- Nabil (10/5): Exceptional - The staff is too helpful and friendly. Nothing
- Hussien (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ahmed (4/5): Disappointing -
- Khalid (7/5): Good -
- Ahmed (8/5): The staff is so welcoming and friendly - Staff members are so friendly The door between the twin room
- Faj (2/5): Our stay was disappointing overall. The property didn’t match the description, and the facilities and cleanliness were b - The only positive aspects were the sweet receptionist and cleaning lady and the pyramid view, if the sky is clear. Everything else was a disaster. We honestly don’t understand how this place has so many good reviews. Were we even staying at the same hotel? 1.This is not a hotel, it’s more like a guesthouse. When we arrived, we discovered it was just the 10th floor of a residential building. There’s barely any signage, and it’s hard to tell where you’re supposed to go . The elevator is terrifying, there’s no door, just open access to a rusty, broken interior. Even at the 10th floor, there’s confusion because another “hotel” with the same name shares the floor. We got lucky the first night, as we were lost and couldn’t find the property, but the receptionist kindly came to get us.
2. The rooms are barely clean, have the absolute minimum and nothing like the photos online. Of the long list of amenities they claim, the only ones that were actually present were towels, Tv (with one channel and no streaming apps) and an unclean kettle (we asked for a replacement, but even that was awful). While the staff tried their best, they didn’t speak English, making communication difficult. We considered leaving on the first night, but the manager, Mohamed - whom we only saw that evening - convinced us to stay by promising free breakfast and fixes, most of which never happened.
3.There is a rooftop restaurant which is poorly managed. It’s often empty, and when it’s open, they scam you by charging prices higher than what’s on the menu.
4. The hotel was empty, there were no other guests during all of our stay. 2 other guests arrived at one point, but within minutes we heard them yelling about the place. They left soon after because, like us, they didn’t get what they were expecting.
5. Location: It’s in Giza, far from Cairo’s downtown (30-40 minutes with good traffic). While it’s close to the pyramids and the Grand Museum, there are much better options in the area.
6. The payment isn’t processed through Booking.com. You will need to pay on arrival by card, and the amount will be charged in Egyptian pounds. This means you should account for bank fees or exchange rate differences, which can increase the final cost.

- Regina (1/5): Bad - The worst hotel I have ever been to! Not safe! Very dirty! And nothing like the pictures! Do not recommend staying here!
This was a very bad experience.
I cannot understand how this hotel has such good reviews, I presume they must be fake.
To begin with the rooms do not look anything like the photos, the photos are from somewhere else - only the terrace is the same.
It is not easy to find the hotel, Google Maps has the wrong location.
When you finally arrive, the building is in pretty terrible condition, but this is fairly expected for a Cairo hotel in this price range.
What is not expected is that the rooms from the photos do not exist, instead you get what you see in the pictures I have attached.
The rooms are also very dirty. Dirty beds, dirty floor, dirty walls, mouldy and dirty bathroom. It was honestly filthy.
We asked to change room, and were given a room microscopically less dirty.
I was traveling with a large male companion, but would have been terrified as a lone female or traveling with only girls - there were weird noises and banging from the hallway during the night.
The only positive factor was that the staff were reasonably friendly.
If the low standards doesn’t bother you, you can find something much cheaper on this site, that will probably be cleaner.
At this place, you are simply paying a bit extra for a place with fake photos.
- Omar (1/5): One of the worst experiences i had in Cairo and with Booking, the owners are scammers and provided completely wrong info - Nothing The location they added to booking is wrong, I contacted the owner, they sent me a different location for the hotel which wasn’t convenient for me, when I arrived, they said I am in the wrong location, and again sent me another location. When I checked in, the room was dirty, no clean sheets, dirty towels, and the stay was terrible.
