Habitaciones bastante bien insonorizadas y café gratis Al ser un bloque de pisos de vecinos se escucha los vecinos

No lo recomiendo ni aunque fuera mas barato. - Esta bien ubicado al lado de la estacion de trenes y justo en frente hay un supermercado abierto hasta las 20h que nos salvaba un poco para comprar agua. No nos limpiaron las papeleras ningun dia, estuvimos dos dias sin television, la nevera no enfria, las sabanas tenian boquetes y las toallas hubo un dia que nos dejaron solo para una persona siendo dos, las paredes de carton que se escuchaba todo encima nos pusieron el habitacion tres que esta en el salon y todos los dias nos despertaban los ruidos… muy mona la habitacion y sexy la ducha con dos puertas pero no vale lo que pagas. The bins weren't emptied a single day, we were without television for two days, the refrigerator didn't cool, the sheets had holes, and one day they only provided enough towels for one person even though there were two of us. The cardboard walls meant we could hear everything, and on top of that, they put us in room three, which is in the living room, and we were woken up by the noise every day… The room was very cute, and the shower with two doors was sexy, but it's not worth what you pay.

• Fabienne (6/5): - The room was spacious enough for two people. The bed laid really good and whenever we needed something the host made sure to bring it to us. It wasnt really clean, the first day my towel looked liked it was already used (host brought a new one within an hour so cant complain about that) and the shower was not what we expected. The water did not drain fast enough, so we needed to take breaks while showering and the doors didnt close properly, so there was some water that went into our bedroom, since the shower was in the middle of the room.

• ΜΑΡΓΑΡΙΤΑ (4/5): Ακριβό για αυτό που προσφέρει.Δε θα το ξανά προτιμήσω - Το wifi κ οτι ήταν καθαρά τα σεντόνια και οι πετσέτες Οι φωτογραφίες είναι παραπλανητικές ,το δωμάτιο που βρήκαμε μπροστά μας δεν ήταν σε καμία περίπτωση αυτό για το οποιο πληρώσαμε 600 ευρώ ,είχε σκουριασμένη τη ντουζιέρα το πάτωμα ήταν σάπιο ακουγόταν μόνιμα θόρυβος κακή πρόσβαση στο χώρο πολλά σκαλιά και το ανσασερ δε χωρούσε παραπάνω από ένα άτομο με βαλίτσα με αποτέλεσμα να ανεβαίνουμε χωριστά κάθε φορά που γυρνούσαμε καθώς το δωμάτιο ήταν στο 3 όροφο.Ανοίγει η κεντρική πόρτα και μέσα βρίσκονται άλλα 5 δωμάτια μικρά χωριστά με πόρτα και κωδικό και ξεχωριστό μπάνιο για το καθένα.Η πόρτα δεν κλείδωνε από μέσα με κάποιο τρόπο απλά βασιστήκαμε στο ότι ο κωδικός είναι "μυστικός" και οικοδεσπότης εμπιστος.Απο την μπανιέρα έβγαζε νερά στο πάτωμα. Μείναμε 4 βράδια και οι πετσέτες αλλάχτηκαν μια φορά και τα σεντόνια το ίδιο ενώ τις αφήσαμε να αλλαχτούν .Ο οικοδεσπότης εξαιρετικός και ο κύριος που καθάριζε τα δωμάτια επίσης,πολύ φιλόξενοι το μόνο θετικό με το wifi που ήταν καλό Σε σχέση ποιότητα τιμή μπορώ να πω ότι πολύ ακριβό για αυτό που προσφέρει.Μεσα στο ψυγείο υπήρχε μόνο ένα μπουκαλάκι νερό ενώ ήμασταν δυο άτομα.

• Kiki (4/5): - Próximo ao metrô e ao trem. As fotos não condizem com a realidade, foi criada uma expectativa em mim , que não foi atendida. Lugar velho. Chegamos tarde e cansados e uma pessoa que não se identificava queria saber se poderia ir no outro dia cedo pegar o pagamento da TX de turismo. (Taxa essa que tentamos pagar várias vezes pedindo orientação e não obtivemos retorno) Falamos que quando acordassemos, avisariamos para vir buscar o pagamento. Mas logo cedo, o funcionário começou bater na porta, até meu marido se exaltar e pedir para voltar mais tarde. Foi uma falta de respeito com o hóspede. Pois vi que a maioria das hospedagens cobram no check out essa taxa e não dessa forma desesperada no check in.
• Sánchez Paino (4/5): Decepcionada e insegura - Estaba cerca de Roma termini - Ubicación: había mucho borracho por la calle y había que tener cuidado por esas calles tanto por el día como por la noche. - Ruido: se escuchaba todo, tanto los trenes de la estación, como coches, como los borrachos chillando, te podías enterar de las conversaciones que habían en las otras habitaciones (solo hay 5) dentro del apartamento y el ruido de las casas de todo el bloque. - Instalaciones: Choca mucho la entrada y las instalaciones generales del bloque ya que no tiene el mismo estilo que en las fotos, cuando entrabas al apartamento donde ahí dentro estaban las 5 habitaciones era más actual. - Habitación: La verdad que bastante cómoda para pasar 2 noches (como mucho) pero si te toca la habitación con ducha tienes que tener cuidado, porque se sale todo el agua, de las 5 toallas que te dan, tienes que poner 2/3 en el suelo para no se inunde la habitación, y la limpieza de ella no era adecuada (suelo sucio debajo de la cama, en las mesitas, en el lavabo, toallas sucias…). - Personal: No hay recepción fija, todo para entrar es a base de códigos, tanto para la entrada desde la calle hasta la entrada de tu habitación, son 4 códigos en total, no te sientes del todo seguro ya que no hay nadie vigilando la zona. TE HACE TENER UNA EXPERIENCIA POCO SATISFECHA Y SEGURA EN ROMA.

