• Jelena (10/5): Tri dana u Rumu - Odličan smeštaj opremljen svime za udoban boravak. Frižider, aparat za kafu, kuvalo za vodu, pegla, fen, peškiri... Sve skockano da se osećate kao kod kuće. Sačekala nas je flašica hladne vode, kao i izbor od nekoliko vrsta kafe i čajeva. Krevet izuzetno udoban, sve besprekorno čisto.15tak minuta hoda od stanice Tiburtina, i za još toliko metroom ste bilo gde u centru Rima. Kraj vrlo miran, što prija u odnosu na gužvu u centru. Na pola puta do stanice, baš na semaforu, ima dobra poslastičarnica, gde smo pili kafu i jeli kolače ujutru ili neki ukusan sendvič uveče... -

Per chi non conosce Roma e’ tutto a portata di mano, autobus, metro, stazione, si può andare a piedi, supermercati e negozi. I proprietari gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento ogni volta che vado a Roma Nulla

• Maurizio (9/5): - Pulizia, vicinanza stazione, il fatto che ci sia a disposizione frigo, forno a microonde, bollitore e macchinetta da caffè con anche piatti e posate. Il bagno è un po' freddo e poi bisognerebbe pulire meglio aspiratore in bagno e cambiare o pulire meglio la tenda della doccia.

• Pamela (9/5): Hospedagem limpa, bem localizada e com boa receptividade - O anfitrião foi extremamente acessível e respondeu sempre muito rápido. Tivemos flexibilidade para fazer o check-in após uma madrugada inteira de viagem, o que fez muita diferença para nós e mostrou cuidado com o hóspede. O acesso ao metrô é fácil, cerca de 1 km, e acabamos fazendo praticamente tudo a pé. As cortesias disponíveis no quarto, como café, foram um ótimo detalhe. O chuveiro é excelente e a limpeza estava impecável, realmente um ponto forte da hospedagem Durante a noite, o quarto ficou um pouco frio e não conseguimos aquecê-lo totalmente. Também tivemos dificuldade com a água quente na torneira do banheiro, algo que, com um ajuste simples, pode tornar a experiência ainda melhor

• Vladimír (10/5): Pleasantly furnished, clean apartment, 15 minutes walk from the metro station. - The apartment offers everything you need if you are going to Rome for a few days and do not want to cook yourself. The room is large enough, with a comfortable bed, a fridge, a coffee maker and basic dishes including cutlery. There is also air conditioning for warmer days. The room, bathroom and toilet were clean and undamaged. The apartment is about 15 minutes from the metro station. There are plenty of bistros and pubs in the area, as well as various grocery stores. We prefer separate blankets. In the apartment there was one shared between both beds, so we struggled a bit for it at night... ;-)

• Elinor (9/5): Comfortable, convenient stay in Roma - Conveniently located near Tiburtina Station but surprisingly quiet for that. A low floor with an elevator, so good if you have luggage. The bed and pillows were comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Self-service key collection and essentially no human contact. Works great and is convenient, but can be jarring if you’re used to human interaction at check-in.

• Ashleigh (9/5): A perfect start to our honeymoon - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is absolutely perfect - if you get tired of the inflated city centre food prices, I encourage you to explore the options around Sergio’s Rooms. The room was great with everything you could possibly need. The bed was comfortable and the aircon took the edge off the hot days we had. The host went above and beyond for us. We definitely will be back. Thank you. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.
• Adrian (10/5): We enjoyed a predictable stay. - The accommodation is as in the pictures. There is a pizzeria with unusual [useful] opening hours in a close building. Also a [supposedly] traditional market nearby. The train station is well deserved by trains (including direct connection to Fiumicino airport and direct connection to Roma S. Pietro near Vatican City, respectively-warning: not to confuse with Roma San Pietro inside the Vatican City as we guess!!!)and subway(direct connection to e.g. the Pyramid as attraction by itself or starting point to trains going to seaside, direct connection to Saint Paul's church). Plenty of bus lines too in the square of the train station including direct connection again to Roma S. Pietro (n° 62). The walking distance from accommodation to the [Tiburtina] train station is ok[if no bad weather]whatever path chosen(the one the accommodation master may suggest might be the easiest to get-just look to the e.g. bus n° 492 in the station square to have a starting point). If fan of passed away celebrities one might try to enter the Verano Monumental again from [around] Tiburtina station. The bed is between the classic door and the classic window so one might wish to use supplemental heating from the AC (we didn't). The check-in procedure is a bit awkward [as one might have other things to do a day before arrival] and may give errors but communication with accommodation's master is great and will solve the issue(s). (Off-topic) We experienced an one-day strike on buses and subways so taxis were also overcrowded but [classic] trains worked. Add that to lack of public toilets in the city and ask what the city tax is for..

