• kathryn (10/5): Great location and stay for three days - The Beatus Guest House is a hidden gem directly across the street from the Rome Terminal. It was spotlessly clean and very well appointed and had air conditioning!! It was very quiet with solid three paned windows. We liked the location after coming in on the train and we also took the metro to the different parts or Rome. Severine, the owner, is lovely and happy to make reservations for you or get you a cab to the airport. Her breakfast is also perfect! I would stay here again! Nothing

Severine, a anfitriã foi uma simpatia, super gentil e um diferencial na estadia. Café da manhã excelente e quarto com muito conforto. Recomendo 100%. Apenas um detalhe: o lixo fica no hall de entrada do prédio deixando mal cheiro no local, incompatível com a excelência da guest house. Ainda assim, não tira o mérito de uma nota 10!

• Flvt (10/5): Séjour parfait - Situé à 5 min à pieds de la gare Termini,le logement est très agréable,très calme et donne sur la petite cour à l'arrière. Nous avions pris un logement pour une famille : deux adultes et deux enfants. Le logement était très propre et très bien entretenu. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Séverine. Les petits déjeuners étaient variés et copieux. Elle nous a donné de précieux conseils pour notre séjour. Et elle nous avait prévu une collation à amener à l'aéroport (départ très matinal). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Our host was amazing! It was like staying at an aunt’s house. She prepared a lovely breakfast and brought it to our room every morning. She gave us umbrellas when it was raining. So genuine & friendly! I can’t think of anything.

Nice owner/ staff We may not know how to regulate heater- room in the cold sites for us. But return the second time on the way back to Rome from road trip to Puglia, we got another room and room temp was great easy to adjust.

Essenziale, ma c'è tutto quello che serve, Bisogna dare orario di arrivo preciso, perché la signora viene alla struttura appositamente per il check in. Non avevo capito e ho dovuto aspettare che arrivasse. Non so come siano i prezzi a Roma, ma qui mi sembrano un po' sopra la norma.

The location was perfect right across the road from the Roma Termina. It was so lovely to feel welcomed on arrival and enjoy a lovely sleep in a very comfortable bed after a long haul flight from Sydney. I can highly recommend this Guest house.

• 박 (10/5): 최고의 위치, 최고의 호스트 - 완벽한 위치에 있습니다. 떼르미니 이용이 매우 용이하고 콜로세움까지도 도보로 이동 가능했어요. Severine은 매우 친절하고 다정한 분이었고, 아침 준비도 신경써서 해주셨어요. 생각했던것 보다는 방이 사이즈는 좀 작았어요. 시내 중심부에 있다보니 그런 것 같습니다. 그걸 상쇄할 만큼 훌륭한 입지였습니다.

• Bush (9/5): I would recommend - We had a lovely stay in Beatus Viator Guest House. It was across the road from Rome Central station suited us as we flew in late from Australia so wanted to be close to the train station. Severine waited at the property until 10pm when we arrived but she did charge us an extra €15 for a late check in which is fair enough but something to be aware of. She was very lovely to deal with. The rooms were very clean and the property is very secure. The bed was so comfortable especially after traveling for 24 hours! It is a bit of a dodgy area around the train station but we felt very safe once inside.

• Amanda (8/5): Overall, this was a great stay, wonderful price, and extremely convenient. - We loved how conveniently located it was to the train station and sites and buzz access. Everything was very clean inside and the host was extremely nice and helpful and provided a map and a bottle of freshwater. The only thing I did not like was the noise level of the other guests. We could hear guests entering the shared bathroom when they closed and opened the door multiple times throughout the night and we weren’t able to sleep very well.

• Keahey (10/5): Severine was great! Very accommodating and took great care of us. I would definitely recommend staying here for your vis - So close to the train station. We walked to the Colosseum. Loved having breakfast delivered to the room. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The A/C unit didn’t cool as much as I like but I am from Texas and used to lots of A/C. It was still comfortable enough.

Sevrine was very accomodating & delivered an extensive breakfast to our room each day. The room was clean & functional. Offered late check out at no extra cost. The area itself was not particularly nice at night & the rubbish bins inside the main entrance smelt.

• Alex (9/5): Great value for money, with a caring owner. - This lovely guest house is great value for money if you want to be close to the rail station and local attractions. The area around Termini can be dicey but never felt worried staying here. Security is watertight and compared to other local hotels I’ve stayed in the area, incredibly quiet at night. The owner is lovely and caring and made us great breakfasts in the morning. The internet was very good and there was a nice little minibar that contained non alcoholic drinks. My only negative was the size of the double bed - a tad little small for two people. But for my future single trips to Rome would definitely stay here again.

Also the host was very accomodating, as we were able to leave our bags until 2pm, visited Galleria Borghese then returned for our afternoon train - this gesture made a huge difference to our overall stay. • Gaetan (10/5): - Don't look for a lobby to get in. This is an apartment building with the Beatus Viator's rooms on second floor. Very convenient,safe ( need a code to get in the building and another one to get on your floor and you get a key to your room) and quiet. Severine, our host, was fantastic. Provided us with personalized advice for touring Rome, served us an excellent breakfast every morning, cleaned the room on daily basis and speaks French!! It's located right in front of the train terminal and metro station so for someone like us that needed a ride to/from airport and/or cruise ship terminal, it's very convenient. We would return for sure. Merci Severine!

It is very conveniently located opposite Termini train station. The breakfasts were delicious and the coffee was great. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The fact that it’s located next to the train station has a downside, unfortunately, as there were many dodgy people around, but we felt safe inside the building.

The place is right across from Rome Termini station which was very convenient. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go to and we enjoyed some really good restaurants nearby. • Haruka (9/5): Super convenient location for your trip to Rome! Right next to Rome station. - The room is very spacious. I stayed in the room with the external bathroom and the only thing that was slightly inconvenient was that you had to lock your room every time you went to the bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect. Severine was so warm and helpful during my stay. The location is right next to the station so it’s very convenient! Again, the external bathroom situation wasn’t the best, but I already knew that before my stay. Otherwise it was perfect.

Everything is clean. The location is great, easy to go everywhere using public transportation. The room is very quiet even though it is located in the heart of Rome.

Y este lugar me gustó por eso y la atención que nos dieron al llegar fue muy buena. El desayuno al cuarto nos hacía sentir muy especial y a mis hijos les encantaba la variedad que teníamos para desayunar. Severina is an excellent host , she will bring you a continental breakfast to you room every morning at the time of your choosing. Next to her place is a eating mall where you can find all the dining and drinking options , like a food market.
