, a 20-minute walk away. Thank you very much!

• Peter (7/5): Make sure to book a room with AC - The host was really nice, they stored my bag for half a day after I checked out. The bed was comfortable. Everything is like the booking page says. The kitchen area was useful and the free coffee tasted great. The location is a bit remote. Had I known how bad public transport is in Rome, I would have booked something closer to the center. This specific room I rented did not have ac which was a bit of a surprise, but it's my fault, I didn't read the description thoroughly enough. They kept nagging me regading my arrival time even though I clearly specified it during booking that I would arrive between 5-6pm.

• Josef (8/5): Very good - Everything was quite good and clean, room was ready at the time we requested. Instructions to entry the accommodation were insufficient. They told us address but they didn't say which doorbell to ring and there were like 20 of them and doors were locked so we had to contact accommodation through booking - they replied and explained everything. The other think that we didn't like was the fact that during check in the administrator took pictures of our IDs and send them to someone through WhatsApp, instead of writing the details down or even asking. He didn't even ask for permission nor justified this doing. And I consider that a bit unprofessional, documents with sensitive information like address shouldn't be sent over like that through third-party apps. When asking for reason he didn't say anything and just replied "yes". I know the reason is probably to speed-up check in but still a bit weird not to say anything... Other than that everything was OK, don't get me wrong, this is a very nice place to stay in.

• Duran (1/5): a tense memory waiting for the morning to pass - We were cold until the morning with the cold leaking from the windows. There were spiders and similar insects as it is the garden floor and the old settlement. The bathroom was sold inside the room, but we were given a room with a separate bathroom with the passage from the living room.
