• Robert (4/5): - Due Lage. Es handelt sich bei der Unterkunft nur um eine Art Hotelzimmer. Vorhanden ist nur ein Doppelbett. Stühle, Tisch oder Schrank sind nicht vorhanden! Zimmer eignet sich für Touristen NUR als reine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Gastgeber kommuniziert nur über WhatsApp und verlangt, dass man Personalausweis per WhatsApp schickt. Nachrichten kommen oft am späten Abend. Die in Beschreibung angegebene Küche ist lediglich ein Waschbecken, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

• Sabrina (8/5): Buon soggiorno a Roma - Posizione ottima, Simone molto cordiale e disponibile, facile l’accesso. La camera aveva due bei letti comodi e grandi. Palazzo datato ma l’interno era rinnovato e moderno. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. L’unica cosa negativa era troppa polverina messa in tutto il perimetro della camera per formiche ed insetti. Sicuramente non creerà problemi però non è bello da vedere e mi ha creato un senso di insicurezza. A parte questo, che si può migliorare, siamo stati bene

Great customer service. Shower was nice. Espresso machine and pastries appreciated. I would have liked to fully see into the garden courtyard but there were screens that I don’t think were able to be opened. Not a big deal since out of the room most of the time anyway.

• Hannah (10/5): Ideal for a Rome city break. - The room was very clean, perfect for 3 adults as we definitely had enough space. Bathroom was very clean and shower was spacious. Bed was comfortable. There is aircon in the room. Location was good as was very close to a metro station, 10 mins max on the metro to main attractions in Rome. Some lovely restaurants nearby and nearby supermarkets. Walkable to the Spanish steps area. Nothing, it was perfect and very good for the price.

Το δωμάτιο πολυ καθαρο και κάθε μερα καθαριζοταν εκ νέου, ήμασταν αρκετά άνετα και σε καλη τοποθεσία, κοντά στη στάση μετρο Lepanto και σε πολλές στασεις λεωφορείων για το κέντρο, ένα για το Βατικανό είναι μονο 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Επισης, το διαμέρισμα ειναι πολυ καλα ασφαλισμένο, καθως πρέπει να περάσεις απο αρκετές πόρτες προκειμένου να εχεις πρόσβαση σε αυτο. Η κουζίνα είναι κοινόχρηστη για τα 3 διαμερίσματα του Scipioni κι εκει βρίσκονται και κάποιες λιχουδιές για όποιον θελει το πρωι...αλλα Ιταλία είσαι, με τόσους ωραίους φούρνους δεν χρειάζεσαι την κουζίνα στο δωμάτιο. Είχαμε ενα μικρο θεμα με το air condition την πρώτη μερα, αλλα αμέσως την επόμενη μερα μας το έφτιαξε ο ιδιοκτήτης Simone, ο οποίος καθολη τη διαμονή μας ηταν σε άμεση επικοινωνία μαζι μας για ο,τι χρειαστούμε, ενω μας πρότεινε και εστιατόρια για φαγητό. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

• Bérénice (9/5): Parfait pour une parenthèse romaine ! - Quartier très sympathique, proche du Vatican et du métro principal de Rome, avec beaucoup de petites pépites. La chambre était bien équipée avec le nécessaire, literie confortable. La tranquillité de la chambre avec vue sur cour, ainsi qu'une sensation de sécurité était parfait ! Le service de ménage quotidien, l’attention méticuleuse du propriétaire en cas de besoin et la disponibilité de parapluies : voilà autant de points positifs ! Si le service reste le même lors de ma prochaine visite à Rome, je n’hésiterai pas à y retourner. Sincèrement difficile de trouver, mais si je dois être tatillon, sur le miroir verticale dans la chambre il y avait de la poussière. Une petite lumière de chevet aurais pu être sympa.