- Ahmad (8/5): Very good - I liked the bed the location and the view
- Ashley (10/5): Great hotel to stay at near the pyramids! - The rooms are really comfy and the rooftop is so beautiful!! Best of all was the staff. Khaled was very welcoming and helpful. And the breakfast was excellent. Amazing price too. Would definitely recommend! Nothing.
- Esraa (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place and very clean very good service I would highly recommend it and the food in the rooftop restaurant was very good its taste is delicious so I will repeat this visit the staff are very cooperative and the place is high you can see The Grand Museum and The Three Pyramids from window, the place is always fragrant and very cheerful I went on a trip with them to ride horses it was fun and some of the parties on the roof were great and very crazy
- Kochher (7/5): Good -
- Giacob (8/5): Modern room - Definitely a very comfortable bed and a room that looks like a nice modern hotel room. The balcony is also very nice. Family vibe and genuinely nice people in the stuff. The place is difficult to find and it's awkward that it is at the last floor of a block of private apartments. Although if you forget the shock of the building..the hotel is much much better than many around.
- Alaa (10/5): The most unique view and experience ever - The room was so clean and tidy. The staff was so helpful and nice. The owners are so friendly especially mr ahmed. The view from the room was so charming , stunning and amazing. There’s a roof above the hotel and the vibes was so good. There’s breakfast was so fresh and tasty and the drinks was so refreshing and good . I highly recommend to stay in this place 🤗
- Saif (10/5): Exceptional experience - fabulous place to enjoy the view of the pyramids while enjoying your coffee/drink and there's also a small room if you're planning to stay in, clean room comfy and quiet, also I'd like to thank Ahmed medhat one of the kind people working there and running the place. Nothing, everything was just fine

- Sumeer (1/5): Filthy and untidy place - -They did not clean the rooms or change the linen from previous guests
-It was extremely filthy
-They asked us what time we were checking in and we said between 5-6pm, when we arrived they said they needed time to clean, we went out and when we returned at 9pm, it was still not cleaned
-Did not provide bath towels and when promised for it the next day, they still did not have
-We requested for a refund but they refused and said sorry Nothing at all, do not book this place as it does not look like the pictures and it’s on the top floor of a poorly maintained building

- Mohamed (10/5): SuperB!!!! - My recent stay at a hotel in Giza was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I was treated to exceptional hospitality and service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable.
What truly made my stay special was the staff. They were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Their local knowledge and recommendations were invaluable, and they made me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay.
In conclusion, my stay at this hotel in Giza was nothing short of perfect. The stunning views of the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, combined with the excellent service and comfortable accommodations, made for an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Giza. I can't wait to return!
- Taha (10/5): "Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views of the Pyramids and Grand Egyptian Museum!" - I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic hotel in Giza, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service.
The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view from my room. Waking up to the sight of the majestic Pyramids and the impressive Grand Egyptian Museum was a dream come true. The panoramic view from the room's balcony was simply mesmerizing, especially at sunrise and sunset. It added a magical touch to my entire stay.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering all the modern amenities one could wish for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the historical wonders of Giza. The hotel also provided a range of thoughtful amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a minibar, and a coffee maker, making my stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
- Osama (8/5): Overall, I enjoyed my stay due to the friendly staff, wonderful view, and comfortable room, despite minor issues with sh - The staff very friendly and respectful and wonderful balcony view and comfortable room There was some details were missed on the hygienic level of the sheets and There was a little bit noises from the guests of the next room this made me quite uncomfortable, and so are we sometimes our voices can bothers other guests . I don’t know how to fix that but overall i enjoyed my stay and I am returning there next time cuz i loved the place and the staff

- Genius. (9/5): Superb -
- Sara (10/5): Exceptional - The place is amazing the rooms are very cozy and the furniture is all new, the staff are very friendly and welcoming thank you very much Nothing
- Hazem (10/5): Neat, Comfy and Amazing Views Even for me as Egyptian Was Wonderful!!!!!! - I had a great time throughout my visit, and I really loved the quiet nighttime scenery in front of the three pyramids.
