• Netho Smanethemba (5/5): The stay was fair not too bad, however if I had no expectations it would have been good. - The air-condition was very convenient since it was freezing cold.The set up of the cabin is nicely done for a cabin.The housekeeping on point and housekeeper is nice and friendly. The water in the shower would cut off while you still showering,if not it would change from hot to cold. The bed was hard-knock uncomfortable. The cabin geographically was quite steep. The cockroaches needs be taken care of.

• Thato (5/5): Peaceful and beautiful views, just needs a little attention. - The view is beautiful from the cabin, amazing sunsets and sunrises!! It's very quiet and peaceful. Thando is very helpful and kind. The aircon was a nice surprise and kept me warm. I had no hot water for the 3 days I was there. Cold showers were not fun. The cabin is slightly tilted to one side when you are inside, which takes some getting used to. The shower curtain kept falling off when I was showering. It would be nice if they provided some dishwasher for dirty dishes as there is an ant problem as soon as you leave something in the basin. The day I arrived I was called and told that my payment bounced and I need to pay urgently. Just to find out that was a mistake maybe they can check all those confirmation email details first before contacting customers in panic.

• Chanté (7/5): It was a beautiful and peaceful stay. - The location is safe and beautiful. The Wi-Fi and other facilities were amazing. The stuff were very friendly. The sliding door needs to be fixed and the stairs were too steep.

• Nando (7/5): It was overall good. I would revisit the place - It is beautiful and peaceful The stairs and the water kept on going off. It’s also tricky to mix the hot and cold water in the shower

• Busisiwe (10/5): - The place is exactly how it looks on the pictures. The Host Buti Xolani- Ahhhh buti I'm speechless. Your service 10/10. We had a cabin and Hai suka 10/10. We are definitely coming back I think after some time, hot water is an issue, especially in the cabin. We had to take a cold shower, and it was cold....thats the only concern, really 🥶

• Weli (7/5): Solocation - The view and serenity. Unfortunately I went when nit was Diwali so the fireworks sounded like gun shots at first but I got used to it eventually.

• Lerato Innocent (5/5): The point of view cabin - The view is amazing. And Xolani is veey amazing. The policy says the staff cleans everyday and the sheets are changed daily but that never happened. They even take time to answer the phone which was really really disappointing. Regardless of how beautiful the place is, I wouldn't go back because of my above-mentioned reasons.

The location is great for quiet, peace, and intimacy. - It was quiet, neat, the garden is beautiful, the hot tub was great, and the aircon was appreciated so we could stay warm on the cold evenings. The stairs up to the unit were a bit of a trek. That being said, maybe you could mention that in the advert, so people know what to expect.

I have found my escape place to rest and be away from the life of constant work, school, church, etc. I'd be lying if I said there's nothing I didn't like.

If you looking for a getaway filled with greenery and a great view this is the place. It took a while fir me to get out the gate as I checked out at night, so maybe get a small Wendy house to serve as an office near the main gate.

Accessing our room was a struggle, a lot of stairs to take. On the pictures before making my booking I only saw few stairs leading to our room and I loved the place but when we got there there’s a lot of hiking up to do which I didn’t know of prior to booking the accommodation.
• Mpho (9/5): It was an amazing experience overall - I loved everything about this property. The host was so welcoming and efficient it responding promptly to all communication. The deck where you get to experience the sunset was amazing. The property is clean and well maintained. The cabin was small but good for an intimate time with your partner. The parking is quite limited but space was made. There is quite a lot of mosquitoes therefore it would be nice to get an insecticide

• Imcia89 (7/5): Cosy cabin with big views - The garden is absolutely lush and gorgeous. Cabin was cosy and private with a beautiful view and outdoor seating area. Smart TV and decent WiFi available. Comfy double-bed. Small kitchenette with cutlery, microwave, kettle, sink and bar fridge. Bathroom has a gas shower. Jacuzzi as well as pool on the property. Lovely and safe neighbourhood with shops close by. We never had the chance to meet haha but thanks for hosting us Xolani ;) Get ready for steps, as it's situated on a hillside - the green view and privacy makes up for it though. Indoor space was a bit tight (with a slight lean) but more than manageable for the 2 of us. No power backup or emergency lights for loadshedding/power cuts - but living in SA we're used to it and always bring our own.

• Motlalepula (10/5): Everything was amazing…. The views are to die for. Everything was working properly. - The cabin itself, the braai area , the pool and the jacuzzi. Everything was just on point. Perhaps add a small stove near the braai area incase the guests would like to cook some pap , it is after sll self catering. Also include big bowls so that we are able to put in the meat in after braaing it …. Overall we made use with what we could.

• Carleen (2/5): Unpleasant Cabin Stay - The view from the cabin was nice This has to be the worst staying experience ever! We arrived at the place in the evening and expected to stay in one of the fancy couples rooms advertised on the site and on bookings.com. 1stly, we had to carry our heavy bags up a steep climb up to "the cabin" in very dim light. Once we made it up the cabin, we were huffing and puffing like we had just taken a hike. The owner was very friendly and assisting but Jesus, that climb almost took us out. At 1st glance, the "cabin" looks very cute and simple. Although it was very tiny with everything all in one place (bed and kitchen precisely) and cramped. To my horror, the cabin was actually a shack. A glorified shack that lacked balance , I guess this is due to the great height where the cabin was situated. I asked the cabin owner on arrival if we should be worried about any bugs or creepy crawlers and he assured me I shouldn't worry because the place has a bug repellent...to my extra horror, I was met by a big cockroach in the "kitchen" near the sink and attempted to kill it with my shoe as there wasn't a bug spray in the room. I thought this was probably the only bug I needed to worry about for the night. To my extra extra horror, when I switched off the light, two huge cockroaches appeared from the cable covers and spread out! I was soooo scared and eeked out the entire night that I barely got any sleep. Couldn't wait to get out of there in the morning. I wish the owner had explained in the booking or on arrival that we would be getting the "cabin" /shack high up in the climb, and that it might have bugs crawling all over so that I could've cancelled the booking. Needless to say, we were very unhappy with our stay!! Barely slept! 😭