• Tomasz (5/5): Obiekt w średnim stanie ale bardzo dobrze połorzony. - Lokalizacja bardzo dobra. 15 min spacerkiem od Watykanu. Blisko sklepy spożywcze, restauracje. Spokojna, bezpieczna dzielnica. Blisko przystanki autobusowe i metro. Niezbyt czysto. Każdy element nadgryziony zębem czasu i użytkowania, niskiej jakości. Niechlujnie wykończony, tanio, bez pomysłu. Nie było szafek do przechowywania poza dużą szafą na wiszące rzeczy. Toaleta, która z bidetem była jedyną, mam wrażenie w miarę nową rzeczą, była wsunięta jakoś dziwnie blisko w stronę zlewu. Jeżeli już ktoś zdołał na niej usiąść to mógł od razu umyć zęby🤣 przesuwane drzwi do łazienki się zacinały. Odpływ pod prysznicem słabo odbierał wodę. Prysznic zawsze się brało stojąc w wodzie. Zdjęcia na booking to obiekt jakieś 10 lat temu i setki turystów temu.

Purtroppo la recensione risente del bagno troppo piccolo, si dovevano fare i bisogni stando seduti lateralmente perché il water era praticamente attaccato al lavandino . Assenza totale di staff • Nessun contatto al check-in. • Nessuna presenza o assistenza durante tutto il soggiorno. 2. Pulizia insufficiente della camera e del bagno • Presenza di muffa in bagno. • Intonaco scrostato visibile. • Tavoletta del water rotta e con un pezzo mancante (non recente). 3. Malfunzionamenti strutturali • Scarico della doccia non funzionante, con accumulo di acqua stagnante. 4. Disposizione molto scomoda dei sanitari • Water incastrato sotto il lavandino. • Bidet quasi contro il muro. • Uso del bagno reso estremamente disagevole. 5. Scarsa qualità dei cuscini • Cuscini in condizioni tali da necessitare una sostituzione immediata. 6. Differenza significativa rispetto alle aspettative create da Booking • Le foto e i commenti online suggerivano un livello di cura molto superiore.

O anfitrião muito atento e prestativo. Familia para 4 pessoas em periodo de frio ou chuva, precisam de mais lugares para estender seus casacos.

• Stefano (10/5): Stupendo - Simone ci è venuto incontro in tutto e ci ha aiutato con grande disponibilità. La camera, spaziosissima, era sempre pulitissima e in perfetto ordine. La zona comune era super attrezzata con bollitore, macchina del caffè, microonde e tutto l’occorrente per preparare non solo la colazione ma anche un pasto veloce — una vera benedizione per noi che viaggiavamo con i bambini e per finire il letto era comodissimo e la posizione stupenda per visitare il Vaticano!

Mogelijkheid tot zelf organiseren van ontbijt door gebruik "keuken". Geen ftf contact met de verhuurder, alles verliep via chat. Bij aankomst 1 live contact moment zou wenselijk zijn.

Our shower needs some attention, which the owner is well aware of, and is getting fixed ASAP. The toilet would be hard for some people to get onto. It was fine for us, but not for people who had mobility issues.

• Diliane (1/5): Everything BUT best rooms - Let's start with good points: a nice location in Rome, near some interesting points, and a good building (despite 2 small stairs to access the rooms, so not accessible for disabled, etc). Now, the room itself is OK, good bed and a chair, a working TV and A/C (required in such a hot place). And then, the hell starts. The shower was not well fixed in the wall, leading to cold water slipping from behind the device. Also, anybody taller than 170cm will constantly hit their head in the shower. Can it get worse? Oh yeah, when you see the drain completely clogged, and after 30 SECONDS you need to turn off the water and wait 2-3 minutes, so the water goes down the drain, to avoid flooding the whole floor. OK, now cannot get worse right?? Hehe, I wish! Imagine all of that IN THE DARK, because this classy room has no light switch, but instead, a sensor near the door that turns on the lamps and allow you some light for a full 5 minutes time - deluxe experience, right??. After that, one must leave the shower area to get in the reach of the sensor, wetting all the floor in the process. Insane, almost evil setup I would say. How would it be possible to get even uglier? Well, it did when the toilet flush stopped working and we needed to flush using the (emptied) trash can with the tap water. Yep...true story. Unbelievable? Almost, but unfortunately, quite real. Easily the worst experience in my life with any B&B, even cheaper ones (this here was far from cheap!) - I would be ashamed to sell such service to people, but apparently the owner does not use bathrooms, does not shower or just has ZERO respect for their guests. 0 out of 5 stars, just forget about this trash hole and find the bare minimum decency in another place.