The location is adjacent to both the pyramids and the Egyptian Museum. This made traveling to the nearby tourist destinations in Egypt quite easy. The place has a very unique setting.
- Mohamed (10/5): An Unforgettable Stay with Stunning Views - The location is unbeatable, with breathtaking views of the Grand Museum and the full panorama of the Pyramids of Giza. Waking up to such an iconic view was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The hotel itself is modern and beautifully maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury.
The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable.
We will visit again
- Esther (5/5): Room 103 for view - The pro is definitely the view from room 103!
Also the cost is really fair for how close you are to the pyramids and new museum.
The room was pretty decent and bed was comfortable but the bathroom wasn’t very modern and shower flooded after we’d both been in there.
Staff were helpful when needed. WiFi wasn’t good! We ended up using the hostels from upstairs and even then wasn’t great.
Window and balcony door didn’t seal properly so the city that apparently never sleeps kept us awake for a lot of it.
Unfortunately we had builders that decided to work right above us at 1am but the staff told them to stop pretty quickly!
Not sure if it was timing but the lifts (hotel was on 10th floor) didn’t work every time but the high building seems to be having some work as it’s quite run down.
- Mrtravelpp (7/5): Good - WiFi not working
- Daniel (9/5): Superb -
- Shireen (10/5): Close proximity to the new museum and the pyramids - Excellent staff. Very helpful and friendly. Room is clean. The lift which is a bit scary.
- Bridget (10/5): Don't judge a book by it's cover! Renovations going on, but this guesthouse is well worth it! - The man at reception (we did not get his name unfortunately) was so kind as we had returned to stay at the hotel again after a few days traveling to another city. When we came back to the hotel, he moved us to an upgraded room at no charge. The upgraded room had an amazing view of the pyramids and the new Egyptian museum. He also assisted us in ordering food and made sure it was delivered to us. Lovely hotel! Everything was great!
- Bridget (9/5): Lovely hotel with wonderful staff - The guesthouse can be a bit tricky to find, but one of the ladies working at the place was very helpful and friendly. The man at reception was also lovely and very helpful. He showed us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. The place can be a bit tricky to find, especially as it's on the 10th floor and it wasn't clear about using the elevator or stairs to know the exact location, but we were assisted once we were outside the building.
- Marilyne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rahimah (8/5): It was ok - It has a nice view of the pyramids. The room was very clean. The room was small. The uber driver had a difficult time finding the place. No supermarket or convenience store within walking distance.
- Alex (7/5): not good as we expected - Good view. So difficult to reach. The shower and the bath weren’t clean.
- Azman (7/5): Good -
- Tams20 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alisher (8/5): Really nice place to stay with great staff. Recommended! -
- Maria (8/5): Really nice if you already know how it works Egypt - The views to the Pyramids and the Grand Museum are amazing, very nice balconies, the beds super comfy, big TV, everything clean, and really nice staff, very helpful all of them The hotel needs to improve the signal so taxidrivers know where it is, we had quite an issue the second day and it almost costs us to miss the Tutankhamun exhibition experience.
- Oscar (9/5): Superb - It has an excellent view of the pyramids, and the room is according to the photos. Also the staff is very nice people. There are no signals on the ground floor to show the hotel is located on the floor 10.
- Anonymous (7/5): Good -
- Kondziuuu (10/5): Exceptional - Guest House is located near Egypt's new Grand Museum. My room was neat with a beautiful view of the pyramids. The service was exaggerated!
- Branović (8/5): Very good - Decent host. Delicious breakfast with a view of the pyramids. (Included in the price). The owner offers guided tours which are ok. The address shown on the booking is wrong. We had problems finding the apartment. It should be better explained on the page how to get to the apartment. The building is in bad condition, but the apartments are located on top of the building. The apartments are modernly furnished.
