• Emilio (1/5): DISGUSTO E SCORRETTEZZA MASSIMA - Niente Tutto. Allontanatevi da questa struttura!! Abbiamo prenotato per un week end ma appena entrati nella stanza assegnateci subito ci siamo accorti che le immagini dimostrative erano totalmente differenti dalla realtà. Stanza minuscola, umidità di risalita sulle pareti, unica finestra delle stanza con chiusura rotta e dunque apribile da chiunque avesse voluto essendo un affaccio su strada. La cosa peggiore però è stata la scorrettezza dell’host che, dopo avergli fatto presente di tutte queste carenze e che non avremmo voluto dormire lì, prima ci ha detto che avrebbe annullato la prenotazione a titolo gratuito e poi il giorno dopo invece ci ha addebitato l’intero importo della camera. Peccato che nel frattempo eravamo stati costretti a prenotare in fretta e furia una stanza in un altra struttura dunque oltre il danno anche la beffa.

• ulas (4/5): Fiyat yüksek, performans düşük, konum iyi. - Sadece konumunu. Oda temiz değildi. Yatak rahat değildi ve gıcırdıyordu. Oda çok küçüktü resimlere aldanmayın. Odaya temizliğe her gün girilmesine rağmen pis havlular değiştirilmedi. İçme suyu ve Terlik bile yoktu odada. Fiyatına göre çok pahalı.

• Martin (8/5): - Très bonne localisation du logement, la personne qui nous a accueilli est très gentil et serviable, chambre est refait tous les jours et propre dans son ensemble. Merci beaucoup La Literie est très dur, le prix un peu excessif par nuitée.

• Mariia (10/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Bed & Breakfast a Roma e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene! La stanza è carina, accogliente e pulita, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. La doccia funziona perfettamente, l’acqua calda sempre disponibile e tutto era in ordine. La posizione è fantastica, proprio nel centro di Roma — comodissima per visitare a piedi i principali monumenti. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole passare qualche giorno a Roma in totale comfort! 🌿
• Stian (4/5): - Svært dårlig utvalg på frokost, vi valgte å spise frokost ute 2 av 3 dager. Dusjen så ikke bra ut. Det lakk også vann ut på gulvet når man dusjet, som igjen ble ført videre ut av badet. Sengen virket hjemmelaget og knirket mer enn jeg noen gang har opplevd før. Vi forventet ikke luksus når vi booket, men forventet kanskje at rommet og frokosten var hakket bedre enn det var. Det positive var beliggenheten, den var super, noe som gjorde oppholdet vårt bra.

• Gregory (8/5): I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel as a good value for the price. - Small hotel (only 3 rooms), modern and clean (new), comfortable large bed with quality sheets. Excellent hot water, water pressure, and also great AC. On a small quiet street with a very nice large window, opening over the street. Nice terrace on the roof. Good location with many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was smaller than it appeared in photos, but had plenty of storage space. The locks on both the front door and room door were difficult to use, but such locks are apparently common in Italy. No internet access, which would have been a plus. I suggest that the management address the internet issue.
• Etzel (4/5): very frustrating communications before and at arrival, it improved later - it is a very good location and fairly quiet although it is sometimes advertised as B&B this is strictly a room, with not too much space. the service before arriving and at arrival was very bad, it improved later when the owner became more active, which is why i rate it as fair instead of poor.
• Omri (1/5): Bad - The location I recently stayed at Romantica Navona and was really disappointed. The room smelled awful, probably from the AC, which made it really uncomfortable. The bed was super uncomfortable, and the room was tiny with barely any space to move around or put my luggage. Plus, the shower was moldy, and there was a bad smell coming from the pipes. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
• Natasha (1/5): TERRIBLE - The location is the only thing that is good. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable like a hard thin foldout mattress, the sheets were scratchy, the top blanket thin, only one small window up high so felt like we were in a basement, and there was mold/mildew in the shower. When we complained through the app they never responded. We cut our trip short and they did not refund.

However the best part was the staff. Marc was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. Thank you for all you have done for us. The bed & pillow.
• Øystein (1/5): NEVER - EVER BOOK YOUR STAY AT THIS PLACE! - Warning! You do not have to book this place. A terrible place with terrible hosts. We were given a room that was incredibly filthy and urine smelled throughout the room. The rooms also have no window, except for a small one that was not possible to see. What is this place used for? I have a feeling that this is being used for something dirty! We agreed with the hosts that the money should be returned, but that doesn't happen. They don't respond to messages. Find somewhere else! 2 WEEKS LATER AND THEY WILL STILL NOT RESPOND ON OUR, OR BOOKING.COMs e-mail og phone-calls!
• Bryce (10/5): A charming B&B in a spectacular location! - Absolutely charming little B&B. Only three units in the building. Very cute and had everything we needed, and well functioning air conditioning, which was extremely needed for us. The terrace was a beautiful place to wind down after a day in the city with a glass of wine. The location cannot be better. Within walking distance of several key sites, but just far enough way that you’re not in the middle of the chaos. A mini-fridge in the room would be appreciated.

• Stephen (10/5): great location, on a romantic street. - a romantic hotel close to Pizza Navona. the location is fantastic and the service was very accommodating. the Internet drops on occasion, but they have wifi extenders to remedy this.
