It wasn’t clear the b - That it was right in front of the Roma Termini That the bathroom was outside the room and the reception desk was right there. The shower didn’t have a door so the water will come all the way out. Toilet looks rusted and old, the commode would move. The room needed more tables to put our things on.

- Lyka (7/5): Good -
- Shiva (2/5): Quite unsatisfactory - The staffs were helpful Price to value. The setup was too old with a small mobile AC unit. I would call it a huge compromise in comfort. Too expensive for what they offer
- Lokaj (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nam (7/5): Good -
- Fidan (4/5): Disappointing - I liked location and stuff were so kind. Cleaning.
- Kofi (1/5): My stay was an awful experience. - The location I didn’t like the filth. The pictures on the website are also deceptive.
- Van (6/5): Pleasant -
- Greg (3/5): Dilapidated cabinet and refrigerator. A shabby bed. The answer is in the photos! - There There was no breakfast! Location next to Termini Station.
The only thing I liked was the service Dilapidated cabinet and refrigerator. A shabby bed. The bathroom has not been renovated. Bed linen with stains.
Renovate the room and buy new furniture and bed linen. The answer is in the photos!
- Alkali (2/5): Very poor -
- Akiki (8/5): Very good -
- Vale (7/5): Not bad - Location
The odor of the room and towels The kitchen is old...
The area is a little bit unsafe
- Shield (1/5): I strongly don't recommend booking this apartment!!Will never go back in this apartment here again!! - it's just walking distance from Termini Station We were put to another apartment which confused us. We checked in to a dirty apartment. Used Bath Towels are still hanging in the bathroom. Fresh towels was not provided except for 1 person( we were 3 ladies who booked this apartment)Linens wasn't changed. Second night was terror, somebody came knocking at our door at around 10pm asking for housekeeping, we refused but still insisted and then came up to a reason that he needed our documents, even though we gave them already before we even checked in. He was already trying to open the door which frightened us. We were super scared.
- Hsien (1/5): Terrible experience. Disgusting place to stay for the price - Only takes 3 min from train station. Bathroom is dirty, toilet flush panel is broken and fallen apart and not fixed, hard to push the button and very disgusting environment. The toilet doesn’t flush well either.
Half of the door for the shower room is missing. one glass door is gone(maybe broken),only one glass door installed and it makes water splash on the floor every time when you showered.
Toilet seat is broken too, it moves around when using it.
Hair dryer in the bathroom is dirty and not working.
A lot of mosquito.
The blanket on the bed is very dirty and disgusting, it has a lot of different colored stain on it, it looks like it hasn’t been washed for a long time.
Also, the blanket in the closet looks so dirty and gross.
Basically, it’s the worst place I have had, it’s not cheap to stay there but they provide very terrible environment, the owner just wants to get money but no other service for customers.
All equipments in the room looks like from donation shop, even blanket, bed, closets, refrigerator…..
Don’t waste your time, energy and money to stay in this place, it screws your trip and experience in Rome.
- Mantas (8/5): Very good -
- Carmen (3/5): Not recommended at all - Next to the station Broken window, dirty shower, 1 toilet roll for everyone a day, dirty towels, noisy people in the place, broken door, no gel…
- Afaq (5/5): Passable -
- Sanat (2/5): Very poor - Located near central Pathetic service. Bathroom was not cleaned properly. Shower problem. Drainage problem. Hot water was not coming.
- Begum (1/5): Bad - I dont like anything about it,it was shared bathroom and It's dirty, smelly and the poop was floating.
- Gord (7/5): Short and Convenient - Proximity to train station.
- Anna (1/5): Bad -
- Özlenir (3/5): Poor -
- Oksana (7/5): Good - friendly staff, convenient location be prepared that room 11 has a bathroom in the common corridor
- Giorgos (1/5): Bad - nothing at all services
- Angelica (1/5): Bad - Nothing Very bad place
- Otmane (7/5): Good - The location is perfect. It was an Internet cut, but it doesn't matter.
- Maximilian (3/5): Not worth staying - Right next to train station and the receptionist was nice and helpful. The room was really dirty. Toilet also dirty and half broken. The Wifi does not work and inside the room have no signal.
