Китова (10/5): - Хареса ни абсолютно всичко във хотела, а водата в басейна, заради дадени клиенти я бяха намалили и не беше много топла, а за това бяхме отишли! Това е единственото нещо, което не го одобрихме!! Няма такова нещо!

Antonia (10/5): - Стаята, храната, басейна, персоналът- всичко беше чудесно. Препоръка- в стаите бихте могли да сложите малки хладилници. Видях между стаите на всеки етаж нещо като обща стая, в която имаше диван, дъска за гладене и ютия, и малък хладилник. Това е наистина страхотно, но би било по- страхотно в стаята да си имаш персонален, а не общ хладилник.

Sergey (6/5): Nope. No luck. - This could be great stay. The hostess was nice and welcoming. The pool was warm, clean and with good jacuzzi. The restaurant looks renovated and modern. But... All 'good' stuff is not good enough if you have no hot water in the bathroom. The nice personnel was really helpful to fix it, but.. they are gone after 22:00 and you end up with room-temperature 'hot' water. The shower is 'Bulgarian style' - right above the toilet. Which mean: wet everywhere after use. The only trash bin is in the bathroom, which is - you know it - wet. The room heating is from A/C which means noise and airflow. There is a mounted heater, but it was disabled. No real curtains on the window, so enjoy mountain view - at 7AM sun shine. Really - it could be a nice stay, but these inconveniences ruined it.

Jana (10/5): Taste of mekitse in the morning, bathing in mineral , mountain view, wonderful staff .... fantastic! - Everything about our stay at Mineral56 was perfect and beyond our expectations. Comfortable, cosy, nourishing. Staff was very friendly and kind, room warm, clean, well furbished and nicely designed, mineral pool and sauna were soo relaxing, food very tasty. We can't wait to visit again! /

Water in pool was pleasant too. Staff was really nice and helpful. In pool was a lot of bugs, it wasn't opened from 8am (we were not in the season i guess). A lot of spiderweb on balcony and in room near door. Jacuzzi was small for a couple.
