• Lica (1/5): Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. - The location is convenient. At first when I booked it, I already knew that we have a shared bathroom with other rooms (3 rooms) so I thought that the worst part that could happen is to see the mess after other rooms, but is was so wrong. We booked the Kind Deluxe room, instead of receiving the room that we booked we got the King Supreme. The owner has notified me that the room has been cleaned prior to our arrival and the room would be opened, we get in… dust EVERYWHERE. It was hard to breathe inside, we had to wipe everything ourselves because it was impossible to touch anything there. The carpet on the floor looked like someone pissed on it and let it dry like that. The mirror was full of dust and other white stuff all over it. The mattress is much smaller than the bed and the “blankets” that we were provided were not even blankets, just big rags that smelled like they sat in that closet for at least 20 years and those were full of dust too. I can’t even explain how many times we were thinking to ditch that room and sleep somewhere outside instead because of how bad it was, I’m also pretty sure nobody changed the sheets either because they had a red stain on it. No matter how long you stay there your room will not be cleaned and you get only one towel for the whole stay. The bathroom was somewhat okay, the shower had some stains on it and the shower head was holding on it’s dear life out there, but you can’t lock it properly, you can’t lock properly any door in that area honestly. I’ll attach pictures of everything. I do not recommend anyone that cares about their health and safety and privacy to go there, it’s a big shithole.

La possibilité de laisser nos bagages dans l'entrée le jour de la sortie. Les sanitaires à l'intérieur de la salle de bain partagée.

Gute Lage - Zugang mit Code, Zimmergröße Defekte Nachtischlampen, Duschablauf verstopft, Duschschlauch semi-repariert, Langzeitverschmutzung am Duschkabine und WC, oberflächliche Reinigung der Räume, Einzellbetten mit Kabelbinder verbunden, kein Kingsize! Sehr hellhörig, Balkon nicht nutzbar. Kein eigenes WC oder Waschtisch. Ehemalige Wohnung oder Büroräumlichkeit.

• Michele (2/5): Deludente - La stanza era grande e anche il bagno C’erano avvisi ovunque sembrava di essere in un carcere. La maggior parte dei mobili e pensili, in camera e in bagno, erano chiusi a chiave e non c’era possibilità di sistemare le proprie cose. La porta del bagno (in comune) si chiudeva con una semplice catenella ,senza chiave, e anche una volta chiusa si riusciva ad aprire di un paio di centimetri ,permettendo di guardare dentro. Guardando dalla fessura della porta si vede la doccia con vetro trasparente. La doccia è vecchio stile ma funzionante, abbastanza angusta e con plastica vecchia e ingiallita Mentre uno di noi due era in bagno e l’altro in camera con la porta della camera non chiusa a chiave ,uno degli altri ospiti di un altra camera,ha aperto la porta della nostra camera per guardare chi ci fosse. Appena arrivati all’appartamento ci è arrivato un messaggio infinito con troppi codici e troppe indicazioni super specifiche, sembrava di star facendo una caccia al tesoro. Nell’annuncio e nei vari avvisi c’era scritto dell’esistenza di una cucina ( che non si poteva comunque usare per cucinare per gli odori), ma arrivati in appartamento abbiamo la porta chiusa a chiave, tanto per cambiare, quindi in effetti la cucina non c’era.

• Francesco (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno - Posizione perfetta a due passi dalla fermata metro San Giovanni e ben collegata anche con i bus. La comunicazione con l'host ha funzionato bene e la camera molto spaziosa e funzionale. Aumenterei la frequenza delle pulizie nel bagno condiviso. Magari introducendo dei turni di pulizia anche durante l'arco della giornata.
• Fady (8/5): To be visited again 😃👌🏻 - The location is amazing, 30 mins maximum to everywhere in Rome. You can always use the 51 and 85 line to reach the Colosseum, Pantheon. Also, the line Metro C to reach the Vatican in 40 minutes. There is no kitchen and nowhere to eat or drink 😅. The bed pillows could be better. It would be better to have like a water kattle to enjoy some hot drinks.

Pokój z balkonem przestronny, z uroczym widokiem. Łazienka wspólna- czysta i duża. Możliwość zostawienia bagażu na ogromny plus, szczególnie gdy ktoś chce jeszcze skorzystać i pozwiedzać przed odlotem. Polecam serdecznie!

• Oscar (7/5): Beautiful room but be aware of neighborhood - Super beautiful room with nice airconditioning and nice bathroom. Booked this stay because of free parking. Only free parking at night in the street. In the day 1 euro’s per hour (from 8 till 19:00) we thought no problem cheap. Sadly our car got broken into. Window smashed and some belongings stolen. Please park in a secured parking even if they ask 60 euro’s for two nights, parking in the street is not save! Please be aware

• Avery (4/5): Disappointing - This hotel had some good qualities, but a few odd policies and its location made our stay less convenient than we had hoped. The room was clean and comfortable, and there was a train station nearby, which was helpful. However, the hotel itself was quite a bit farther from the city than we expected, so getting into town still took time and planning. One of the most frustrating aspects was the kitchen situation. While the property advertised a kitchen, guests weren’t allowed to use it — something that wasn’t mentioned beforehand. On top of that, there was a sign in the room stating that food was forbidden, which made things even more confusing. Not being able to cook or eat in the room made our stay unnecessarily complicated. It was also a bit tricky to find the hotel on the first day due to unclear signage and directions. In summary, the hotel is clean and quiet with access to public transportation, but be aware of the restrictive food policies and the distance from the city center before booking.

