• Ngoc (10/5): - Homestay tự checkin, cũng đơn giản, phòng sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Vị trí ngay phố cổ tiện lợi đi ăn uống, đi dạo. Chị chủ support nhiệt tình. Homestay nên ko có thang máy, mình đi với người già thì hơi bất tiện xíu, nhưng may ở tầng 2 nên cũng ko quá bất tiện. Còn với mình và trẻ em thì ok.

• Ivana (9/5): - Bylo to v centru staré Hanoji a vše dostupné pěšky, zároveň schované v zadním traktu, takže bez hluku. Výhled pouze v 5.patře, kde jsme bydleli. Majitelka vstřícná , nechala nás brzy ráno otevřít a odpočívat na recepci po noční jízdě ze Sapy a pokoj uklidili také dříve.

• John Ray (10/5): Great Location, Great Stay in Hanoi - The place is located in the heart of the city, the place offers convenient access to restaurants and shops. My family and I had a great stay, and the owner was very responsive. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi 🇻🇳 Nothing to dislike—the owner was very helpful and informed us that tipping the staff and driver is not necessary.

• Vincent (9/5): - Hotel très bien placé pour explorer Hanoi et son ancien quartier. Très proche du lac et de nombreuses attractions. Il y a aussi de très nombreuses options pour manger aux alentours. La chambre était très propre et spacieuse avec tout le nécessaire et une belle salle de bain. Le personnel est très gentil et à l'écoute et trouve des solutions pour tout. On était au deuxième étage et notre balcon donnait directement sur un mur. C'est donc préférable de prendre une chambre aux étages supérieurs.

• Marianne (10/5): Cozy Stay with a Wonderful Host - The lady host was very nice, accommodating, responsive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more pleasant. Everything was clean and well-kept, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially loved the cozy, homey feel of the place—it felt more like staying in a house than a typical hotel, which added to the overall charm and comfort. The place does not have a lift, but we were informed about this in advance. It didn’t really affect the experience, as the homey setup is part of its charm. The staff helped us with our luggage.

• Pamela (4/5): Very disappointing. - The location was ideal. The property is down an alley, behind a steel door. The lobby looks like someone’s untidy basement littered with ‘stuff’, washing machine and generally a mess. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep and narrow…very difficult for luggage movement. Although the staff does offer to porter your luggage. Communications with the manager were inconsistent. Arranging for room cleaning could happen randomly, anywhere between 11am and 10 pm, depending on staff availability. We checked this hotel out on Booking.com, ver y carefully and repeatedly. We are dumbfounded by the +9 rating it receives and the generally positive reviews. We suspect there is manipulation of those happening.

• Marta (10/5): Habitación céntrica y amplia - Me gustó que la habitación era muy amplia y estaba muy bien de de ubicación, es decir, estabas cerca de todo La parte que no me gustó nada fue que el alojamiento está metido en un callejón y para entrar en ese callejón hay una puerta que por la noche se cierra y sí que es verdad que no se nos avisó de que de que esa puerta se cerraba por la noche entonces casi nos quedamos encerradas fuera, pero es verdad que la dueña me atendió muy amablemente aunque fuese tarde por la por la noche. Aún así, volvería repetir la experiencia

Phòng rộng, 2 giường đôi lớn, Nhà VS sạch sẽ. Phòng ở tầng 2 riêng tư, có cửa sổ lớn. Check in thuận tiện. Chủ nhà vui vẻ, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ Tầng 1 nơi đón tiếp nên sắp xếp gọn gàng hơn.
• Keitaro (9/5): 便利！ - 大教会の付近で街歩きするには最高のロケーション。 部屋は広く、きれい！(入口やエントランスの印象とは違う。)シャワーも温かいお湯でもしっかりとした水圧があったのもGood。 部屋が4階で階段のみだったが、先に連絡を受けており、エレベーター無しが無理なら当日でも無料でキャンセルOKとの優しさ。荷物も上まで運んでくれるので問題無し！何よりチェックイン前に着いても、荷物を預かってくれて部屋まで運んでくれたのは嬉しかった。 帰りの空港までもGrabより安い金額で送ってくれたし、スタッフの気遣いが最高だったよ。 鍵の説明が欲しかった。 深夜に戻ったら手前の門に南京錠がかかっており、焦った。

• Nida (8/5): Ms. Moon provides quality service. - Ms Moon. She is so helpful and that is the best part. The location was ideal, in city centre. It's a great place for a short stay. Steep stairs but Ms. Moon took care of our luggage. with a family its a bit cramped for a longer stay. Not the fault of the place, but if you are wanting to stay longer, the room offers the space to sleep. Not really to hang out for a longer period with kids in it.

• NB (10/5): - Wir hatten ein schönes, großes Zimmer mit Smart - TV, was die Kinder sehr schätzten. Die Lage ist optimal, um zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten in die Altstadt zu gelangen. Da das Hotel in einem Hinterhof liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Besitzerin ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns sowohl beim Gespäck hochtragen als auch bei Ausflügen und Airport Taxi unterstützt. Wir würden wiederkommen.

The highlight was the communication and helpfulness from Môn, we were able to check in late at night and check out late as well to suit our group (so lucky!!!). It’s the best experience we have had in terms of communication, wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend

• My (10/5): The hostess was what really makes the place stand out. She goes out of her way to find places to go, good deals on excu - I liked that it was close to all of the action. The French cathedral was very close. The lake was a few minutes away by foot. Popular social media Banh Mi and Pho restaurant was just at the end of the block. Lots of great sit down and street food. Great hot shower and air conditioning.

• Andrea (10/5): Amazing short stay with wonderful host who spoke English - The room was large and well located and clean and the ac worked great. Best of all was moon, she went out of her way to help us, as we were stuck with grab not working far away and she booked a grab for us to come back to the hotel and then to the bus station just in time to catch the bus! We would have missed it for sure without her! So thankful!
• My (10/5): The host was accommodating. We came in the middle of th night and she let us stay in the lobby until check in time. We - Great location. Next to lots of great eats. Lots of delicious street food. Lots of restaurants. On the corner was an expensive excellent tasting bowl of Pho but the place was packed from 6 am till it closed in the evening. Most of the time there was a line. Within walking distance to the lake and the cathedral. Shopping of luxury goods to inexpensive goods were nearby. Liked that the money exchange was around the corner. The property was fairly quiet because you had to go down the alley. The room was modern and clean. Love that there was air conditioning and plenty of hot water.

• Sommers (10/5): Large quiet space with a balcony in a great location. - Really large space and so quiet even though it’s in the middle of all the action. The balcony was nice, no real view, but for the price you can’t beat getting a balcony! Everything was great!

She took care of us in our whole journey in the north of Vietnam. She helped us out with next destinations (accommodation, recommendation, trip suggestions, pick up drop of, etc etc etc) all the way along with us. Always in touch, making sure everything was going smooth and we were enjoying our journey…. No doubts I will stay there again and will fully recommend her to anybody else. Thanks again Moon.
