• Stefano Camillo (10/5): This studio should be the first and only choice for anyone going to LA - Simply amazing. The whole time we felt like this was a different experience than anything we’ve done before on a house rental. It felt like we became part of a big family. The host was extraordinary, the only one who ever came to greet and know us and exchange a few words, he also prepared for our arrival lots and lots of food and drink. We planned to go for groceries when we first arrived, in turned out we didn’t need to. There was a water dispenser, bottled water both in the fridge and outside the fridge, sodas, beer, and again snacks, chips, fruits, cheese and more, and more. Even though the studio is a single room plus bathroom, it was honestly big, more than enough for a few nights stay. The house also have a swimming pool which is free to be used by the studio guests. When we first looked for an accomodation in Los Angeles the Studio was not available (was our first choice based on the reviews), we looked for days for alternatives but couldn’t find anything. Then, one dat, we found it available again and we immediately booked it, and we are SO happy we did. Absolutely recommended. Thank you 🙏🏽 All was perfect

• Sarah (10/5): - This is a very comfortable studio to stay in. It has a lived in vibe which makes you feel like you are at home. There is everything you need, from food to soap and shampoo. It’s nice to be able to do a load of laundry if needed, cook dinner, or go read a book by the pool. It’s very quiet and relaxing. Motti, the host is very friendly and accommodating if you need anything. I will definitely stay here again.

• Aurélien (10/5): - Tout était parfait pour notre séjour à Los Angeles, nous avons adoré loger dans ce studio. Tout était très propre et Moti nous a accueilli généreusement avec un frigo rempli. Il y avait également tout les équipements nécessaires dans la cuisine, sdb... et literie très confortable. L'endroit est très bien situé à proximité des autoroutes ce qui rend la visite des différents quartiers de L.A en voiture très facile tout en étant dans un quartier calme, très agréable après les longues journées. Nous reviendrons certainement ici lors de notre prochain séjour.

Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario, molto gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno sempre portato cibo, frutta anche durante il nostro soggiorno. La posizione è stata ideale per chi si vuole muovere in autonomia e vuole restare in una zona molto tranquilla. All'interno abbiamo trovato il necessario che ci serviva per la colazione o per uno spuntino. E' stato il nostro primo viaggio negli USA, e sicuramente il posto rimarrà nel nostro cuore, ci siamo veramente sentiti a casa. Ringrazio nuovamente la famiglia di MOTI per le chiacchierate fatte e per la gentilezza. Spero di ritornare un giorno. All'inizio è stato un po' difficile ad individuare l'entrata perché avevamo dubbi se entrare dovevamo entrare da dietro la casa principale, sapendo che comunque le proprietà private sono ben ristrette.

Even much more than we ever needed. This was nice service. The environment is very calm and you have a parking spot just outside the room. The garden with a swimming pool looked beautiful, and is probably very nice to use. However, during our stay it was too cold, so we had to skip that. Only negative thing to say is that there are not many restaurants within walking distance. But we used an excellent takeaway service instead (Buenos Aires Grill), so this was no real problem

• Sherry (9/5): Wonderful retreat. - Moti was an excellent host. We received an email explaining how we were to let ourselves in. We were thrilled to find an abundance of food, ham, cheese, breads, danish,fruit, yogurt, and beverages. We felt very private and safe. The bed and linens were comfortable and clean. The bathroom was nice, the shower was amazing. An additional bonus was access to laundry in our space (think casita). We had convenient parking that was well lit. Some have complained that the bedframe or sofa seemed 'worn', think of staying with your Grandmother..perhaps worn, but cleaned and well loved. Our time here was relaxing, convenient to what we were attending to, and VERY appreciated.

• L (10/5): Most excellent hosts! - The amount of food in the refrigerator (not just snacks, that ranged from fresh fruits to lunch meats, eggs, milk, juice, drinks including water, beer, wine, soda), as well as dry goods like cereal and soups, and then the array of snacks provided were incredible! It was certainly much appreciated. It made a very difficult trip visiting my mother in a memory care unit there just a bit more bearable…as we knew we did not have to figure a food situation out (unless we wanted to). There is no need to bring any food or candy with you, as these wonderful hosts provide a wide and diverse array of every kind (salty, sweet, chocolate…) There is really nothing to change here. There were no issues whatsoever. We highly recommend this rental. Just do it! Trust us…You won’t regret it.

It is also a very comfortable studio and you feel at home right away. There is everything you need available to just chill and cook food and watch tv etc.. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. It was a good spot to come back to at the end of the day and relax.

