• Oliver (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft für einen Städtetrip nach Rom - Es gab eine gute Anbindung an den Nahverkehr. Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Wohngegend ohne von Touristen überlaufen zu sein. Es gab ein sehr gemütliches und großes Bett. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gibt kein so richtiges Frühstück, sondern eher ein Ansammlung von Snacks. Alles ist auf Süße ausgerichtet. Kaffee, Tee, Milch, Toast etc. sind aber vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und unter der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Tiefgarage.
• Muñoz Requena (8/5): Un hospedaje a tener en cuenta calidad/precio - Nos atendió la señora Claudia de maravilla, explicándonos todo al detalle, e incluso dándonos consejos de cómo desplazarnos por Roma. La habitación era muy completa, con baño privado bien equipado, y en la habitación televisión y frigorífico, además de disponer de un balcón particular para un descanso. Todo muy limpio. El alojamiento no está cercano al Casco Antiguo de Roma, pero está perfectamente comunicado con los monumentos más importantes mediante bus en 20 minutos aproximadamente. Por poner un pero, el aseo hace un ruido muy grande cuando usas la cisterna, además de cuando se abren los grifos. Por otro lado, si que hay que tener en cuenta que se escucha bastante los ruidos de las otras habitaciones y pisos anexos. La primera noche que pasamos en el alojamiento, las otras habitaciones estuvieron hablando en voz alta hasta altas horas de la noche molestando en muchos momentos (quiero dejar claro que esto no es más que culpa de los demás alojados, no de los dueños).

• Andrei (7/5): Nice accomodation - The staff, location and overall look of the room is nice. The tv has netflix and youtube, there's a balcony, so you can smoke. They tidy up the room daily. Coffe included daily. Not very far from center. The walls are very thin so you can hear what all the neighbors are doing. There's no window so you can't really freshen up the air in the room. They advertise a breakfest, but all that is is just some sweets and bread, so you should buy something to spread on the bread or otherwise eat elsewhere.

• Valentina (10/5): - Es muy cómodo, no sé qué tan lejos está del centro (no prestamos mucha atención) pero se sentía como a 15 minutos de todo, saliendo encuentra uno la ruta del bus, la nocturna si es como a 5 minutos caminando, pero encuentras muchas cosas al rededor. La pieza es muy limpia, y nos regalaban snacks. Y doña Claudia un amor de persona y muy atenta. mi hermano y yo salimos muy contentos

• Olga (9/5): Гарне місце для мандрівників, які не сидять в номері, рекомендую - Апартаменти розташовані не в центрі міста, але буквально в парі хвилин від автобусної зупинки, тож дістатися визначних пам'яток Риму було дуже просто. Поруч були супермаркети, кав'ярні, різні магазинчики, піцерії, тож було зручно і ми могли купити все, що хотіли. Сама кімната чиста, ліжко зручне, була можливість ввімкнути обігрівач, але ми не вмикали, бо нам було комфортно, ми просто взяли додаткову ковдру. Також в номері є кондиціонер, телевізор, досить містка шафа, стіл та стільці, холодильник. Господиня Клаудіа зустріла нас дуже привітно, все показала і розказала. Ванна кімната чиста, є душ та необхідні засоби для душу, достатньо рушників, фен. В апартаментах є маленька кухня, де можна зробити собі сніданок, там є чайник, мікрохвильова піч, кавоварка, тостер, електропічка. На сніданок пропонувалися тости з мармеладом, пластівці (було молоко також в наявності), бісквіти, печиво. Ми снідали кавою та бісквітами. Із задоволенням приїхали б ще раз! Дуже погана звукоізоляція, ми буквально чули все, що говорили в сусідніх квартирах, а коли там увімкнули телевізор, то, здавалось, він в нашому номері.

Posizione ottima per la sua vicinanza con l'ospedale S.Camillo e la presenza di parcheggio in strada o in garage custodito proprio sotto il b&b. Letto e cuscini comodissimi.

Su richiesta di alimenti per celiaci, la sig.ra Claudia ha prontamente provveduto a farceli trovare in camera. Non in centro, ma facilmente raggiungibile con mezzi pubblici.Zona tranquilla e molto silenziosa, ma con tutti i principali servizi a disposizione.Ottima soluzione per due notti. Lo terremo come punto di riferimento per visitare nuovamente Roma.

