• Елисавета (1/5): Bad - Nothing The hotel was very dirty, a singular misery. The sheets were dirty, the bed cover burnt from a cigarette. There were two couches in the room that we were loathe to sit on. Bathing was an extremely disgusting experience the bathroom smelled of urine, the sink was broken and water was running from the pipe below, there were cigarette butts on the floor. The building was being renovated 24/7, it was extremely noisy. I have no words to describe how dirty it was, we had paid for 7 nights, on the second day we left because we couldn't take it anymore. They didn't refund our money and even had the audacity to ask us what was wrong

• Velina (1/5): Bad - Nothing! If there is any institutions, they have to close this hotel. Everything inside is damaged or broken. The canal blocked, the fridge doesn't work, mold in the bathroom, TV doesn't work, traces of leaks. The towels dirty and with holes, bed sheets small for the beds and etc. A nightmare. The information in the Booking. com, has nothing to do with the reality.
• Nitin (9/5): Superb - Considering the price at which I got the room, WeHome far exceeded my expectation. To begin with, the room size is really good. It's twice the size of a normal hotel room. It had a refrigerator and a seating arrangement also. It is the equivalent of a junior suite in other hotels. The room and bathroom were neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. While the AC was very effective, what I also liked was that the room had one window that could be opened for fresh air. The hotel has a nice lift. Shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. There was also a tourist destination with a nice garden within 5 minutes walk.

• Ralitsa (1/5): Bad - Everything was completely racked, filthy and absolutely disgusting. The bed was broken and looked liked it was found at the garbage. We hardly slept , not only because of the lack of real bed , but because of the terrible smell of mold, and the noise of leacking water in the bathroom. After our complaints the stuff told us they can't do anything. Stay away from this place, unless if you don't want to ruin your vacation!!!
