Właściciel obiektu po wypełnieniu ankiety meldunkowej żąda wysłania zdjęcia paszportu twierdząc, że ankieta, którą sam zamieścił na booking.com nie działa. Bardzo słaba jakość sprzątania, po przyjeździe na podłodze paznokieć, w międzyczasie w łazience włosy.
- Commenda (9/5): Bel soggiorno a Roma - Appartamento situato in un quartiere elegante di Roma, all’interno di un bel palazzo e in posizione molto comoda: vicino al centro, in zona Porta Pinciana, e non lontano dalla stazione Termini. Abbiamo soggiornato una notte con mia moglie e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera era abbastanza ampia, ben arredata e dotata di un letto comodo. Il bagno, pur essendo piccolo, era moderno e funzionale. Molto efficiente anche il servizio di accoglienza a distanza, sempre disponibile e facilmente raggiungibile. Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva. Durante la notte si avverte una certa rumorosità proveniente dalla strada trafficata, che può disturbare il riposo, soprattutto per chi ha il sonno leggero. Inoltre, il comfort è stato in parte condizionato dalla scarsa educazione di alcuni altri ospiti, poco attenti al rispetto del silenzio negli spazi comuni o nelle ore notturne.

- fynos (10/5): - The location in Via Veneto is exceptional!You can go anywhere on foot- what we mainly did, and the metro and buses are just few steps away from the Residenza A. Maria, she made everything to make our stay easy and comfort. The bed and the pillows were unexpected good and the room was clean.

L’entrée dans l’immeuble n’est pas très accueillante. L’appartement n’est pas propre. Beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles, dans la penderie, sur les cintres. Et sous le lit aucun ménage de fait.

The room view from the window was not nice, a would say a bit depressing since it was on the back side. In the rooms photos during reservation was not presented.
