• Studio (9/5): Conveniently located, basic, but very clean and friendly accommodation . - Incredibly conveniently located to all pubic transport. Railway station, bus station and metro. Communication with accommodation (I was an a late arrival) very good. Friendly staff who were still on duty at 11:30pm to wait for me. Very clean room and bedding, comfortable mattress, very clean bathroom. Maybe too many people to share a bathroom, however this is probably normal and not a complaint.

• RomanD67 (8/5): - The strong point of this accommodation is the location. 200 meters from the metro, so the transport to the airport took half an hour. Easy to get to the center. Across the road is a bus station and behind it is a train station. Easy check in and check out. Good room facilities. Generally I can recommend this accommodation especially suitable before early morning flight next day (easy connection to airport and to the city center also). (Tip: If you buy paper ticket for the metro, it is valid only for day when was bought, not for next day). It's a matter of preference, but the beds were too soft for me (I prefer harder ones because of my spine). Small desk, couldn't work on the computer. Bathroom - everything works, but it's small, the shower is connected to the sink and not separated from the toilet (but - this is a common solution in Bulgaria, also in other hotels).

• Asenova (10/5): Уютна стая и отлично ниво на чистота. - Прекарах една нощ в София и останах с изключително добри впечатления. Стаята беше много чиста, чаршафите и завивките ухаеха на свежест и чистота, което за мен е много важно. Всичко беше поддържано и създаваше усещане за комфорт. Въпреки закъснението ми домакинката ме посрещна учтиво и топло. Определено бих се върнала отново и препоръчвам мястото.

• Ivanova (10/5): Бих повторила. - Леглата бяха изключително удобни, спалното бельо беше перфектно чисто и памучно. Банята и тоалетната бяха също идеално чисти. Управителката ни посрещна късно и беше изключително любезна. Има телевизор със много програми и достъп до Интернет. Климатика беше силен и за 10минути ни се стопли стаята. Няма такова.

You can't think of a better way to transfer from train to bus or from bus to bus I did not notice that the bathroom is shared by all the guests. But I was alone on the whole floor, so it wasn't a problem.

• Terzian (8/5): Great stay for a reasonable price and its location - I booked this place of stay primarily for its convenience of it being within walking distance of the central bus station and the railway station. These stations also offer a variety of food and drink or you can just walk down the street to any one of the mini markets to find food, snacks,etc. There was nothing not to like
• Pantheia (6/5): Difficult to communicate and not 24/7 - Clean room, across the bus terminal and close to city centre. The staff did not speak english and was very difficult to communicate with them even with Google translate. I chose this place because it advertised as 24/7 and even had it printed on the door. But they made me pick up my luggage at 7 pm and wait 4.5 hours in the cold at the bus station. Also felt that 51 euros for one night was a bit steep considering the service and amenities they provide. Not a good customer service and misleading advertisement.

• Rosario (7/5): Al lado de la estación de autobus - Literalmente delante de la estación de buses. Muy practico si tienes que coger un bus a primera hora de la mañana, o si llegas muy tarde de algún viaje en bus. La ducha no es muy cómoda. Pero tenía lo justo y necesario para pasar la noche y coger el bus al día siguiente

• Iskra (10/5): Exceptional - Even though we arrived late at night, we were met and accommodated by the host. Everything was exactly as discussed before arrival, the host answered all our questions promptly. The location is very convenient for the coach station and the train station. The room is clean and the mattresses comfortable. There is an air con which was life saving in the heat (and a fridge if needed). Perfect for our one night stay in Sofia.

• Lasse (8/5): Very nice small cosy room close to Sofia station - Very nice staff, the location and price. No kitchen in our room, but we only needed to stay for the night, so it was okay. And bathroom towel holders kept falling out of the wall.
• Colin (8/5): Fairly priced option handily located for the bus and train stations. - Excellent location if you have an early morning train or bus. The accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable and fairly priced.
• Vince (10/5): Great and really helpful staff, convenient location - After the staff saw me and my partner in the morning carrying 4 heavy luggages, they allowed us to stay inside their office until check-in time, and they even let us into the room a couple of hours earlier which was a huge help for us at the time. They were both friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable, clean with a great location right across the train station.

If you fly to Sofia, you can take M4 right at the airport and switch to M2 at Serdica to reach Sofia Central Bus Station, which is only a 5-minute walk from Guest Rooms Kom. If you take a bus or train, you can just walk to it with your luggage.