- Little (3/5): Unpleasant but cheap, so if you don’t mind meh / poor accommodation (but mainly clean) it’s okay! - Great location and comfy bed - only positives The one member of staff isn’t professional at all - phoned him once we got there it took him 15 mins to get there, accommodation is very dated which is fine but it’s not clean / tidy other than your room which is basic, but clean, mattress stained underneath sheets, in the corner of communal space is lots of mattresses / clutter dumped… had to search but found 2 rolls of toilet roll as ran oht (you share bathroom with 2 other rooms) I got a chill on the first night and have gotten ill as didn’t realise the air conditioner unit wasn’t in the wall so there was an open hole under the window …. It was very much get what you pay for, we did consider getting a new hotel but for the price for Italy it was cheap - but next time will pay more for better accom
- Jiben (6/5): Pleasant -
- Amgad (7/5): Good -
- Salome (2/5): Very poor -
- Nouraddin (4/5): Disappointing -
- Joseph (5/5): Passable -
- Marzena (7/5): Overall, everything was ok and we were satisfied with the accommodation - We have read many bad reviews about this hotel, thus we didn’t know what to expect. However, everything turned out to be great. The bed was comfortable, the room and the whole hotel were clean, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. Of course, we cannot say that the hotel is luxurious and can be strongly recommended to everyone (as everything depends on the needs of the individual), but for this price everything was on the high level. Let me provide the main advantages:
- localisation
- price
- comfortable bed
- clean accommodation
- kind receptionist
- towels
- TV in the room
- big room
- air conditioners
- fridge Disadvantages:
- we didn’t have our own teapot (other rooms did)
- sometimes it was cold (however after contacting the receptionist, the problem has been solved)
- no cups, plates, forks etc.
- Revuelta (8/5): Cool for a low budget, good price-quality - It's perfect for a low budget or for one or two night stand. The bed was comfy and the personal were very kind and helpful. The TV and wifi worked very good. The location had a lot of restaurants near and was near the city center. The bathroom hygiene could have been better and it's a bit noisy.
- Azamat (8/5): Nice place to stay for a few days - It was a nice location, close to sights and transport. Not more than 100 meters from station) Due to proximity to the station, area is a little dirty, but convenient to logistic and close to supermarkets and place for cheap street food. Separate room, a separate bathroom in the corridor, friendly guy at reception. Overall, it was a great accommodation in Rome for that money
Отправить отзыв AC isn’t working good on heat, sometimes noisy in the hall bothers me. First time was hard to find it, no any sign
- Kimon (10/5): It was great and the service was very good! - Clean safe and good location
- Vicky (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mahdi (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mardan (9/5): Superb -
- Ibrokhimov (5/5): Passable - Stuff were nice ! Room was cold
- Tania (7/5): Good -
- Yasassri (5/5): Passable -
- Sadia (7/5): Good -
- Abdullah (1/5): Avoid at any time - The property is in need of urgent action there is no hot water the bathroom was very mouldy It’s unfit for human consumption
- Borjan (1/5): We didn't feel comfortable and safe since we didn't get what we paid for. Would not book again. - I liked that it was close to the main railway station and the host was polite. It wasn't clean. Reeked of mold. Didn't get the room we saw on the pictures. The bed had no blankets, was drawn upon on the frame and was really uncomfortable. The bin was broken, just as the toilet seat. There were spiderwebs everywhere and there was a pile of dust next to the bed. The walls were thin and we could hear everything the host was talking about on the phone. The whole facility had a strong odor.
- Yashwant (1/5): Bad -
- Anonymous (7/5): Good - I was easily accessible and comfortable The staff requires you to pay extra city tax of 7 euros/person/night, in cash.
- Mohammed (3/5): Poor -
- Thanushan (1/5): Absolutely terrible. From customer services to facilities - I would not recommend at all! - The location was close to Rome city centre. Where do I begin?
The room we were provided was incredibly small. There was a double bed, with a single bed placed right next to it. When I laid down on the bed, my feet were practically inches away from my mothers face who was sleeping on the double bed. The was bare bones. There wasn't even hooks, reasonable storage space for clothes and suitcases.
The kitchen facilities were sub-par. The sofa was barely hanging on to dear life, and didn't look like something you'd want to sit on. The microwave was filthy and soiled, and the doors were practically hanging off the cupboards. On top of that, the fridge did not look sanitary enough to actually put food in.