• Verena (5/5): - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück sind abgepackte Kuchen, Cornflakes und Kaffee. Es handelt sich nicht um ein Frühstücksbuffet. In die Innenstadt dauert es 30min. Es gibt viele Busse. Das eine Zimmer hat nur einen Balkon in Richtung einer Art Abstellkammer. Es gibt keine frische Luft und keinen wirklichen Notausgang. Ansonsten befindet sich die Unterkunft im 1. Stockwerk.

La zona común tenía café, té, bollería etc a tu disposición. Realmente no le falta de nada. La dueña es muy amable y estuvimos realmente a gusto. La posizione è un po' distante dal centro ma a mio parere ben servita dagli autobus. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa: il contesto del condominio. Condominio un po' vecchiotto. è anche vero dire che ci sono tornato soltanto per il pernottamento.

• anna (10/5): - The location and the room are perfect for someone who would like to stay in a nice and quiet neighborhood with a convenient means of public transportation to get to the main historic attractions within 25 min time frame. The room was clean and comfy and the manager Claudia was very responsive to any request. The kitchen had all what is needed for a simple breakfast. There's a local supermarket nearby to buy any salami, cheese, fruits etc as well as cafeterias, restaurants, shops and convenient stores. Highly recommended.

She arranged an excellent shuttle for us from the airport and back to the airport and met us at the airport when we arrived. Nothing was especially wrong, but mildly bugging was that walls are too thin so you can hear everything and shower head needs cleaning so stream will be better.

• Lgj1983 (9/5): Cleanest neatest rooms in Rome - This is perhaps one of the cleanest and most meticulously maintained B&B rooms you'll come across in Italy. The host is nothing less than a perfectionist, and it shows all throughout the apartment. The neighborhood itself is very peaceful and nice, with all necessities within a short walking distance. The location in Rome's 12th quarter requires a 30 minute car drive to all of Rome's city centers, and perhaps an hour by public transportation, but that's what probably makes it a great cost to value option in one of Europe's most expensive metropolitans. Parking is a huge issue, since the entire neighborhood is full of white free parking spots but none of them are vacant at late evening hours. There is a parking garage under the building, but it charges 20€ per day, and closes in the early evening. Breakfast is very minimal, and consists of packaged croissants and drinks placed each morning in the common kitchen area.

• Regis (10/5): Enjoyable place - The room is larger and more pleasant than in most places. It feels pretty recent. The balcony is an asset. It's a bit far away from the city centre but still relatively easy to get there by bus.

• Stacy (5/5): Great but no working wi-fi available. - Very quiet area, nice A/C, TV, and refrigerator. Desk is always nice to have for laptopers. Hostess, Claudia, charming and speaks English fine. Beautiful neighborhood piazza one door away from building. Bus line 44 fermata one minute away. NO Wifi (unless you get lucky maybe a few minutes before and jumps around and clicks on and off all day and night, maybe stays stable a minute before dumping everything that you worked on) This went on for my entire stay (4 nights). Didn't help to move to common area, either. So aggravating because you lose all your work if you want to chance it. Must be late 1990's wi-fi router. Everything else spectacular but---- in effect no wi-fi. Wouldn't have booked had I known this.
• Kiwigal101 (10/5): Rome paradise - I liked the balcony we had. The security of the location (multiple locks and gates to get through to the apartment). The smart TV was handy with a connection to Netflix. We left money in the safe box after we left, and Claudia kindly transferred it back into our account, which we were very appreciative of. Breakfast was self-serve packet items (sweet) but came in handy when you felt like a sweet treat during the day. And coffee pods were refilled each day, which was great. Claudia had recommendations re; restaurants around town and explained which public transport to catch on how to get the accommodation. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely rebook when in Rome again. I would recommend leaving a brush and shovel handy for the tenants in case a spill of crisps occurred in the rooms outside of cleaning hours. Other than that, everything was perfection!

We arrived early and they were able to get us in our room early and showed us around. They even left a birthday beer for my partner, such a thoughtful touch. Thank you for this lovely stay. The rooms are a little bit dark.