• Gerald Prakash (9/5): Great stay with a Great Host! - We had a wonderful stay at Scipioni Best Rooms with our family. We had originally booked a double room, but it was conveniently converted into a triple to accommodate our daughter, which worked perfectly for us. The host, Simone, was excellent—very responsive, provided clear instructions, and even allowed us a late checkout which made our trip much smoother. The location is fantastic—close to the metro, supermarkets, restaurants, and plenty of coffee shops. Everything you need is within easy walking distance, making it very convenient for families and travelers alike. The room itself was clean, exactly like in the photos, with a comfortable bed and a well-kept bathroom. While the room is ideal for two people, we managed well with our daughter, so it’s definitely manageable for a small family too. Overall, a very positive experience—friendly host, clean and comfortable stay, and a convenient location. The only small point to note is that space can feel a little tight if you’re more than two, but it didn’t take away from the comfort of our stay. A very safe neighborhood to be in while in Rome. Highly recommended—thank you, Simone! Nothing very safe

• Avram (10/5): Best first stay in Rome - Room was very clean, big enough. Bathroom was also large enough. Location is very good, close to metro station, cafe on the corner of the street, as well as couple of restaurants. Nothing to complain about
• Liyan (9/5): Superb - Great location, in a quiet neighbourhood, close to metro station and comfortable walking distance to Vatican. Never met the owner in person but Simone was very helpful and provided detailed instructions for check in and also recommended restaurants.

Although this is a very modern way to receive guests, without any physical presence of the owners, Simone got in touch with me and helped me to stay as comfortable as possible until I was able to go to the airport and back home. I got pneumonia during my vacation in Italy. Nobody’s fault. At the beginning I was not very comfortable with this modern style of opening doors through the code on the cellular … maybe if the person is not used to do so, it takes a while to learn how to do it.

Well located between 2 Metro Stations on the A line. The room and bathroom was spacious. With the instructions it was really easy to enter. The shared kitchen corner was life savig to make some hot tea or coffee and have a small quick bite before starting the day. We were in november, so the humidity from the bathroom got stuck, but nothing major issues from that.

• Timothy (10/5): Had a great time, relaxed, will certainly come back, great info exchange...Tutto Bene - It is a guesthouse so doesn't provide breakfast but they provide lots of little snacks and coffee/tea. There is a fridge in the room which was already stocked with some water and aperitivo so no complaints. Shower room was great and provided with the little things many places fail to provide (ladies will understand this more than most men). The location is perfect for the Vatican/Museums and just around the corner are amazing cafes/Bistros/Pizza and also shops/Boutiques. For the places we wanted to visit we couldn't have picked better especially for the price considering this was a fairly last minute choice for a weekend break. Simone was very informative and messaged each day to ask if we needed anything which was a nice addition. Rome was really hot so the aircon in the room was excellent. I would certainly recommend staying here. I for sure will return again and guarantee if you stay here you must try the pizza,, pasta dishes and also the Aperol, Hugo spritz from Osteria Ragno d'oro, it has to be one of the best pizzas I've ever had out of the thousands I've eaten so good we ate there twice out of our 4 night stay. The nearby cafes especially Sciascia Caffe which is just around the corner from Scipioni Rooms. You will leave having felt that you've really had a relaxing enjoyable break. It's a perfect place for couples looking for that long weekend getaway with everything so close you can visit the really touristic areas with little to no effort. As I said earlier communication was great and all directions for checking in totally reduced any stress we had after a long working day and flight to start our weekend break. I recommend Scipioni rooms whole Heartedly. We came for a long weekend break and for this purpose it was excellent. No complaints at all

• Gordon (8/5): Very good - Very straightforward self check in system. The room was very comfortable. One of the best showers I have ever used with three different functions. Simone was very attentive and checked in with us over Whatsapp to ensure we were happy with everything and even gave recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. The coffee bar area outside the rooms is a nice touch too. Very useful location being walking distance from the Metro and around 15 to St Peters square. Occasionally it can be noisy from the window but otherwise perfect. Slept very well.
