- Ute (4/5): - Zur angegebenen Check-In-Zeit war niemand im Hotel anwesend. Wir mussten 1 Stunde auf Einlass warten, was nach längerer Fahrradtour bei etwas kühlen Temperaturen sehr unangenehm war.
- Frank (3/5): Nie wieder in diesem Hotel - Die gebuchten Zimmer für 120.- Euro Kosteten bei Anreise auf einmal 180.- Euro Wegen angeblicher Überbuchung hätten wir sonst keine Zimmer bekommen, es sei denn wir würden die teuren Zimmer nehmen. Die Zimmer wahren teilweise sehr verschmutzt (tote Insekten) und als wir uns darüber beschwert haben gab es nur dumme Kommentare vom Personal. Das Frühstück war definitiv keine 14 Euro wert.

- Mikesch71 (7/5): - nur das gebuchte Zimmer, war eins der neu renovierten Wir wollten zu 16 Uhr einchecken, was auch so im Vorfeld kommuniziert wurde. Leider war keiner vor Ort, und auch an die angegebene Telefonnummer ist keiner ran gegangen. Nach einer Stunde Wartezeit kam die Rezeptionistin. Darauf angesprochen ist sie auf keinster Weise darauf eingegangen und hat es mit der vielen Arbeit abgetan. Das ist mir als Gast ehrlicherweise EGAL !!! Ausserdem ist die Terrasse auch noch Baustelle und nur Laienhaft abgesichert.
