Durante il soggiorno ho avuto un incidente all’interno dell’appartamento: uscendo dalla vasca idromassaggio sono scivolato sul pavimento bagnato, che risultava particolarmente scivoloso e privo di tappetino antiscivolo nelle immediate vicinanze. Nella caduta ho urtato e danneggiato una poltrona presente nella stanza, procurandomi anche dolore e disagio fisico. Nonostante la dinamica dell’accaduto, mi è stato richiesto il pagamento integrale di una poltrona nuova. Inoltre mi sono stati addebitati anche degli asciugamani che avevo prelevato da un mobile aperto in cucina. Avendo soggiornato due notti e non disponendo di ulteriori asciugamani puliti per asciugarci, abbiamo ritenuto in buona fede che quelli fossero a disposizione degli ospiti. Ho riscontrato anche alcune discrepanze tra quanto pubblicizzato e quanto effettivamente trovato. Nella descrizione della camera viene indicata la presenza di una macchina del caffè in stanza, ma in realtà la macchina era collocata nella cucina comune e non all’interno della camera stessa. Inoltre nell’annuncio vengono menzionate le zanzariere alle finestre, ma nell’alloggio non ne abbiamo trovate. Il gestore ha giustificato le richieste economiche sostenendo che fossero previste dalle politiche della struttura e pubblicate su Booking. Prima di scrivere questa recensione ho verificato nuovamente l’annuncio in data 26 maggio 2026 e non ho trovato indicazioni chiare riguardo agli addebiti contestati. Comprendo che eventuali danni possano essere contestati, ma ritengo che le circostanze dell’accaduto, unite alle incongruenze riscontrate nella descrizione dell’alloggio e alla gestione della vicenda, avrebbero meritato maggiore attenzione e buon senso. Per questi motivi la mia esperienza complessiva è stata deludente e non mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.

Mancava lo sportello per la chiusura, alcune manopole che rimangono in mano. Forse servirebbe un po' di manutenzione. Materasso da rivedere.

• Michele (4/5): Good renter, apartment in need of care - The owner was very quick to respond to our messages, offering fast check in and check out as well as support when we needed it The whole place is in need of maintenance. The bathroom had multiple little leakages (under the sink and from one side of the shower box), the shower box was missing the sliding door, the battiscopa and the furniture was damaged in multiple places. I have killed a couple of silverfish as well and noticed there was a trap at the entrance so I guess that's a known issue. The walls are very thin, we have been woken up multiple times by the tenants of the other room (at 2:00 a.m. when they entered the room and they had a bath, later in the night when they went to the kitchen). When the bathroom and the shower/bathtub in the other bedroom is being used that is very clearly heard from the bed.

• Katia (8/5): A room for a romantic weekend - The shower was VERY VERY HOT, we loved it! And the aesthetic of the room was very nice, I'd love my own home would look like this room :3 The bed was too soft and made by two small beds so there was a division in the middle, not so comfortable for a couple which try to sleep in a hug, eh eh but jokes aside, the beds were really too much soft at tocuh for our personal taste.