The bathroom wasn't well maintained either, especially the shower cubicle. The lock on the door was barely secure, and there were no additional toiletries. Whilst they are not obliged, you'd think for £900 stays, they'd be able to provide at least soap? It is a hotel after all. In fact, my family did not feel safe to even use the bathroom.
Finally, the staff were unprofessional. The individual who greeted us seemed to be in a rush to be elsewhere, and was more concerned with just a payment rather than actually spending time to provide a good customer service to make us feel welcome.
To conclude, I would not recommend staying here. Our flight was cancelled and my family required accommodation.. However, the photos posted on the website do not accurately depict the actual state of this hotel. Do yourselves a favour - and don't book with Cattaneo!
- Lillie (3/5): Poor -
- Szymon (4/5): Okay/meh value for the price, although we wouldn’t go back again - The staff was very friendly, we love the fact that we were in the city centre, the beds were clean The photos on booking don’t match the actual look of the apartment, some of the photos were accurate but some of them were taken somewhere else. The worst part was disgusting kitchen and bathroom which were totally uncleaned. We actually got the experience of roman empire because the dirt and mold were ancient there. The other thing was that the staff (although very friendly) was randomly coming into the apartment and ate food or prayed there in the living room. It was kind of weird.

- Joe (8/5): Very good -
- Carter (7/5): Good -
- Sinikka (8/5): very nice. I did get what I wanted. - Nice and friendly staff. Safe and clean. Good beds , good shower. great location. I did get what I payed . bidee shower would be nice.
- Stefkov (7/5): Good -
- Stefan (7/5): Good -
- Elena (2/5): Very poor - Location Dirty and non facilities
- Yana (7/5): Good -
- Mat (2/5): Very poor - Location to train station Poor cleanliness, no sheets for other beds, mouldy bathroom, door handle broken on bathroom door, location of property on website was not correct and walked another 10 minutes to another building
- Njui (7/5): Good - Very cool place with no disturbance, served with public transport and near the train station I liked the place and for sure I would recommend to my friends.
- Patrick (1/5): Terrible experience ! Really ruined our time in Rome . Also asked to be compensated , no luck - We liked nothing about this place !! We did not like the mold in the bathroom , 90 degree heat and the a/c did not work , no bath mat and asked for a towel but we were denied, door on the shower was broken , asked for a fan because of no a/c and we were told that he would be right back but never showed up . Our stay was for 4 nights and the a/c was never fixed. The locks on the doors were very hard to open, this hotel on bookings is not worth anybody’s time . Better off sleeping on the street ,at least there isn’t any mold !! When we asked to be compensated we were told to call bookings.
- Yanira (6/5): Pleasant -
- Inez (8/5): Very good -
- Yelsangian (4/5): Disappointing -
- Raneet (9/5): Superb -
- Mehmood (10/5): I and my wife enjoyed our 5 nights stay, and we would like to stay again. - The property is at 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini and Termini Metro Station. Besides, the Tram also runs from the property (200 meters) that goes direct to Termini. Lots of budget eating places in the vicinity and a supermarket is at walking distance (200 meter).
From the Termini, literally speaking, almost entire Roma is approachable, including Vatican City. In short, if you decide to stay here, you will be spending minimum possible time in waiting for transport. Nothing
- Natalie (5/5): It’s ok if your desperate. Not the worst place we’ve stayed at but wouldn’t rush back. - The air conditioner worked really well. Staff were friendly and nice. Room was small and walls were paper thin. Our room was right off the reception desk we could hear EVERYTHING even late at night. We didn’t feel safe in the area. Bathroom was small and shower had lots of mild. We were only given two small towels, no hand towels.
- Simone (5/5): Passable -
- Anonymous (2/5): Very poor -
- Hesam (4/5): Disappointing -
- Joanna (7/5): OK - Great localization near to the Termini Station Bathroom was very small and in very bad condition
- Volha (9/5): Perfect location and a nice one night stay. - Perfect location 2 minutes from central railway station Roma Termini, which was the reason we booked this accomodation. A nice stay for a nigh or two. We booked a shared bathroom room, but during the check-in it was upgraded to a private bathroom room. The staff was nice and helpful. There are things that could be improved, but I think for this money it's really good value.
- Joshi (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (6/5): Pleasant -
- Arheoana (5/5): Passable - Location, I also liked the accommodation itself Electricity was on and off all the time, and they could clean more properly the common areas and bathroom
- Emma (5/5): Passable -