• Iaroslav (8/5): Very good - Perfect place. Nice view from the balcony. Supermarket and metro station nearby from the apartment. 20 minutes by walking for the Coliseum. Such a beautiful vibe of Rome around the hotel. Communication with owner of the property was not so good. We didn't had a cash without exchange to pay for city tax and would like to had exchange or send money for bank account. We understood it at the night before leave the hotel, immediately sent a message for the owner. Instead to help us, she start to threaten us to call a police. It was ridiculous. At the end, we waited her at the morning before the leave an apartment, she didn't come, and finally sent us her IBAN to transfer money. I really didn't understand the reason for this stupid decision. Second strange think in this apartment, that it doesn't have a kitchen, and eating in the rooms is not allowed. It is first apartment in my travel life, where I can't eat. Third - the computer in the room. Why? It took a lot of space, I can't imagine person who will use this old public computer in 2024. It is not secure, all people have mobile phone, but this peace of ancient stay at the room. For me better to have a fridge, or more free space at the room.

• Shayoni (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was super clean, everyone was super respectful. Even with a shared bathroom, there were never any issues. It's close to the metro and bus stop. Few good cafes and restaurants around. Inner courtyard had a garden. There was no food allowed inside. No food could be eaten in the private rooms or cooked in the kitchen. The kitchen wasn't accessible. There were closets in the room but some of them were locked and again not accessible. There were clean towels in the bathroom but inside a locked closet. So we couldn't get clean towels or extra towels for 4 days. There were cleaning ladies coming everyday but the rooms weren't cleaned and the towels weren't changed. Only the common spaces.

• Ellie (4/5): Disappointing - The bed was comfortable and the room was fairly spacious. Although it was shared, the bathroom was big and very clean. The directions to get to the location were not at all accurate to the listing. We got in at 11:00pm after a very long flight and whilst messaging the host, we were directed up and down the streets for no reason. The towels were visible but locked away in a big cupboard, and although the washing machine was permitted to be accessed, it was hidden behind this big curtain which gave off the impression that it was to deter guests from using it. There were lots of oddly particular rules, an extortionate tourist tax, and the kitchen was out of bounds due to covid-related reasons (even though the pandemic ended years ago) so it seemed like a bit of a cop out to be honest.

• Stefan (5/5): Passable - The room itself is what you can expect from what you see online. For tourists who would spend most of their day outside, it's acceptable. If you can somehow go over the shared bathroom... There was no shower gel or shampoo which is something you would expect to be there, so bring or buy your own. If you want a second towel, you would have to pay for each one. The walls and doors are like a thin paper, you will hear everything your neighbors are talking or doing.

• Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant - Check-in process was very easy and uncomplicated, good Location, nice furniture, everything was very clean and cleaned regularly, windows were soundproof which was good due to the heavy traffic every morning. The shower appeared very old and leaked, the wifi didn’t reach out room, you’re not allowed to eat in your room but at the same time there is no kitchen, hence you need to eat out constantly.

• Ricardo (6/5): Excellent apartment in a relatively good location, but not really clean... - Although outside of the main touristic area, the location is convenient, with easy access to metro and bus lines that will take you where you want to go fast (although public transport gets quite busy). The apartment is located in a beautiful building and the interior rooms will not let you down. Although you won't likely meet no one when you arrive, the check-in/out process was clear and straight forward. Nearby there's an amazing place to have your breakfasts (look for Bar Pasticceria Roma at Via Taranto, 20). There are not many restaurants in the vicinity, but the ones you'll find won't be packed with tourists, but rather locals enjoying their meals. Having only one bathroom for three rooms is of course an inconvenience, specially when people tend to return around the same time and need to use the facilities. Nevertheless, that is explained in the booking description and of course, expected. The only real downside is the cleanliness (or lack of) of the interior. The room had a lot of dust (not good for asthmatics) and every time something fell on the floor, it would get dirty...

• Ruben (1/5): Awful, worst stay of my life - Worst stay I ever had. Could only recommend going there is you only stay one night. We were there for 6 days and unfortunately my girlfriend got sick. The downstairs neighbours were renovating (It looks like they'll continue for some months) and started early in the mornign with terrible noise. The shower did not work for more than half our stay. It took three days for the owner to believe us and after that any compensation was not an option as they had already had to pay for the reparation (???). The rooms are nothing more than a bed. You can not use a kettle, a cup or a plate. The furniture is ugly and not easy to use. The beds were terrible. What a stay A shower, communication and a bed with decent sheets would have been nice.

• Lenuta (7/5): We recomand this for a short low badger visit to Rome. - It is a good quality-price accommodation. It is not far from main attractions amd also it has a metro station very close. The room was clean and also the bathroom was clean. No problem with hot water. We had no problem with checking in and out and also we left our backpacks on the apartment after the checkout. The apartment is shared so the noise is easily to hear through the wooden doors. Even the neighbors weren't noisy, we could hear when they were using the bathroom. Also, the room wasn't so warm, and no proper blancket was provided.

• Sedaghat (1/5): Not again for sure - Room looks like the picture. Electricity is not working propper. Ourselves had to fix the electricity because no one is around. That means the AC was off and on. Shower was just cold when electricity was off. So annoying. You have to share one bathroom with 5 other rooms! You can't even propper lock the bathroom! We could just check in at 6 pm and had to leave at 10 am. The whole check in process is not convenient. Wifi doesn't work!! Super disappointed!
