• Rachel (10/5): 10/10 would definitely book here again! - Location was great, close to Vatican and city center with the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Room was big especially for Europe, had AC and waters available in the lobby. The staff were exceptional—Donatella made check in easy and when we were leaving even ordered a taxi on our behalf when we left as our cell phone numbers didn’t work to call one ourselves. Toilet was hard to flush sometimes but it always went down after a few tries.

• lasha (10/5): Great location, clean rooms, and very friendly staff - Excellent place with a very friendly staff. The host contacted us in advance, provided all the necessary details, and answered all our questions thoroughly. We were also allowed an early check-in, which was very convenient. The room was clean and well-organized. Additionally, we had the option to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out and pick it up later, which was really helpful. The location is great — very close to the Vatican and the central areas of Rome. You can easily reach most places on foot.

• INES (9/5): Ottima posizione e tranquillità. - Il check in è stato semplice grazie alle istruzioni chiare fornite dall'host, che è stata attenta e presente via WhatsApp per qualsiasi necessità. La stanza era grande, con arredamento essenziale, ma funzionale, il bagno comodo. Affacciava su un cortile interno, quindi era molto tranquilla. La posizione ottima, in zona tranquilla, con diversi bar per la colazione, da cui si raggiungono facilmente varie zone centrali. Consiglio di togliere il bollitore dall'elenco dei servizi oppure aggiungere le bustine in camera, altrimenti risulta inutile, benché ve ne fosse qualcuna residua in un armadio comune come ci ha gentilmente indicato l'host, ma cosi' non è corretto, ne' funzionale.
• Maroš (9/5): Vhodné ubytovanie pre krátky pobyt, skvelá lokalita - Ubytovanie je jednoduché, ale máte k dispozícii všetko čo potrebujete pre krátky pobyt alebo predĺžený víkend. Lokalita je tichá, bezpečná a v pešej vzdialenosti od Anjelského hradu a Vatikánu. V tesnej blízkosti sa nachádzajú veľmi dobré reštaurácie a bary. Komunikácia s majiteľkou bola cez whatsapp a úplne bez problémov.

I liked the comfortable beds and it was really quiet. can accommodate 5 people and there is enough space There was a fridge and a teapot with cups in the room, but it was a shame there could have been cutlery, because after buying yogurt there was nothing to eat with, but the maid was very nice and gave me disposable cutlery.
• Aniko (5/5): - Die Lage ist perfekt für eine Städetour. Es ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Cafés und Taxistand sind un unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Küchenzeile ist sehr sporadisch. Wasserkocher oder beschriebenes Zubehör ist nicht oder nur in Teilen vorhanden. Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten hat sich als 3 Bettzimmer mit Klappbett herausgestellt. Da stimmt das Preis-Leisungsverhältnis nicht.

• Ony Rodila (4/5): Ok, pero le falta mucho para brindar una buena experiencia. - Emplazamiento muy bueno. Cerca de todas las atracciones de la ciudad a pie. La verdad es que esta muy ubicado el apartamento. La habitación es bastante grande. Cama bastante comoda, se agradece. Te limpian y ordenan el cuarto cada dia, se agradece. El ascensor es muy antiguo, pero para bien. De los de hace 80 años, entrañable, y es una experiencia más. En cuanto a limpieza, parece estar lograda a ratos, pero en uno de la cajones encontramos ropa interior masculina y ya eso dice bastante de la seriedad de la limpieza. El baño es lo que mas quebraderos de cabeza nos ha dado. Literalmente huele mal, olia a defecación desde el minuto 1. Huele cerca del baño a tubería sucia. El ultimo dia, el techo del baño goteaba agua. Ya nos quedaba una noche (lo descubrimos esa ultima noche y no anunciamos nada a conserjería, no todo el tiempo hay alguien allí). A parte de gotear y de oler muy mal, en la ultima noche, se trabo el retrete, se trabo el agua. Como si estuviera recargándose todo el tiempo. No había modo de pararlo. Aparte de eso, la ducha esta por desmoronarse, la silicona que sella las juntas es asquerosa, sin cambiar del año 1. Y la ducha en si, es una experiencia bastante molesta. Todo se mueve y da bastante repelus. A todo eso, sumarle que en ningún dia nos pusieron funda al nórdico. Seguramente lo laven, pero ese detalle es curioso y da bastante grima. El Wi-fi es una broma. Estábamos muy cerca de la recepción (donde creo que debe de estar el router) pero la señal es muy floja. En ningún momento pudimos utilizar el susodicho wifi. En general, aparte de estar en una zona bastante buena, mejor hubiera alquilado una habitación de hotel. Seguramente sea mas caro en el hotel, pero valdrá la pena. Pense que por 3 noches que iba a pasar allí, y solo dormir en la noche, dije que lo dejamos pasar (me ha ocurrido pedir cambiar de habitación en otros lugares donde he estado, y darme otra habitación igual o peor, y bueno...) El nivel de acabados y la experiencia en si, se parece a un motel de camioneros de la autopista. Mas por el baño, que es importantísimo. En fin, para nada recomendable, aparte de la ubicación.

La tranquilidad e independencia del lugar y el espacioso y silencioso cuarto . Que en el baño no hay donde apoyar nada Ni un estante . Y la ventana del cuarto , que tenía la falleba rota y no se podía abrir, estuvimos con la persiana cerrada , y no sabíamos ni cómo estaba el clima.

• Vasiliki (2/5): Μη αξιοπίστη διαχείριση καταλύματος, απρόσωπη επικοινωνία - Ενώ πληρώσαμε παραπάνω για να νοικιάσουμε το μεγάλο οικογενειακό στούντιο, μας έδωσαν ένα κλασικό δωμάτιο και πρόσθεσαν ένα ράντζο στριμωγμένα, επειδή το μεγάλο στούντιο το είχαν δώσει σε άλλους! Εμείς το είχαμε κλείσει 4 μήνες πριν. Επιπλέον, η επικοινωνία γινόταν με το προσωπικό καθαριότητας (!) γιατί η μάνταζερ αρνήθηκε να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μας κα να λύσει το πρόβλημα. Το λιγότερο θα ήταν να μας επιστρέψει το επιπλέον ποσό που πληρώσαμε ή να ζητήσει συγνώμη για την κακή διαχείριση.

The location is truly top-notch – just a few minutes’ walk from the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basilica, with Via del Corso and all of Rome’s main attractions practically around the corner. It was incredibly easy for us to get around and explore the city, even without using public transportation. Donatella, the owner, is always available, kind, and ready to help or recommend where to go and what to see. A true example of Italian hospitality! The rooms are spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean – everything smells fresh and well cared for. The beds are comfortable, the linens perfectly clean, and the bathroom looks brand new. The whole place is peaceful and quiet – we didn’t hear a single noise from other rooms, which was ideal for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. I stayed with my mom and her friend, and the three of us were absolutely delighted. This wasn’t my first time in Rome, but it was the first time I was this satisfied with the accommodation. From now on, whenever I return to Rome – this is where I’ll stay. For me, it has become “my place in Rome.” The housekeeper was very kind and always smiling, which added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. They also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after check-out, as we had a late flight – something we truly appreciated. A big thank you to Donatella for everything! I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and pleasant stay in the heart of Rome. You won’t regret it!