The unit was supplied with a lot of food including fresh fruit, bread, and milk. Although we did not swim, the pool was a lovely place to just sit and enjoy coffee :)

• Sonja (8/5): Nice apartment with some odds - This comfortable apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, just a half-hour away from all the must-see attractions in LA. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer available. There was plenty of food but we barely touched it. Additionally, driving to Malibu from here offers a very scenic route through the Malibu Canyons. Unfortunately, some spots were very dusty upon my arrival. I had to wipe down the bed frame (which looked very worn), the coffee table, and the TV stand. The mattress had brown stains on the left side. Additionally, I found it odd that there were open goods such as cereals, marmalade, and several condiments. This made me uneasy since I didn't know who had touched these items before or how hygienic they were. The different sheets and towels added to my confusion, making me unsure if they had been properly cleaned.

Friendly and accommodating property owner. Sitting poolside with birds and squirrels. Shopping mall in walking distance. Overall clean but here and there a bit dusty and cluttered with stuff.

Pool is shared by the family. Appartment had bwen cleaned ok but carpets and sofa would need deep cleaning.

He had a nice spread for breakfast (bagels, toast, eggs, cereal, fruit, etc.) Location was perfect for our trip. Northridge/Granada Hills is quiet but close to the city and the mountains. Great patio outside the door. Pool in the rear (we didn't use it but could have). Nice backyard garden, with grill and places to sit. Parking was easy and convenient (right out front). Small kitchen table for 2. Full kitchen, minus dishwasher, that was very modern. Stackable washer/dryer was great. Overall we enjoyed it and would go back. Coffee maker needs to be updated. No "real" bureau for clothes (plenty of closet space)

Enjoyed the private pool and convenient parking. Location was in a nice part of town. Communication with host was good and he greeted us as well. Much better than a hotel! Bathroom could have been cleaner. Floor was dirty and counter needed to be wiped down but not bad otherwise.
• Lavado (10/5): Hidden gem in Northridge - a must when visiting Los Angeles - Moti's Comfortable Luxury Studio is an ideal option when visiting LA, as location is convenient to travel by car to and from central LA. The host provides plenty of food and drinks for the whole stay. He also checks out on you to see if everything is ok. The studio is perfect for either spending most of the time sightseeing, so that you only go back to sleep, or spending more time in it, as it is fully equipped to cook, have a rest or even enjoy a lovely patio and swimming pool. Everything was great.

Thanks to the host and booking.com for providing such decent location that is nearby to many of the site seeing places. There were a couple of cockroaches in the room. Please make sure to have the room inspected for the next one living in the room.
• Maurer (8/5): Comfortable studio with great variety of food-- could use a few small bits of updating - This is a studio apartment attached to a house (owner, I assume). Bed is a queen against the back wall. Kitchen and small dining table with 2 chairs opposite. Bathroom ensuite. HUGE variety of food in refrigerator and kitchen including fresh milk, yoghurt, fruit, bread, croissants, muffins, butter, snacks, ready-to-eat soup bowls, etc. Wifi was pretty good. Parking space right in front of the house, which is on a quiet (non-commercial) stretch of street. Owners responded quickly to questions. Two main recommendations to the owners: Please consider replacing the sheets, pillowcases and comforters with fresh, white pure cotton and an updated comforter. That would go a long way to making the place seem more modern and less old-fashioned. Also, the baseboards in the bathroom were scuffed and dirty looking, with bits of crust at the corners of the shower. Recommend to repaint and scrub out the corners better.

Snacks and stocked refrigerator for breakfast was provided by host. Paid attention to allergies before arrival. Easy garbage disposal. Walk in shower good for handicapped people. Use of the back yard was a plus. Located in a residential area. You had your own parking space. Bed was comfortable. Facilities had adequate lightling Could use a luggage rack, but did not detract from our stay.

The studio was large, has a full kitchen, refrigerator, and just plain comfortable. the property owners stocked the refrigerator with food, soda, and even beer let alone a bottle of wine besides loads of snacks which were all free. we were able to make meals in between all of the going out we did for breakfasts and some dinners. the bed was comfortable, the bathroom is very nice, and they even had a washer and dryer available with everything you could possibly need. it’s insane the deal this property offers and it was very convenient of a location as well. they even provide off street parking. Moti, one of the owners, is kind and did check in on us but for the most part left us to enjoy the studio. I can’t rave about it any more than I already have and would go back in a heartbeat. nothing