- Phonetheva (2/5): Very poor -
- Jarkko (9/5): Great value for money, not to be missed! - Really helpful staff, who did absolutely everything to make my trip running smoothly! Breakfast was tasty and the room is beautifully decorated and functioning well. The view to the pyramids is amazing with a very short distance to Grand Museum. Great value for money! Elevator could be slightly improved and it might be difficult to find the place for the first time. The noise of traffic could be enter the room, but did not bother me at all.
- Margarita (7/5): Good place to stay for a couple of days. Convenient location to visit the pyramids. Be aware you’ll need to pay extra fo - The room is in a good condition. Everything is clean. The building in which the hotel is located is not in a good condition. The elevator was broken.
- Jacqueline (6/5): Pleasant -
- Marianna (10/5): A home away from home - First of all, our stay at this guest house was so wonderful because of the beautiful staff! Ahmed and his son Sayed (Zeka) were so incredibly hospitable. They both went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable- and really by the end I felt like they were family.
Our rooms were very clean and we had a wonderful view of the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The only thing is that due to the location of the property it is not really close to any restaurants, so you have to get a cab to go anywhere. Also it is right next to the freeway so it can be very noisy throughout the night. This is not something that bothered us, just a note to anyone that may not like that :)
- Ahmed (4/5): The hotel photos and reviews don’t reflect the reality - The staff are respectful It’s not a hotel; they have rooms at the top of building.
Limited staff number due to limited capacity of rooms.
The room was changed without prior notice or agreement .
- Fotios (10/5): Exceptional - Great People.. nice room
Great view
- Mohamed (9/5): Superb -
- Tello (10/5): Exceptional -
- Koffi (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything about this hotel i will recommend for everyone first one i want talking about the stuff everyone is there has a great hospitality and they can help you with everything next time when I come to Egypt i will come back here again without thinking because i loved everything about this hotel the cleanliness of the room and has a wonderful trips thanks for everything
- Marah (7/5): Good -
- Mayar (2/5): The room had a really good view other than that I wouldn’t recommend - The room had a good view and was clean The location was terrible hard to reach and not easy to go around from there are no shops near nothing around and the way the staff was treating me during my check in was very bad and I didn’t feel welcomed and had one of the staff asking me for tips even though his attitude was the worst
- Anonymous (8/5): 8/10 is real value - Tithe cleanness is excellent, in general it’s a perfect place for the short trip, it’s have a wonderful view to the pyramids this take the place a special value The location is not good enough, the around facilities is not good enough, but the staff are friendly and professional and they do everything to be be comfortable stay
- Kelly (10/5): Cozy - Thank you Lumi and mr Ahmed for all your attention & Support ! Suggestion :
1 ) have tissue in the rooms;
2 ) main door ring or key if guest stay out until late night
3 ) Elevator Maintenance
- Rajdeep (10/5): Warm , memorable!! - Well to start with Mr Ahmed , brother Raj here what a personality perfect guy to take care of you , joke around always help and make you feel at home . The hug he gave me while I was leaving for the airport really warm and yes brother i got the flight so did my wife .
Till the last minute he made sure we dont miss the flight ordered unlimited coffee , food to heat , everything was just perfect .
Book this property if you wana feel like home and near to the pyramids , clean rooms , love from India !! Sometimes the Lift is an issue .
- Zsofia (10/5): It was lovely - Amazing central location, kind and flexible stuff Room was a bit noise from the street but it’s the case in every location except closed compounds
- Li (7/5): better to book a decent hotel not a guest house - nice view, free pick up from airport and cheap super noisy and small room, Wi-Fi is not working for me. The staff is kind but is pushy on the trip, meal(which is expensive compared to local price)and tips
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kareem (8/5): Good value for money, good view of pyramids and Grand Museum. - Good view , helpful friendly staff and clean room Noisy neibourhood Main Street noise , could benefit from double or triple glazing. Blackouts not very efficient. Hotel on 10th floor of a block of flats and you have to climb some stairs , not suitable for older persons.
