Their professionalism and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. • YORIKO (7/5): トータルすれば、1泊1000円位なので、許容範囲です。 - 立地が良く、スタッフの方がいい方ばかりでした。 部屋自体も綺麗でした。 ファミリールームに泊まったのですが、エレベーターおりて、とてつもない、角度の階段を登らなくてはいけなく、スーツケースだと、かなり危険です。 シャワーの水圧がかなり弱い。 シャワーの水が流れがかなり悪くて、溢れてしまいそう。

• daniel (1/5): Foul Play - Nothing, after paying 750,000 for 1 night i brought a friend to stay and they insisted on me paying another 900,000 for the same room !!???? . I eventually accused them of foul play, they wouldnt budge so i stormed off, then i calmed down and came back to pay and they refused my entry all together and are asked me to leave, i have it all on video. The owner managers, very greedy muslims or Indians

Les meubles et la moquette étaient salles Vous rentrez dans une agence de voyage,vous traversez leur salon pour prendre 'ascenseur.. Nous avions pris la plus "grande " chambre pour être confortable pendant 3 nuits : grosse erreur.

The staff were very very kind and accommodating and so helpful. Beds were very uncomfortable and there is no duvet, only a blanket. You can’t shower properly because of the space of the bathroom.

• Achim (8/5): Staying quiet and cheap in the middle of the city - Living in the middle of the city (district 1), only about 100 meters from Saigon's famous/notorious pary mile and still quiet in the night. Freindly and helpful staff, little technical problems were solved immediately. Next door (second house to the right) is in a restaurant the rare option of a good breakfast with drink for 90.000 Dong (about 3,5 €) available. We had the roof top appartment with balcony which meant after using the lift to the 3rd floor climbing a steep staircase. (However the staff helped us to get our baggage up there.) The Room had an old, worn out and a bit dirty carpet.

Not to mention its right on the beginning of walking the street, so great night life at the door step! They also arrange for guided trips and tours! Nice, clean rooms. For the price, its a steal of a deal and a good place to crash at night Highly recommend!

It was really hot on the fourth floor (AC takes awhile to kick in) and to get up there, you had to climb these sketchy stairs. Would be hard for someone who isn't mobile. Very loud at night until early hours of morning since the street nearby is a party street.

• Daniel (8/5): Great location and friendly staff - The location was perfect for exploring the Ho Chi Minh City walking street - a great place for nightlife! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We were able to book a tour of the ChiChi tunnels at 8pm for the next morning - brilliant service! The value for money was also superb. Very little I did not like about this hotel, it met all of my expectations for the price I paid.
• Michelle (7/5): We would stay again for location and quick overnighters - Great staff and great location. Lots of restaurants bars around you to choose from. The room had double bed and 2 singles, balcony, fridge and great air conditioning. Very comfortable. Bathroom walk in shower no screens or curtains so a bit messy/ watery but fires quickly. You get what you pay for - clean near and tidy but no kettle to make cups of tea. For personal comfort you may want to bring your own top sheet. A light blanket provided as a doona cover.