• Divya (10/5): Convenient location with lift - It is opposite the Roma termini’s side entrance! Super convenient. They even surprised us the first day of our stay after we shared it was our honeymoon. They don’t store luggages at their place without a cost :(

• Weverton (10/5): Bom, barato e bem localizado. - Boa localização, o quarto é bem organizado, roupas de cama e banho limpas e trocadas regularmente. Tem instalação de cozinha com café gratuito. A única ressalva é que a estrutura do prédio é meio antiga, então o elevador causa uma certa estranheza mas funcionou bem durante a estadia.

• Tessa (9/5): Close to termini - The room was clean, towels and bedding smelled very good! Same counts for the soap in the shower. The towel heater is a nice detail. I never stayed at a place with a digital host, but he was quick and helpful in the responses. Great price-quality in my opinion. The apartment is a bit lived through, what gives it an unclean first impression. I would also replace the white lightbulbs with a warmer light.

Tiene todo lo necesario para alojarte y estar cómodo: calefacción, cama grande, televisión y afuera cafetera para desayunar por la mañana. La zona de termini te puede impactar de primeras pero no hemos tenido ningún problema.

There was a gap in the window of our room that made the sunlight come straight to our face every morning. The hair dryer was already "half broken" when we checked in, and it burned out completely on the second day. Even though the staff's time response was good, there was no spare one.

Overall, good value for the price you’re paying. The only thing I didn’t like were dirty towels, we did ask the host to change it, but the new ones were dirty as well.

Cabina doccia « passante » verso la camera da letto con vetri trasparenti… divertente ma poca privacy nel bagno; scarsa insonorizzazione tra le camere e soprattutto con la reception dove la mattina ci ha svegliati una persona che parlava al telefono ad alta voce per più di un’ora.

• ASPASIA (6/5): It’s ok for low budget - Μεγάλο δωμάτιο, δεν χρειάζεσαι κλειδί είναι μόνο με κωδικούς πρόσβασης. Άναψε ένα φως μέσα στο δωμάτιο επειδή έπεσε το ρεύμα μέσα στη νύχτα και μας χάλασε τον ύπνο για 90’. Ευτυχώς πήραμε τηλ και ήρθαν και το έφτιαξαν όμως.Επίσης μετά το τσεκ αουτ μπορείς να αφήσεις δωρεάν τα πράγματα μόνο 2 ώρες 10:00-12:00 ενώ όπου αλλού έχω μείνει τα αφήνουμε σε μια γωνίτσα μέχρι πιο αργά μέσα στην ημέρα. Επίσης ενώ είναι κοντά στο σταθμό δεν νιώθεις άνετα να περπατάς 1 κοπέλα μόνη σου. Επίσης δεν έχει καλή ηχομόνωση αλλά εμείς ήμασταν τυχεροί και ήταν ήσυχοι όλοι οι ένοικοι τα βράδια που μείναμε.

Alojamento tem alguns pontos negativos tal como a canalização, ao tomar banho a água saia por baixo e a cama estava muito próxima do duche.

• Juanmy (8/5): Bastante bien - La cama era comoda, las almohadas. Habia bastantes toallas. Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico pedimos unos y nos lo proporcionaron. Nos ayudo con el idioma, y nos atendio rapido incluso cuando hubo un problema con la puerta, el chico puso de su parte para que todo fuese correcto. La ubicacion del sitio aunque tiene bastantes conexiones para ir donde quieras por la noche parece algo inseguro, pero ningún incidente. El agua de la ducha se sale un poco. Y se escucha un poco a las demas habitaciones.

• Consolación (8/5): Buen apartamento para tu visita a Roma - La cama era muy cómoda y la atención muy rápida, hubo un imprevisto y lo solucionaron en un abrir y cerrar de ojos. Además está bien ubicado, ya que si no vas andando, tomas el metro. El barrio y el bloque antes de acceder a fastime.
• Jessica Moro (10/5): De vuelta❤️ - Me alojé aquí la primera vez que fui a Roma hace 4 años❤️ Ha sido un placer volver ☺️ Pd: no tiene recepción a si que si llegáis tarde avisad con antelación para que os dé los códigos si venís de madrugada. Olor alcantarillado, pero bueno... Eso puede pasar hasta los mejores hoteles. La verdad que la tasa turística es una locura (6€ noche). Hay que darlo en mano (no es negativo eso)

Coffee in the morning, they let me check out 1 hour letter The food complex a short walk away is fantastic to try fresh Italian cuisine. Not as nice in person as the photos showed. But it is a very old building which is 100% fine, it added to the charm of staying in an old city .........it was adequate for 2 night, just beware this is not the safest part of town but I did not feel unsafe at night but there are homeless people around

• Nienke (7/5): Goed - Goede locatie, aan termini. 3e verdieping maar lift aanwezig. Genoeg ruimte. Goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Mochten gratis late check out doen en dat was erg fijn! Het is een wat ouder pand dus ook een beetje gehorig.
• Dorismar (3/5): Precio calidad muy caro - La cama era cómoda y la habitación con buen espacio. La ducha muy sucia, baño extremadamente sucio y con mal olor. Muy descuidado. Mucho tiempo sin limpieza. La zona es muy mala por la noche. Está oscura, sucia y descuidada. Hay varias personas durmiendo en la calle y el ambiente resulta inseguro. Muy incómodo al volver por la noche al alojamiento, más allá de que esté cerca de la estación. Si buscas un lugar con buenos alrededores, este no es recomendable.