- Antonia (6/5): Pleasant - staff were helpful & wifi good small and could be more professional
- Veo (8/5): Excellent staff, great food, remarkable view! - The view of the pyramids from the cute, glass balcony was incredible! The bed was soooo comfortable as was the shower. The room was beautifully furnished. The staff were wonderful. They took such great care of me; very kind and attentive. And the food was so good! I purchased dinner and the breakfast was complimentary -both excellent. I would 100% stay there again. It was hard to find (my local driver couldn’t even find it right away) and takes a small adventure through the building to get to your room, but super worth it! And they carried my bags the whole way too.
- Nina (7/5): Great view! Amazing personnel! The guest house itself lacks too many things - There are two major factors that made our stay pleasant. The first one is the distance from GEM and the view from the balcony of the GEM and the pyramids. We really enjoyed spending time at our balcony and having the museum at walking distance! The neighbourhood is safe with mostly families living in the building. All the neighbours were polite and friendly. They also have stray dogs outside the building that are friendly and make you feel safe walking outside. The second factor was the personnel of the guest house. Rarely a businessman can find people working for him to be so knowledgeable of their post, so willing to find solutions to any problem without hesitation, so eager to help, so kind and pleasant. Everyone working at the guest house cared like we were guests at their own home. They were always present taking care of any need. We wish to specially thank Asma for being far more professional than anyone could expect. That woman is a real treasure! Beautiful inside and out! Clever, polite and going the extra mile to keep everyone happy! We hope that her hard work is appreciated! If it weren’t for Asma and her brother Youseff apart from a nice view the guest house would’ve offered much. Mr. Youseff is literally always there. Early in the morning, late at night, bringing breakfast, Youseff greets you always with a smile! Whatever you need mr. Youseff is the answer! The guest house is alive and working because of these people, Asma and Youseff! We would like to take this opportunity to wish them both the best in their life! Our rate for personnel is 11 out of ten ♥️ The building itself is in a terrible condition. I haven’t been inside such a poorly maintained building before. It is a bit scary when you enter. The elevator is in terrible condition. The corridors, the light switches, the lights, everything is too old and look dirty.
The guest house has been totally renovated but still it is a part of an ugly bad maintained building.
The room is too small, one of the two beds actually is next to a wall. There is no room for the luggage. The window net for the mosquitoes torn up.
Breakfast (delicious and fresh served by the always polite mr. Youssef) is served inside the room. There is no public dining outside the rooms.
For launch and dinner there is a small catalog to order but the choices are poor and the prices like going to a restaurant. I advise you to order from takeout on your own.
The area has nothing in close walking distance apart from the museum. In the future I am sure that everything will change but now going outside offers nothing. Nothing to grab a bite, nowhere to drink coffee, to buy something, to walk in a park or anything else to see apart from the GEM.
There is no transportation public or private in close distance.
In order to go anywhere you have to call for Uber or taxi which during Ramadan period is impossible in the evening.
You actually feel trapped inside at the evenings during Ramadan. If it weren’t for the problem solver Miss Asma we would have lost very precious time as tourists trapped inside.
Last but no least there is too much noise from traffic all day and night and even with closed windows it is impossible to sleep without earplugs! Every single second you hear endless honking for no reason making sleeping hell!
The owner of the guest house would have too many complaints if it weren’t for his amazing personnel making such a difference for the scale in favour of our judgment! The guest house on its own is 5 out of ten
- Iana (10/5): Amazing 3 days in Cairo - It was a very pleasant stay in Cairo thanks to the wonderful team of the hotel ! I am so grateful to Asmaa and Youseff for their very warm welcome. They were always helpful, kind and so caring ! I travelled along and honestly felt a bit nervous about it, but they made me feel very safe and comfortable during my stay in Cairo and also helped to organise 3 amazing tours. Thanks a lot !!!