• Skyler (9/5): Though we only stayed for three nights, the property was comfortable to stay in and made our trip very enjoyable. Great - The property is quite close to Roma Tiburtina, making it very convenient for travel. It is also within walking distance to several local restaurants and convenience stores. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only issue we had was with the WiFi- it was spotty, and we had no cell reception at all.
• Maja (8/5): Very good - Room was very clean and quiet. It was super easy to reach the owner, who was very kind and helpful. Perfect AC and incredibly comfortable bed. We have been there only 3 nights and still got our apartment cleaned by a kind housekeeper. I don't know why everyone compliments the location, we were aware of it but while reading the reviews we noticed that everyone praised the public transport. We have a completely different experience with it.

• Forrest (9/5): Nice little room in Rome - I liked having the espresso machine. Also the microwave and refrigerator enabled us to do some grocery shopping and prepare basic meals. The shower was spacious and nice, and we could walk to the train in about 15 minutes and the bus stops in 5 minutes. Pretty comfortable place for two. The host is nice. The air conditioning was a bit weak for summer time.
• Trente (9/5): A hidden Jewel - I loved the compact studio, the bed was comfortable and a spacious airy bedroom. The neighborhood was safe and quiet and not far from a lovely park. It was good to have the small terrace. Just to have fresh air or to smoke. There are a variety of eating places without being in tourist traps. Sergio and Gianpaolo communications was amazing. They were kind and caring and bought delicious pastry. The amenities of coffee and tea and water was welcomed. Even the 10 minutes walk to the terminus was good exercise and pleasant. A jewel hidden away from the maddening crowd.
• Kristiāna (8/5): Everything was as it was desribed + really nice, fast communication with host. - Very nice, clean, cosy apartment with all needed things for some nights in Rome. We found coffe and tee, whater bottles what was nice. In 12-15 min walk was train, bus and metro stop. Apartment host very open and we got fast answers to our questions. Maybe next time I would choose some more closer area to the center. But it is very individual thing and depend what you are planning to do in Rome.

• Johansson (6/5): Pleasant - The area was ok. 15min walk from the Tiburtina station where there is busses, metro and trains. From there you have for example, a direct connection train to the Fiumicino Airport. 15min with metro to the central station, go two more stops and you are at Colosseum.

Only a few mimutes from Roma Tiburtina station from where you can get anywhere. There is a big supermarket, great italian restaurant Pasta! and many different stores on the main street nearby. Room is true to the Booking photos, there is a fridge, microvawe, coffee maker with capsules, sugar and cups, cutlery, cutting board, wine glasses with a corkscrew, dish cleaning products, table, chairs, kettle, iron, towels, hair dryer, body wash and shampoo.The owner Sergio communicates wonderfully and fast on whatsapp! -

• Milda (8/5): Nice place for staying - Quite nice room for staying. Apartments have a mini kitchen, washing machine. Tiburtina station is about 10 min by walking on foot. Friendly host. We stayed at different room that showed in photos. During our stay, building was under construction - windows were covered so room had very little light. Environment around the building is quite noisy - if you are a light sleeper, it could be a problem.

• Jackie (10/5): Exceptional - Sergio's room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and comfortable, I couldn't ask for more. He thought of all the little things that goes a long way, such as plugs (There were plenty of electrical plugs, no need to unplug lamps to charge electronics), good quality shampoo soap and good quality toilet paper too! Since I stayed for a week (a moderately longer period), the microwave, plates and utensils, fridge made a big difference to my convenience. I slept very well on the comfortable bed and pillows, and a good amount of towels were laid out for me. Thank you also for the midweek room cleaning. I appreciate it all and would stay again!
