The noise is from outside and inside (walls and ceiling / floor are not blocking anything). We barely slept in our stay. If noise does bother you, ignore. If it does - stay away from this property

• Francesco (7/5): Great location but not very accessible - Amazing location, even though it is so central that you cannot be picked up/dropped off right in front and you'll have to carry your suitcases on cobbles. Room and bathroom were fine. Despite the presence of an extremely tiny elevator, you'll still have to walk up or down very steep and narrow stairs, which is very inconvenient.

• Keeley (7/5): Great location. - The location. When we arrived the single bed had not been prepared for our 5 year old child even though we had booked a room for 2 adults and a child. We were told the child was expected to sleep in our bed and we would need to pay extra to have the sofa bed made up. I asked for sheets and made the bed up myself at 11:30pm. This was annoying that it hadn’t already been prepared given the hotel were aware and we had booked the room for 3 people. We were not charged extra however. Our neighbours in the hotel were incredibly noisy - take ear plugs.

The stairs to reach the entrance are not comfortable especially with the suitcase. There is no AC or fan, which didn't disturb too much in our case because the weather was pleasant, But it might be hard at summer time.

We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property. Location was nice equally far from the Vatican and also Trastevere , easily accessible.

• הודיה (10/5): חוויה מושלמת! - מקום נקי ומסודר צוות אדיב מאוד בקבלה אנחנו לקחנו את החדר עם הג׳קוזי היה חדר מהמם! הג׳קוזי גדול מאוד החדר מרווח הייתה לנו גם ספה מקרר ועמדת קפה וטלוויזיה הכל היה פשוט מושלם! המיקום הוא על הרובע היהודי איפה שכל המסעדות ובית חב״ד פשוט מושלם! מלא מדרגות עד שמגיעים לא כל כך נוח

• Iman (6/5): - The location was good. Short walk to Trastevere neighborhood. The bathroom was really modern and renovated. They are very rigid about the check-in time. We arrived from a red eye flight and were hoping to check-in early if the room was available. As we arrived we saw house keeping wrapping up their shift. The room appeared to be ready, the receptionist said it was not and asked us to wait an hour. It just seemed like she was being difficult because we saw the house keeping lady leaving the property and she appeared to be finished with her shift. This minor thing really impacted our day and overall experience at the guest house.

• ‪Mor (1/5): שום דבר. שירות מחפיר, יחס קר וחוסר אנושיות מוחלטת - חוויה נוראית של חוסר שירות, אטימות מוחלטת וזלזול באורחים להתרחק מהמלון הזה! שירות לקוחות מחפיר וחסר אנושיות. עשיתי טעות אנוש פשוטה בהזמנה (סימנתי 2 אנשים במקום 3) ותוך מספר דקות פניתי למלון. במקום להבין ולעזור, קיבלתי יחס קר ומתנשא. לפני שביקשתי לבטל ניסיתי לפתור בדרכים אחרות לשדרג חדר, להיות 3 בחדר זוגי (יש ספה), או לשנות תאריך. הם סירבו לכל פתרון והסתתרו מאחורי מדיניות שלהם. היו גם פעמים שפשוט לא ענו להודעות שלי, מה שמעיד על זלזול מוחלט. חוויה מזעזעת, חוסר מקצועיות וגמישות אפסית. לא ממליצה לאף אחד להזמין כאן טעות קטנה תעלה לכם ביוקר ותיתקלו בחומה של אטימות.
• Erez (8/5): משתלם בהחלט - הצוות היה נגיש וחמים. ענו על כל צרכינו. לשומרי השבת שביננו, יש מפתחות מכנים לכל הדלתות החדר היה נוח ומספיק ל 3 אנשים היה רעש של מנוע בלילה מבחוץ שהפריע לישון. המקלחת לא מאווררת וזרם המים קצת חלש
• Michelle (7/5): A decent (and clean inside) place that was close to major attractions but not the most relaxing. - Great location to walk to major attractions, like the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Coloseeum, Roman Forum, etc. The room itself was clean. The building the room was in was under construction at the time of the stay. It was also very loud - people hung out in the hallway pretty late into the night.

• yosef (9/5): - אהבנו את המיקום במרכז הגטו. החדר נח,יפה ומרווח, אהבנו את מכונת האספרסו בחדר. פקידי הקבלה אדיבים מאד. לא מתאים לשבת. 1. כשפותחים את הדלת עם מפתח נדלקת נורית קטנה מעל המנעול, כנראה בתום לב הם מדביקים עליה מדבקה כאילו שזה פותר את הבעיה. 2. במסדרון יש חדר שרותים, כשעוברים במסדרון האור בשרותים נדלק. 3. אסור להדליק נרות שבת בכל שטח המלון. 4. אין מיחם עם מים חמים.

• esther (10/5): - המלון ממוקם בלב הגיטו, מרחק הליכה מהמרכז והפיאצות - דה פלורי, נבונה, וינציה פונטנה די טרווי, והמדרגות הספרדיות. השירות במלון מעולה. חדר נקי, תחלופה של מגבות .מזגן ומים חמים . המעלית קטנה וצרה ומתאימה לאדם אחד ומזוודה. בהחלט שאחזור ואתארח במלון זה❤️ המעלית קטנה ביותר, חסר שילוט של שם המלון מבחוץ ולכן התקשנו למצוא המיקום.

• Nicolina (9/5): Ιδανικό κατάλυμα στην καρδιά της πόλης - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πραγματικά σε απόσταση 15-20 λεπτών από όλα τα επισκέψιμα μέρη! Ωραίο μοντέρνο κ άνετο δωμάτιο! Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό , οι υπάλληλοι στην ρεσεψιόν όλοι χαμογελαστοί και εξυπηρετικοί!! Νομίζω χρειάζεται αλλαγή στο στρώμα του κρεβατιού Κάποιες ώρες της ημέρας δεν είχε ζεστό νερό ή αργούσε πολύ

• Christoph (9/5): - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Kaffeeautomat und Wasserkocher vorhanden. Wurde jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Nach dem Auschecken Gepäckaufbewahrung möglich. Nette Lokale rund um die Location. Es müffelte etwas aus dem Duschablauf.
• Lily (4/5): Did not meet expectations. - Location was good. The main attractions were easily accessible. On arrival we advised of a maintenance fault with an internal door that did not close properly. This was never rectified and this dramatically affected our sleep. The towel rail did not work and also there was a foul smell of sewage coming from the bathroom on day two. Again this was noted and albeit we were told it was fixed, it wasn't and we were unable to sleep on the final evening due to the smell.

• Moshe (8/5): תמורה מעולה למחיר, במיוחד לשומרי שבת וכשרות. - מיקום מעולה ברובע היהודי ומתאים מאוד לשבת. יש מפתח לחדר ולכניסה לבניין. ניתן להשאיר מזוודות לאחר הצ׳ק אאוט. הבידוד לא טוב ושומעים מלא רעש, גם מבחוץ וגם מתוך הבניין עצמו.
• Zhruya (5/5): - מיקום מושלם לשומרי כשרות, כל המסעדות הכשרות מתחת למלון. המדרגות בכניסה צרות וגבוהות צריך לעלות בזהירות כדי לא ליפול. לא מתאים לילדים עם עגלות! המעלית קטנה מספיקה למזוודה אחת בלבד. אין מים רותחים במקלחת!! המים פושרים מאוד!