- Pauline (10/5): Lovely clean Guest House with a great view - Very nice guest house with a lovely view on the pyramids and the new museum. The owner is really nice and the room was very clean. Having breakfast on the balcony with that view is amazing! The location is. a bit away from restaurants or shops so you do need to walk or take a taxi but luckily it’s not too far.
- Natty (8/5): Voltaria - The guest house is ok, comfortable. Asmaa and Yousef are the big differential of this place, they made my trip to Cairo much pleasant and safe. They did everything to help, they cared about every detail and helped me with local tips. They are really friendly and I would recommend the place just because of them.
- Chalita (9/5): good service but complicated location - the property is new the bed is comfy. the staff is very kind let us early check in. very good view from the balcony the location is not easy to find even you arrive at the location you will never know that is the guest house till you call the staff to pick you up (no any sign).
if you take the taxi they also don’t know where is the property. you will hear the car horn all day all night.
the room is very small almost no space to walk.
- Leonila (9/5): Definitely do not judge the book by its cover - At first, we weren't sure if we got the location right. the building were it stands was quite old and not your typical hotel entrance. we eventually found the reception. the inside was definitely way better than the outside. The hotel definitely had the view as advertised. Yousseff was a superstar. He was helpful, accommodating ang gave very good recommendations for restaurants. he even went out of his way speaking with the UBER drivers.
- Giovanni (10/5): A stop over into 6000 years of history through a safe haven - Asmaa and Yusuf are very caring hosts. As it was my first time in Egypt, Cairo, and I did not know what to expect, they sent me a driver from the hotel to the airport at late night who took me to destination. Through the chaos of Cairo one would not understand immediately what is happening, unless you have a prior experience, so this was perfect! Youssof from the structure welcome me and was particularly caring and nice. He gave me all sort of advices, and as on the next day I had no local currency and I was talking to a street moneychanger near the Pyramids, he made sure that I received the correct amount in Egyptian pounds. A very friendly person with a contagious smile, Yussuf is your best host. I enjoyed the traditional Egyptian breakfast with pyramids view on the balcony.
- Scott (9/5): We requested GEM and Pyramids view. View was wonderful considering the height of the building. - The young man, Youssef was wonderful! Makes a great breakfast and turkish coffee. He attended to any needs that we required. Extra water, coffee, tea, towels and directions. Very, very friendly. His English is very good and he has a great sense of humor.
This guest house is on the top floors of a residential high-rise. Rooms are very clean and modern with all amenities available. The address and directions did not match. Our UBER drivers kept saying this address is wrong and there are no hotels at this location. Had to have the UBER driver speak to the staff for location. HIGHLY recommend UBER pick up on the main street for simplicity since it is down a small dirt driveway and the building has no signage.
- Amr (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was really helpful and the room view is amazing. won't be my last visit for sure.
- Filip (8/5): Very good - Room is clean and new, with great view on the pyramids. We enjoyed the breakfast served in our rooms. The area is rather shabby.
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jose (10/5): I was skeptical at first but im happy that Youssef turned it around for us. he was very helpful and attended to all our - the room was nice. just like the pictures. as other reviews have stated. It looks like a sketchy apartment building with no signs anywhere. in google maps shows the exact location. There was 1 man sitting on a chair and put us the elevator to 10th floor. When you get out, turn right, walk to the end and then turn left. you will see a door opening and then you see the sign lol
- Abdul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lina (10/5): the guest house was great and the staff were so helpful and friendly - Great view of the pyramids and new museum nothing
- Nikolaos (8/5): Very nice guest house with amazing view and scary entrance - Youssef is one of the best receptionists ever!
The view from the room with balconies is breathtaking.
The complimentary taxi services. We arrived late at night, and the guest house is on the 10th floor of an old block of flats. There was not a sign at the entrance of the building indicating the guesthouse and the elevator was in bad condition. The windows were not sound proof and there was a lot of noise coming into the room from outside.
- Aghil (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sager (7/5): Good -
